Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience at Hawley Orthodontics today! Kari and Melisa were amazing from start to finish — friendly, personable, and really made us feel comfortable. Dr. Hawley was very thorough explaining all of Jennifer’s options, and to our surprise, they were even able to get her braces on right after the consultation! The office itself is beautiful — modern, comfortable, and equipped with the latest technology. The entire environment feels relaxed and welcoming. Kari at the front desk was super helpful and informative, and Melisa took the time to ask about our family and really connect with us on a personal level. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such genuine care. Definitely a 5-star experience all the way!

Even if we had to do the same thing 5 times, they were so kind. He is about 6 months in and there has been such a huge change in his teeth. Fantastic experience: Everyone at Hawley is amazing! From the very first consultation, the entire process has been quick, smooth, and completely painless. They offer multiple options for different types of braces and a fun variety of colors to choose from. I really appreciate that they have flexible payment plans with 0% interest, which makes everything so much more manageable. As someone using Tricare, it was a huge bonus to find out they accept it, definitely a plus if you’re military. Their pricing is also super competitive compared to other offices in the area. I’m 20 years old, and even though orthodontics is often seen as something for younger kids, I never feel out of place here. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere is comfortable for patients of all ages. I’m about 7 months into my braces treatment and I’ve been very pleased so far. I can already see progress and I’m excited to see the final results. Highly recommend Hawley Ortho to anyone looking for a top notch orthodontic experience!

From the first consultation I was very impressed with friendly smiles, very prompt appointment check in and thorough explanations of the process and payment options. Very impressed with her appt today as she got them on and they were very thorough again with expectations, care and answered all my concerns and questions. It was hoppin there today and I could tell they run a tight ship! They also give you a patient rewards card that allows your child to earn rewards based on how well they maintain their braces. Fantastic experience: We’ve been a patient with Hawley Orthodontics for 8 months and we’ve only had positive experiences. From being welcomed to scheduling appointments, oral care suggestions and quality assurance within the office. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. As for cleanliness and sanitation, we haven’t ran into any issues. Everything is well kept and up to date. They offer great incentives for the patients when they bring in their Hawley Card for points and Dairy Queen coupons for an ice cream! Our first visit they gave my daughter an electric toothbrush and a shirt. She enjoys the custom stickers they get at the end of every visit. Overall wonderful office⭐️

Fantastic experience: My daughter was extremely fearful of getting a palate expander and braces. During most visits she was a “difficult” patient being anxious about pain or any adjustments being performed. Dr. Hawley and all his staff were patient, understanding and even made adjustments to her treatment plan to make things more accommodating for her comfort level, while still achieving the results we wanted. She ended up getting a removable palate expander (didn’t know they even existed!) and had a successful first round of braces. We are so blessed to have such a gifted, understanding orthodontist in our community!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice and walked both my kids through exactly what they were doing. They explained all the financial side to us and were fair in pricing. I love all of the incentives they give the kids to keep everything going well.

The staff is phenomenal, I am always greeted with a smile from each and every staff member, the office is always nice and clean with kid friendly waiting areas, and I recieve a free icecream coupon each time I wear my Hawley shirt! Fantastic experience: I wanna start my review off by saying - I NEVER- leave reviews on things. Dr.Hawley and his team have gone above and beyond over the last two years that I’ve been a patient at Hawley Orthodontics. I’ve always been ashamed of my teeth which lead to me perfecting the closed lip grin. However with the help of Dr.Hawley and his team I’m no longer afraid to smile with my teeth and I don’t worry if I opened my mouth too wide while talking to someone out of fear that they’d see my teeth. I’ve wanted braces my whole life but I thought it would be a struggle to go to appointments now that I’m a mom but I was able to bring my children with me to every appointment and everyone was always so kind to my children and I. If I had to do it all over again I would go to Dr.Hawley even sooner!

Fantastic experience: They worked Great with my son who is on the Autism Spectrum and was very nervous when getting his braces on and even more nervous when it was time to get them off. They worked at his pace and did not rush him. They also found a workable solution for him to get the glue off his teeth that did not make the noise that seemed to bother him. Positive experience: Dr Hawley and staff are always very nice, pleasant and friendly. What I’m surprised by is how they don’t ask the client if you’re happy with the results. There’s no taking a look in the mirror and seeing if you’re satisfied. Other than receiving a little gift package, the final (brace removal) appt is treated as any other appt - very anti-climatic. I’m providing this review in an attempt to provide them with some feedback. There should be some before and after photos and some dialog with the client and some time allotted to inquire with the client on their level of satisfaction.
