Negative experience: I have been going to this place and giving them my business for years. I had a bad experience with one of the dentists that treated my kids. A let the situation go and proceeded to take them once again. Now every visit they demand more money for the deductible and now they're saying I owe them from last year as well. And if I don't like it I can go elsewhere. We'll guess what? I'm taking my business elsewhere. You just lost a family of 6. For a few dollars and your arrogance. No wonder the Valencia office closed down. All the business CWA union has brought you and you decide to treat clients this bad. No thanks.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about the front desk and staff at this office. I was taken in last minute as an emergency, and instead of feeling rushed or like an inconvenience, I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. Marianna, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and patient both on the phone and in person. She went out of her way to get me in the same day and made what could have been a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. Her effort alone made such a difference. Andrew took the time to walk me through the entire medical process in a way that was clear, thorough, and reassuring. He went above and beyond to explain what to expect and was especially helpful and accommodating when it came to discussing payment options, really working with my situation instead of rushing me through it. The dentist was also extremely efficient and thoughtful—she was attentive to my concerns and even checked in to make sure I wasn’t waiting too long, which spoke volumes about how much she actually cares about her patients’ experience. This is, without exaggeration, the best I have ever been treated at a medical facility. The level of professionalism, empathy, and effort from the entire team is rare. I haven’t met the surgeon yet, but based on everything so far, I have complete confidence in this clinic and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone

Positive experience: The dentist himself was a little brusk and needs to work on his bedside manner some but the technician/dental assistant Henry was phenomenal. I have an irrational fear of dentists and he understood, didn’t make me feel stupid and explained everything as he was doing it which made a ton of difference. Based on this visit I would definitely recommend.

They explained in detail costs and my coverage and payment options. The hygienist tech and dentist were very friendly, efficient, and professional and fully explained all work to be done. The facility was clean and inviting with state-of-the art equipment. Easy free parking. Couldn't ask for much more.

They have knowledge about payment options & always look for the best solution for my family! They are open on weekends & have great opening & closing times. Mariana, Vanessa, & Andrew are a great reception staff. The Dentist, Dental assistants & Orthodontist all work well & take care of our entire family every time we are in their care. We have been patronizing this location for about 8 years, & we plan on continuing our business with established until the day we transition to heaven. Fantastic experience: I not once left a review for any business but this dental office deserves it. I found this place on google myself and went off how awesome reviews they had. I was there today and I felt so welcome as soon as I called last minute for an emergency visit. The guy that answered was very professional and helpful and immediately got me an appointment to be seen asap!!! Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist and even the guy that did my Xray were all pretty nice and informative when they explained everything to me. I have dental phobia but this place just made that go away with how welcome and how cool they all were. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and all I have to say is you won’t regret it. Will also recommend all my family. Plus definitely going back for all my dental needs

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dental office for five years now, and honestly, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Every time I walk in with any kind of tooth issue whether it’s something small or more serious they always take great care of me. The staff is super kind, welcoming, and never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable. Another thing I like is how there cleaning is, there customer service, and how they treat you like your actual someone important and not there to play games with you when it come to your teeth. They are very honest and they do a great job. For they cleanings they do a great job for the cleaning, I don’t trust everyone one to do my cleaning, but when they do mines I do trust them. They make me feel very relaxed, calm and easy but when it comes down with what I need they let me know before things get worse and take care of what needs to be done on the spot. I also like how they work with me on my payments, things happen in my personal life but they always do there best to work things around my situation, and I deeply appreciate it. But if your looking for a great dental office this is really great one!! Trust Me when you have a great one you hold on to them!! It’s rare!! Also if you ever see me there while I’m getting my teeth done, I don’t mind showing you my chart or my teeth just so you know I’m a real person and this isn’t some fake review. Fantastic experience: I have no idea where I would go or where I’d be without my dentist my teeth and gums were so bad. I thought I considered removing all my teeth, but they perform wonders my gum my teeth all tightened up. My gums are good thank God I didn’t take all my teeth out. I couldn’t be happier. I moved all the way to Ventura and come all the way down here for my dental appointments cause I’m I’m not gonna go somewhere else love them everybody’s friendly, courteous happy all the time couldn’t be better.

Fantastic experience: Can you love a dentist? The answer is yes! Had a cavity so bad I thought my skull was repeatedly being set on fire and cracked open at the same time, just relentless & unbearable pain. Iykyk. My dentist was not available for a while. After a week of suffering and sleepless nights I found this place through some intensive googling. I knew I needed a root canal - Other places I’d called would only allow a consultation before scheduling a follow up appointment and couldn’t even fit me in their schedule until a few days later which I couldn’t handle. AAVA got me in same day and fixed my life lol. So grateful to their team. From the second I walked in, the folks at the front desk were empathetic, quick & efficient. What a fabulous display of customer care! Root canal procedure was handled with great care, the relief was instant. Went back today for my permanent crown and the crew was just as helpful and friendly as before. I actually made the decision to switch my primary dentist to this place and scheduled a routine cleaning for next month.

Fantastic experience: The staff, dentist, and hygienist are all efficient and friendly. I have only had good experiences and trust that they know what they’re doing. I’ve had a couple of cleanings done. I also asked them to change out my old silver fillings for new white fillings. They did a wonderful job!

Negative experience: Don't recommend. Went for a cleaning was told I needed so many things and decided to go for it. Biggest mistake. 2 years later and after getting another dentist to fix the pain they caused I'm still unable to fully bite down on my right side. I went in perfectly fine, and came out in tremendous pain that has a lasting effect. Don't go here! Also the Dr. (Charlette) has multiple lawsuits filed in other states. Hopefully she's no longer there after two years. If so, may god help you.

