From polite front desk staff, listening to music of your choice, to engaging in friendly conversations with down to earth professionals. Aside from a clean professional environment, this spectacular dentist, Dr. Arthur Isakov, cares about his patients, makes them as comfortable as possible, does great work ( I smile more than ever now!), and he makes others leave his office feeling great. And it’s not a long wait. (In & out). The dental hygienist are great too as I actually enjoy getting my cleanings done there and looking forward to my next visit even if I have to travel from Harlem to Long Island, it’s just worth it!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist office. Dr. Arthur is diligent and knowledgeable, has great "bedside manner" and he remembers his patients very well. He is honest and will not talk you into procedures you don't really need just to make a buck. The hygienist named Sylvano is fantastic. They provide x-rays with the cleaning if you choose for a small additional charge. I believe they take some insurance plans. There is plenty of parking available in the back of the building.

The office itself is new and state of the art. His staff is friendly and top notch. The hygienist was very thorough. They were absolute professionals! He has convenient hours and I didn't wait long for my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I lost a filling ( from another dentist) after eating a late night dinner last week. I called Dental Concept right away and left message to see if they would see me as soon as possible. Dr Isakov called me personally on his ride into work the next morning to say definitely come in and he would take care of it. This is a great office, the doctor and all staff are professional, very good at their job and so friendly!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Isakov is the absolute best dentist there is! I called his office one morning in a lot of pain. He took me in that same day. I was extremely nervous, but he made me feel so much better. The office is clean with all new equipment. Everyone had on masks and was very careful and conscious due to Covid19. Dr. Isakov and his staff are all so kind and comforting. Within minutes I knew I had come to the right place and was in good hands. We looked over the x-rays together and Dr. Isakov explained everything to me and gave me all my options. I had a lot of work done and he and his wonderful assistant kept checking to make sure I was ok and made jokes to make me laugh! I honestly would not have gotten through it if I went somewhere else. They called me the next morning to see how I was feeling. They really are just the best. I recommend Dr. Isakov without any hesitation. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I’ve gone in for routine cleanings, cavity fillings, root canal and whitening and have always left satisfied. I have referred my friends and family and they have all been equally happy.

Fantastic experience: I tried a new dentist in my insurance plans and dr Isakov and his entire staff are very pleasant and welcoming! my crown cracked and they were able to get me in same day . he has state of the art equipment and my new crown fit better than any i’ve ever received before! The day of my appointment arrived, I walked in and immediately was happy with my choice, the presentation of the front reception area was very inviting, modern and clean. The front desk staff are also very nice and welcoming. I had Xrays done by a very nice professional (I forgot her name) but we share the same birthday month. The doctor came in and reviewed everything and came up with my treatment plan. He was very non judgemental and made me feel at ease. I was able to get my treatment done that same day. I was very surprised and happy with the quick timing. The doctor was very friendly and I even learned that we grew up in the same borough. I have found my new dentist office I am very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I live in Texas and I am flying back yearly to make this man my designated dentist for the rest of my life. Dr. Isakov is fantastic. I was on vacation and needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction him and Luz on his team took care of me (even tho I was being a baby about my pain) their bed side manner was impeccable. I trust this man with my life and you should too. The whole procedure took seconds I was out and pain free in minutes.

Fantastic experience: This is the second dentist office I have been to since I moved to NY and I was not impressed with my last office. I needed an exam and got recommended Dental concepts. When i arrived at the office i was greeted by Amanda and Yosie, they were very professional and polite with assisting me get ready for my appointment. It was an exam so i knew the x rays were coming (not at fan at all) but Luz was very comforting and reassuring making the process as painless as possible. She was very patient and considerate of me acting like a big baby! After my exam i had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Isakov who was very pleasant as well. I had great conversation with all the staff and it’s nice to be treated like a human rather than a patient! I am glad i found this office and I will be back and continue to use them as my primary dentist office! Thank you for the great experience. They took A LOT of x-rays and a full scan, pointed out issues my regular dentist missed and performed an extraction right away (same appointment). Dr. Isakov explained everything very clearly. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental care I've ever been to.Everyone is very professional, nice,helpful and also learned a few things while here.I am goin to inform all my friends and family about this place.I regret ever going anywhere else.They get right 2 work and also give u an option of what type of music you would like to listen to which is big for me because I love music.Hands down the best,not to mention beautiful. Fantastic experience: Greatest experience I've ever had at a dental office. The staff was professional and courteous and the off was clean and bright. Silvano, the dental hygienist was a good as can be. He addressed my concerns with my sensitive teeth and applied a numbing gel that worked like magic. My teeth have never felt cleaner or looked whiter. They've earned a new loyal customer.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dental Concerts’ clinic and had a wonderful experience. I had teeth cleaning and filling.The entire staff was incredibly helpful and the clinic was clean and well-maintained. They were highly knowledgeable and showed great expertise in their field. I felt confident in their abilities and was very satisfied with the dental procedure I received. I feel lucky to meet them.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is super friendly and very accommodating. I had to have an extraction and a screw put in. I’m normally very anxious about the dentist, but everyone did their best to check in on me and make sure I was calm. Definitely making this my regular dentist office. Wait times were also minimal.
