Fantastic experience: 2/9/2026 - Once again I experienced a wonderful appointment at Chalet Dental Care. I missed an appoint due to being sick, but Bridget found an opening for me very quickly! Dr. Rieck and Kaitlyn continue to provide the BEST dental care I have experienced in 70 years! 5/14/2025 - Chalet Dental Care continues to be the BEST with Dr Rieck, Kaitlyn (hygienist) and all of their colleagues in giving/providing dental care! 11/13/2024 - Outstanding, the way dentistry was meant to be from the front desk receptionists and Kaitlyn the hygienist to Dr. Rieck’s perfect dental artistry. 4/3/2024 - Another wonderful day at Chalet Dental Care! I am unable to even suggest anything Chalet Dental Care, Dr. Reick, Kaitlyn or the front desk could improve! Be confident that you as a patient will be treated very well and all dental work is nothing short of very superior! 6/11/2024 - Another outstanding appointment with Dr Rieck and assistant Ellen for procedures the lab needs to prepare a crown for my implant made necessary from a broken tooth! They are really the A team for dentistry! 7/31/24 - Dr Rieck and assistant Rachel performed perfectly in putting in my implant crown and checking my bite! Dr. Rieck and the rest of The Chalet Dental Care team are perfectionists and I would have NO RESERVATION in their dentistry and advice! 10/16/24 - Another perfect dental appointment at Chalet Dental for a six month cleaning! Certainly one of the best dental practices available!

Fantastic experience: i’ve been going to Chalet Dental for a few years now every time I go there, they treat me with total respect honesty and they care about my Dental needs, which is always nice. I have nothing but positive things to say and it’s always a good experience, best dentist I ever had.

Fantastic experience: As a longtime (30 yrs. +) customer , I highly recommend the dentists and service here. After a tooth crown dropped this weekend, my phone call for advice was answered during the weekend within 30 minutes. I was seen quickly on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the crown had been replaced. The crown was made and installed on the same day and the process was as painless as possible. During my time in the chair I was made comfortable with shaded glasses, cushions, blanket, and conversation to put me at ease. Ignoring the buzz of the drill, I listened to the cheerful chatter coming from the nearby patients and experts. The atmosphere and quality care here are first rate.

Fantastic experience: I had a veneer break unexpectedly and called the office in a bit of a panic. They got me in within 30 minutes—which honestly felt like a miracle. From the moment I walked in, the team took such good care of me. Bobby at the front desk was amazing on the phone explaining there was a no-show that I could quickly take their spot. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful morning so much easier. Sarah at the Billing desk broke everything down clearly with my insurance which was unexpected. I didn’t expect to have an estimate immediately. Super transparent and incredibly helpful. And Liz, the dental assistant, was a total lifesaver. She was gentle, efficient, and so reassuring throughout the whole process. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and honestly made the appointment feel effortless. I left feeling relieved, taken care of, and genuinely grateful.

Appointment setting/greeting/check out is handled professionally, politely and in a genuinely friendly manner by Bridget (superb), Bobbie (superb) and Suzy (superb)! Kudos to those three! BTW, I've heard Bobbie on the phone straightening out insurance issues ~ she is a whizz at handling insurance dilemmas, what a bonus to have her have your back! Then comes a number of skilled hygienists ~ all good! I get great and knowledgeable care with added deep compassion for my concerns from Lauren ~ I have deep rooted dental work fear ~ not at Chalet! Thank you! Then comes the core of my care ~ Dr Rieck is my dentist. Dr Riech is outstandingly skilled, she has handled many tricky dental procedures on me, she is friendly, she is thorough, she cares, she is smart, she is experienced and she is not rushed even though she is extremely busy. Dr Riech epitomizes what a dentist should be. It is no surprise that Chalet Dental is a successful clinic ~ it takes a village ~ this place is wonderfully synchronized. I never felt pressured over the years to have it corrected within a certain timeline and when I was ready, scheduling was a breeze. Tooth looks great- you’d never know it was damaged. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Chalet Dental following the retirement of the dentist I’d had for over 35 years. The office was very clean and the staff was cheerful and polite. The hygienist thoroughly explained everything before/while/after performing my X-rays and cleaning. The dentist was respectful and showed and explained things to me. And the front desk staff explained the billing and insurance coverage and took care of future scheduling. It was a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Fredrickson, Liz (and all of the other assistants) have done such a nice job with improving the alignment of my teeth. They are really trying their best to make sure I am satisfied and they are willing to adjust my treatment so that my teeth look as near to perfect as possible! Also, EVERYONE at the front desk has always treated me with a quick and friendly check-in and a friendly word. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Chalet Dental for 43 years. I've always received excellent care--and friendliness--from every member of the staff from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists. The most recent appointment was for two fillings. The dentist and assistant made it as comfortable an experience as possible. They worked well and efficiently together. I live much further from the clinic now than I did when I first became a patient, but I'd rather travel a bit than go to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Kaitlin is a heckuva hygienist. Very fun yet always professional. After discovering that I was missing part of a wisdom tooth, she and Dr. Aaron had me set up for immediate repair. Within an hour the procedure was complete and I was on my way. Quite awesome, thanks again!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a more urgent tooth issue arise. When trying to find an appointment time, the receptionist was very patient and made sure I knew they would do everything they could to work with my non-traditional work hours. Dr. Nahan was very thorough, explained each step of his examination well, and took the time to talk through what he was seeing on the xrays. He provided clear follow up care instructions, and encouraged me to use the emergency line over the weekend if there are any issues. I switched to Chalet from a dental clinic "chain" a few years ago and I am always just so impressed at how well they care for their patients here.

I felt defeated about how my smile looked. Immediately when I went to Chalet, everyone I encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming to me. Negative experience: Disappointed experience, normal hygienist was substituted without my knowledge. I historically refuse exam step where you poke for pockets which has been MY decision. Substitute hygienist kept insisting she needed to do it. So I left pretty Peeoed .

My hygienist Ellen was so thoughtful in taking extra care to make me comfortable during my routine X-rays - something I typically find fairly uncomfortable. She is an expert in her field, which has always made me feel safe in her chair! Fantastic experience: Got me in quickly when I broke off a tooth. The care at Chalet is high tech and highly compassionate. They check in often. Dentist even gave me a jaw massage after my mouth had been open a long time. Never received such kind care.

I had many dental issues earlier in m life, but since I started working with Chalet (shout-out to Dr. Larry Record, now retired almost 20 years and recently died), I have experienced incredible improvement in my dental health and wellbeing. Fantastic experience: Lost a piece on a tooth last night, was able to get in right away from a cancelation was a first time patient the front desk was 5 star Dr Ryan Nahan did a fantastic job with a temp crown his assistant was fantastic they are fast tracking permanent crown the Dr even called me at the end of the day to see how I was doing (when does that happen) they has a new customer and I am spreading the word.