Negative experience: If i could give them negative -5 stars I would. I recently visited Ava Dental for a routine checkup to ensure my teeth were in good condition. Despite not having any prior dental issues, my experience turned out to be very unpleasant. Following the checkup, I needed a couple of cavities filled by Dr. Rosie. Shortly after, I started experiencing nerve pain on the side of the filled cavities. I went in for a re- evaluation a couple weeks after but Despite expressing my discomfort, Dr. Rosie and her assistant reassured me that everything looked normal on their end and applied some desensitizing cream. However, when I inquired about further options if the pain persisted, I was told there wasn't much that could be done. After a few days, I was contacted by the front desk for a re-evaluation and the possibility of getting a crown or seeing a specialist. However, I declined as I had no intention of returning to the office after my negative experience. I would not recommend Ava Dental to anyone, and I'm thankful I didn't undergo a cleaning with them. Anyone trying this dental office do your research before you go see them,.

Fantastic experience: For those who have anxiety visiting a dentist office, this is the place to go to! Everyone is so nice, professional and the procedures done and will be done are very thorough and properly explained. This place is really 5 star.

Negative experience: One of the worst places I've been, When I was with them at first everything seemed fine and nice but when you start treatment everything goes bad. I came because of a toothache and for some reason she treated my tooth that didn't hurt at all and since the treatment that area started to hurt. I did a retainer with them that I didn't like and came and said about it, they just wanted to charge me full price for something new without any small discount or even a desire to help. Feel like they look at you as one big wallet. Also my partner who was there left them scared because she was told that she had so many problems with her teeth and luckily she didn't do anything there, when she went to another doctor somehow the doctor didn't see anything wrong and saw that everything was fine with her. Sometimes you just need to have a little desire to help, nothing more than that.

Marianna and Andrew checked in on both my husband and I, gave situational awareness regarding wait times and made sure we were comfortable. Fantastic experience: Aava NoHo has been excellent. Had an implant and crown done and they were great all through the process with communication, checking the progression, and when installing the crown, making sure the crown fit correctly and comfortably. They're also great in general with scheduling appointments and communicating and staying on top of making sure your have the needed cleanings and so on. They've been the best experience I've had so far with any oral care place.

Vanessa the manager was very polite and greeted me when I walked in, Marriana had a very friendly personality, all the assistance were so polite. Sergio the assistant was really fast in taking my xrays and took great xrays which is a good thing for exam. Dr. Han was very thorough, I highly recommend Aava Dental for your family and friends.

They had complimentary drinks and massage chairs while u wait which was a plus!! The dental assistance (Vanessa) that did my impressions for my night guard and assisted with the cleaning was friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable and my visit memorable. The dentist and the manager that went over my coverage made their recommendations based on what was urgent and did not pressure me for the things that could wait. Fantastic experience: Finding a good dental office and staff is not easy. I feel lucky to have found Aava Dental of North Hollywood. I have been with them now for a little over a year. At the beginning of this year I asked to staff to monitor my insurance. I wanted to make sure my insurance would cover me for the entire year of 2023. I needed a crown at the beginning of the year and wanted to make sure that I didn't run out of insurance for the rest of the year for my quarterly cleaning. They did a great job. Every visit I made; I was met with a great staff. The managers Venessa and Andrew are amazing. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. They seem to love what they do because the place is filled with good vibes, laughter and I have even heard them singing while they work. The paperwork was easy and ready to be filled out every visit. The facilities are always clean. They have massage chairs in their waiting area if you chose to get a massage before seeing the dentist. The dental assistant Vanessa is also very friendly and made me comfortable as I sat in the chair. She was good at making sure I was comfortable at all times and is efficient when working in my mouth. The doctors are also professional. I plan on staying with them into 2024. They have already begun planning my schedule for next year to make sure I can take care of my most pressing needs first before I experience any discomfort and maintain my cleaning schedule. I appreciate the level of care I have received. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: As always, I was extremely nervous walking into my dentist appointment. But the second I approached the front desk, I was greeted with the warmest and most sincere regards by the personable and charming staff. Despite the physical pain I was in, I was instantly made to feel comfortable and welcomed. As I left, I knew that Aava Dental North Hollywood was gonna be my primary choice for dental care. Besides, who could possibly resist the complementary massage chairs in the waiting room!?

Fantastic experience: I swear in my 34 years of life I’ve never liked the dentist I hated it with the passion. What I’m about to write it’s the best longest review i ever given. I promise it’s worth it.Two years ago I went into a local orthodontist and let me say it didn’t go so well, I felt everything while they were pulling out my tooth. Never again I said I would see another ortho. Well today that change I called the office for an emergency because a piece of my tooth came out and I was in soo much pain. I got to the office the front desk staff welcomed me with such love and very respectful and friendly. They answered all my questions and went over the plans and payment options they offered if I didn’t have insurance. Now the best part is coming I did my X-rays thank you Evelyn you’re the best . I meet my dentist Mr. Lee I gotta say he is my hero and my fav he made me feel so comfortable throughout the process I didn’t feel anything all Venessa thank you aswell you were supper kind and heart warming you made me feel super safe and comfortable. I truly recommend this place I promise you that you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist for my dad and I couldn’t find any offices that has a great review or at least a decent one. Then I came across Aava and they have a five star rating so we end up choosing them. And I tell you they didn’t disappoint at all. The staff are so friendly and pretty accommodating specially Andre and Erica. It was our first time going there, but it feels like we’ve been knowing each other for a while now. It feels like home tbh. The extraction procedure that they did to my dad didn’t even took that long, I would say less than 15 minutes. Thanks again Aava!!

And Dr Han guided me every step of the way while he was doing my treatment. Zulia assisted and she was awesome! Letting me know what she was going to do before she started.
