Fantastic experience: I have had several separate appointments that lasted several hours. Because I was hit with a baseball very hard and fast at close range in the mouth when I was in 4th grade, I have a lot more anxiety when I am at the dentist. The women that work with Dr. Spencer picked up on some non-verbal ways I was showing anxiety. Ever since then, they have tried their best to to find ways to make me comfortable without me even asking. That shows they are a 5+ at their job!!

At this last appointment, everything was explained before they started (payment options, procedure, etc.). Dr. King and his assistant took their time and did a great job as always.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at Pebble Creek. Would not trust my dental care or anyone in my family’s care to anyone else.

Negative experience: Used to go here until a couple years ago. The dental hygienist was great. However, when I needed a filling, a tech did the filling after the dentist drilled and left. The filling fell out two days later and I had get it emergently repaired at another office, which was expensive. When I spoke with the office manager here, the response was that techs are "allowed" to do fillings. No offer to refund or otherwise make it right. Going forward, I always ask if the dentist will be doing both the drilling and filling beforehand. I found another office where a dentist does their own filling work.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Pebble Creek by a close friend. Going to the dentist always causes anxiety, but they made me feel well at ease. They explained everything that they were doing and what the plan would be moving forward. Best of all was that they listened. It was a wonderful first visit. Since that first visit I have had a root canal and prepped for a crown. Dr. King and staff have been wonderful. Today I went back to have 2 fillings replace due to age. Once again…a wonderful experience.

Since I am 95 miles away I was given a 4 o'clock appointment. The Process took about an hour. Everyone was pleasant and concerned about my comfort. It was easy and the drive wasn't bad either

The hygienist (Erin) was excellent and helped me to understand the importance of not just taking care of your teeth but the gums and bone as well. Erin made my visit as painless as possible and made me as comfortable as possible. Erin scheduled my next visit for followup care. Dr. Spencer came in after I got my teeth cIeaned and was very thorough. Dr. Spencer discussed the next steps in my teeth care. She is always very sweet and caring. She also values my input and asks if there is anything she can do to make things better. I highly recommend Pebble Creek!

I prefer to visit the hygienist side, but I know when I need any dental work that they will make sure I am taken care of. They have taken care of multiple fillings, 2 crowns, and 2 chipped teeth so far, and they have done a great job!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to pebble creek for several years. I switched my kids over about a year ago and it is such a great place. I have dental anxiety, like many others, but every staff member understands that and makes sure I am comfortable through every visit. I see Dr. Spencer and my kids see Dr. King. I had I tooth chip this week and was able to get in quickly. My Dr. was out of town so Dr. King seen me. Dr. King and his assistant (I so wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout out!) did an amazing job. It’s my front tooth and they made sure it looked great, and it does!!
