I called an made an appointment with Crystal who was very helpful and laughed with me when I couldn’t get the correct words out of my mouth. Once I came into the office it’s A. Very nice in there love how clean and comfortable also + points for the music. B the employees here are sweet and the Doctor as well very detailed to what’s going on with my tooth pain and no pressure whatsoever and I appreciate that so much. Also a thank you to Lupe for giving me a breakdown on my treatment of plan and services. She also let me know of payment plans they have for cash patients like myself. Negative experience: Just received this text, right away i called to check whats going on, i made this appointment when i was there during my last visit, i took day off from my work, when i called they said their hygienist is not available, why you booked me at first place? And if your hygienist not available then you should accommodate your patients according to their schedule, i told rep ok i can give you different dates when i am off and call me if you see any opening, she said fully booked till next march, seems you do this intentionally, maybe in regular cleaning you dont make money, when a patient cancel an appointment you guys charge them cancellation fee, how about when its you, i can see you got success opened multiple clinic but honestly the reality is from bottom of my heart you guys dont care at all loosing clients, best of luck!

Negative experience: Went there a few times and it was great, but I had to reschedule because I had to work overtime. They charged me $100 for rescheduling, so I chose a different dentist.

Negative experience: Bad experience, contacted them to prescribe me antibiotic for my pain in one of my wisdom tooth but they wanted me to visit the office i did it and they just not did anything but told me very expensive tooth extraction plan. And they took the xray and said its little infection.It is just mild pain happen once in 2-3 years i am well aware of this all they want to make money. I dont like to loose my tooth unless it is fixable. Not recommended. I am going to change my dentist. Last time they did prescribe the medicine when i visited the office they took the xray made some money then they prescribe. I called my primary doctor at kaiser he prescribe me the antibiotic as they understand being a real doctor you can have antibiotic once in a year its not harmful. But dentist only want the best for them not for patient. Adding the proof from my kaiser doctor prescription because dentist will not like my comment. They will i am spreading misinformation as i have seen in other negative reviews because they dont like it.

Negative experience: I had the worse experience here. I will never go back! Called my insurance to file a formal complaint. I heard office staff, I think it was the dentist, screaming at a patient this morning about a review they left. How incredibly unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to Cristina, Dr. Raman and the entire team! As Realtor, having a nice smile is basically part of my business. I broke my crown on Sunday morning so I had to wait to call until Monday morning. I called Monday morning and spoke to Cristina. I stressed how important it was for me to be seen immediately. She was able to fit me in the schedule that same day! Leaving the office with a temporary crown made all of the difference. Now that I have my permanent crown in I feel like myself again and my smile looks great, possibly even better! :)

After not seeing a dentist for over a year and a half due to medical restrictions, I had a lot of concerns and questions. I had even seen another dentist in town a month ago, but instantly knew I needed to find another office. I’m so glad I did! From the very first phone call, the front desk staff made me feel comfortable. They patiently answered all of my questions about insurance coverage, bonding, cleanings, crowns, and more. Their kindness and professionalism over the phone is what won me over—and they were just as wonderful in person. The office itself is beautiful and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist is both knowledgeable and efficient, and most importantly, she never made me feel bad for falling behind on my dental visits. She quickly created a treatment plan that was both fast and reasonable, and I was able to see the hygienist the very next day! Speaking of the hygienist—wow. He’s truly in a league of his own. Gentle, thorough, and he even managed to make a deep cleaning fun! That’s a first for me. Later that same day, I went back for a crown replacement. The dentist wasn’t sure if the tooth could be saved (since I had braces for six years with the same crown), but she did it. Truly a lifesaver! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients and a hygienist who makes cleanings enjoyable. This team is the real deal!

Negative experience: My crown lasted a year and a half. Now I have to have it replaced and pay all over again. I have crowns that are 20 years old and never had an issue.

Negative experience: This office pays no attention to details that are important regarding your insurance. They will repeatedly refer you out to specialist that are not accepted by your insurance even though you ask for a different referral. They also will solicit you for positive google reviews in exchange for visa gift cards, it is asked while you're in the waiting room waiting to be seen. Information that they are supposed to forward to referrals regarding dental surgery isn't sent out, and when they claim it couldn't be sent out, there was no update provided... so when you go to the referred office it's sprung on you that nothing was sent in advance.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience during my dental visit. Bobby, the hygienist, was thorough and made me feel completely at ease. Cristina at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Excellent service all around!

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this service. They schedule appointments with their choice of a service without informing you beforehand, and when you arrive, you're met with unexpected offers. If you decline to proceed, you're charged for canceling the service. This feels quite misleading. Most reputable services will call you the day before your appointment to explain what will happen, but this place only sends a reminder via text message 15 minutes before your appointment. I went in for a cleaning and check-up and discovered that I had signed an agreement a year ago stating I must undergo deep cleaning every year. If I don’t comply, there’s no option to avoid the penalties. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and the front desk personnel had a dismissive attitude, as if they were providing services for free. I strongly recommend communicating clearly and asking questions when scheduling your appointment to avoid any surprises.
