Negative experience: Over an hour of wait time! They call you a thousand times to make an appt and when you get there it’s an hour and a half of wait time. If I don’t go up and ask why we aren’t being seen they would have never called us in. I’ve been coming here for 12 years and it’s always something. I will be looking for another dentist

Negative experience: I spend at least 40 minutes to be seen. Today was the last straw. I waited 45 minutes after checking in to be told I need a referral. I just made my appointment the day before and saw the dentist. Why wasn’t a referral request made by Abra staff at that point. I’m so angry and upset with the communication between the staff and parents. Horrible wasting my time

Fantastic experience: I love Abra Dental for there efficiency and convenience sometimes I can call the same day and be fit in for an appointment. Flexibility is important to me. The quality of care is pretty good! Today my 7 year old son was by Gloria and Gio they were so sweet and fast!

Negative experience: Unprofessional I’ve been waiting for over a hour after my appointment and they are letting everybody who came after me been seen I wish I can give no stars very unfair and unprofessional the front jhoel at the front desk was no help and couldn’t give me an accurate answer on why I’m not being seen. Then tell me to make a review. Ridiculous and unprofessional. If I can give no stars I would but I have to give at least one to post a reviews

Negative experience: Just HORRIBLE!!!!! Stay away!!! They will give an appointment for 8 am and you’re not seen until about 11! It’s happened to me a few times already. It’s always something. Either the system is down or a doctor is running behind. Overcrowded for no dam reason! Just greed. Stop overbooking and you wont loose patients. Kids jumping all over table from boredom( I don’t blame them). Get it together or I foresee this place being shut alllllll the way down.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jose Yang and Roddy Rosario did one of the best Cavity fills i’ve had. There was no pain, they were quick and precise with there work.

Negative experience: They constantly make you wait at least an hour just go into the back then take another 20mins just to do your xrays before you can finally do your cleaning. Their system is a joke, they lost all my info despite being a patient for the last 5yrs, they have to do better.

Fantastic experience: Came to the Dentist office at 06/19/2025 . Let me tell you I had one of the best experiences I ever had. The staff is very welcoming, patient with you and able to get all task done. If you upset or had a bad day, please don't take it on the staff cause these staff members are asome. Fantastic experience: Amazing work, great staff!! Priscilla Brito was amazing explaining the treatment and DR David Cheon great doctor!! 100% recommended.

Negative experience: For the amount of pts in the lobby, the wait time wasn’t long, it was fairly quick. The staff is always friendly and I admire their teamwork. However, Dr. Yoon was unpleasant during this visit. Instead of asking my daughter to open her mouth, she just stuffed instruments. Without warning, Dr. Yoon injected anesthesia and didn’t bother giving my daughter and I a heads up. The tv wasn’t even on for my daughter to watch while they were working in her mouth. As a doctor in pediatric, she has to have some type of communication, empathy, and ethical standards. It was very disturbing to witness my daughter receiving this type of treatment from Dr. Yoon.

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely terrified before my wisdom teeth removal. I cried the entire time and could barely calm down. But one of the staff members name Juan (I wish I could give him 10 stars) was truly an angel. He didn’t just assist with the procedure, he gave me so much emotional support. He talked me through everything, and even gave me therapy level comfort. I felt completely safe because of him. He was patient, kind, and incredibly professional. I will never forget how much he helped me. If you’re anxious or scared, trust me, you’re in the best hands here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mother has extreme dental anxiety, and from the moment we walked in, Carlos made her feel calm, safe, and genuinely welcome. His compassion and patience were unmatched — you could tell this wasn’t just a job to them, but a calling. Not only was Carlos kind and reassuring, but they were also extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions with clarity and confidence. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep expertise with such warmth and empathy. There was also a girl named Britney who was very kind and helpful too. We left feeling cared for and informed, which is priceless. If you or a loved one struggle with dental anxiety, I highly recommend seeing Carlos Lozano. His presence alone makes all the difference.

She makes sure I get the best treatment and provide great service, especially with my needs and questions. She is the best and I only come in when I know she is working. She literally cares for the patients and make sure they are comfortable. She answer questions and make sure I go to the right department if needed to be. She truly know what she is doing and this is why I prefer her all the time
