Negative experience: Whatever you do, keep your appointment. And DO NOT be put on the ASAP list. If you don't respond within two seconds about a potential appointment they give it to someone else and don't tell you. My appointment got rescheduled too many times. I've been going there for years but whatever new system they've been using the past couple of years is just not doing it for me. They're just too busy and I've found a different dentist that is less busy. Castle Family's dentists are good and they have lovely staff but your mileage will vary on the appointment making side of things. Edit: no you cant find me in your database because my name changed and was an old client before you moved lol

Fantastic experience: Highly reccomend Castle Dentistry. I recently moved to the area and wanted a closer and better dentist. I had an emergency and saw the great reviews and was able to be squeezed in the same day. They were very quick and professional. I feel confident in their skills. Dr. Eckert was friendly and knowledgable. I scheduled a cleaning, so will see how that goes; however, I expect it to go well based on my first interaction.

They were able to diagnose a problem I’ve been dealing with for almost ten years, which was a huge relief after so many attempts by other dentists to figure it out. Everyone was friendly, kind, and compassionate, and they did their best to make me feel at ease from the beginning. Fantastic experience: After my dentist of many years retired I was most fortunate to find Dr. Bialiy. From my first interaction with front desk Ashly , my dental tech Cara,I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Bialiy was personable and professional. I was somewhat concerned as my over dentures were not cutting edge technology but Dr. Bialiy was able to not only re- cement my post but was able to install new fasteners to accommodate the post.Cara,his assistant was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable at a new dental facility. The building is spacious and CLEAN…… very comforting atmosphere and the staff I bumped into were all pleasant. Castle Family Dentistry were great with communicating the appointment and confirmed the appointment via text. Receipts and follow up were also sent via text. All in all ,based on my first visit I highly recommend them.

Everyone at this office is very friendly, yet professional and they put you at ease immediately. This was the first time I had met Dr. Bialy, and as soon as he walked into the room, I felt a sense of calm. Never happened at a dentist office in my lifetime before. Dr. Bialy immediately put me at ease, was friendly, funny, and professional. I felt like I was having a great visit with a friend. And the best part of it all - nothing hurt. Not the medicine to numb me or the drilling or the fixing of my 2 cavities. It was an amazing, pain free dental appointment. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. Fantastic experience: My dentist is Dr Eckert. She's the first non ethnic dentist I have had in 20 years. She's a young charming woman with a good sense of humor. She is also really patient, explains my choices when it comes to dental problems. She's got a gentle touch and the way she gives shots are painless (for the most part). This year and in 2026 I'm getting crowns on 3 teeth - I'm two crowns ahead of trump - HA! Castle also has a payment plan that takes up where your health insurance leaves off - it's called Sunbit and I already paid for one crown - for the next six-12 months I will pay for the other and then sometime in 2026 I'll get tooth 12 taken care of with Dr Eckert. I highly recommend going to her as your dentist. Their office staff is professional and they work as a team and seem to have fun working together. -Cat Patten=

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eckert did a wonderful job extracting a wisdom tooth. I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. The extraction was incredibly quick and painless and Dr. Eckert was cheerful and professional throughout.

The technician who took us back and got us set up was so great my son was so scared and upset she made it fun and asked him questions and got him to brush his teeth with her ! He wasn’t easy . I found Castle after searching for a dentist that took my insurance and had more than a 2 star review (most did not). Castle exceeded my expectations! Dr. Bialiy requested an evaluation before starting a cap replacement. I was diagnosed with HTN. At Castle you experience a comprehensive dental treatment from the entire staff. Dr. Eckert was so kind and witty and made me feel comfortable coming to the dentist. Front desk staff (Dina and Rachel) are so helpful and communicative. Fantastic experience: It was my first visit and being a new patient I felt very comfortable and welcomed to his office. My experience with Nickie the dental hygienist was great, I felt as if we have known each other for years. They asked questions about my expectations and what I like and don't like about the dentist instead of just jumping right in with the machines and or any bad tasting fluoride or cleaner. The Dr and the receptionists were also kind and very pearsonable. The technology they have here is also pretty cool and so much more efficient and faster now a days than what it use to be. I recommend this dentist and there staff if your looking for a new one . Very impressed and happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Been there before. I prefer the female dentist doctor Eckhart. She has a nice touch, especially when giving injections and she tells you exactly what’s gonna happen. My next appointment is in May 20 for a crown, which is very expensive however I had credits and my new insurance Will pay for it up to the amount so I intend to keep cavities away this year.

Negative experience: I did not enjoy this dentist. Hours later my gums are still bleeding. The assistant was very polite and nice but very rough and hurt. The doctor was very blunt, kurt, and did have great people skills. I don’t feel their assessment was accurate I will be trying a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: New patient at CFD here! I have to say I was so impressed with this practice. First of all its immaculately clean and well maintained you can tell the team here takes pride in the business. The front desk staff, Ashley and Dina, were super helpful and had a positive cheery attitude. After a short stop in the lobby, my appointment started right on time. Kerstin, the hygenist working on me made me feel super comfortable right away and was easy to talk to. Kerstin was exceptional at her role; she was not only efficient in her execution getting a ton of initial onboarding work done in a short period of time but also taking time to explain to me what she was doing and show me methods to improve my cleaning for areas of opportunity, 10/10. I also wanted to note this office is absolutely on top of new tech in dentistry - using a hand held x-ray machine which dropped the time for x-rays down dramatically (my least favorite part) and rapidly took digital pictures that they displayed on the TV in front of me in real time to easily show me my tooth issues (never had this before). Then, my wife...*cough*... i mean a beautiful dentist came in, Dr. Cassandra Eckert, and told me how perfectly I had been taking care of my teeth perhaps the best teeth she had ever examined, and to keep up the good work (or something like that). Overall 10/10 experience. If you are looking for a dental practice thats going to provide you the optimal experience with your best interests in mind this is the place to go. Tell your friends and family!
