Fantastic experience: I came here with my bestie for their appointment and I felt like I was staying at a luxury resort I got offered any type of coffee I wanted. They gave me cookies that were amazing and they just made the whole experience really great and they’re very sweet. And all the staff and doctors made my bestie feel so good about themself, now they can’t stop talking about, “omg the dentist said I have amazing teeth, my teeth are really pretty, wait so I don’t have any cavities?” This dental establishment is not just your normal dentist, it feels like a family and they make you feel part of it. I wish I worked here haha they are all always so happy. I told my Bestie best not come here unless you bring me haha.❤️

They got my daughter in quickly especially because she was having some pain from her wisdom teeth. Extremely professional, Very informative and treat you with first class service.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Innovative Dental by a family member and I called to set up a consultation. I was absolutely blown away by not only how beautiful the property was but the staff are all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I received a full arch implant by Dr Grant and was treated with the very best care possible. I suffered my whole life with various dental issues prior to making the decision to give myself a chance to really smile again. I could not recommend Innovative Dental more. I have met some incredible people there and I have found my smile again. I couldn't be happier. Definitely a God send.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, and that alone is an understatement. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years, a lot to do with lack of dental care as a child and not making it a priority In my life. But from the second I stepped in the door I was met with a smile, a warm welcome and the kindest people. Danika specifically helped me with X-rays and getting plan together for my teeth and never once made me feel bad about the neglect I have clearly given my teeth. Megan gave me my exam and was quick, concise and personable. Warm is the term I would use to describe her and the staff here. I don’t give reviews too often but when I do it’s for good reason. I only wish I had heard about them sooner.

Fantastic experience: To fully understand this 5 star experience with innovative dental, you truly would have to step foot through the front door. You feel welcomed and taken care of from the second you walk in. Offered cookies and coffee that comes hot or iced and come in many different flavors and options. They even have smoothies and other treats as well. The biggest thing that stood out to me is the attention to detail of a genuinely welcoming and friendly atmosphere the employees all give you and you can tell they enjoy working there and care about your experience! Hannah was very personable and kind and was also very thorough explaining everything. I couldn’t recommend this place with 7 stars so 5 will have to do. ;)

Fantastic experience: Words cannot describe how awesome Innovative Dental was My son and I had trouble getting some paper work To them, they were so easy to work with and accommodating from her first visit, they were so helpful and talked to us in laymen terms. We were sure we wanted to do our dental work here. I would give them a 15 with 10 being the best. They were very supportive of my sun when he told them he did pain pills and they told him he would hurt more than the regular person. Every team member was awesome and worked well together. Dr Olsen was easy to talk to also. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Thank You EVERYONE you all were AWESOME!!!! P.S. MY SON LOVES HIS NEW SMILE AND TEETH!

Fantastic experience: Innovative Dental is not like any other dental clinic I’ve ever been to. The facility is clean, beautiful and has state of the art technology. The staff were friendly and professional. I was given a free gift when I entered and after my appointment was offered a specialty drink (I chose a lavender latte). In addition, I was able to spend a few minutes in their full body massage chair. They have it all!! Thank you Hannah

Dr. Megan with Ortho is phenomenal at what she does! She and the Ortho girls have had to explain things to me lots and have many reassurance conversations with me! Had a cleaning with Jackie and she did amazing! Can’t recommend this place enough!!

They prioritize your comfort with treats, stylish decor, friendly atmosphere but they also have top notch service. Every single person I have interacted with there has been kind, genuine and knowledgeable. They got me and my family in quickly. On top of all that, my favorite part is how knowledgeable the staff is about insurance. They knew my deductibles, they printed a treatment plan with accurate prices with and without insurance, as well as financing options. I will never go to another dentist!

This is whether she is treating us or not. Innovative is very blessed to have an employee like her. You don't come across people like her very often. The technology is cutting edge making any dental visit/exam comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Madi . She was personable and explained everything in detail. Dr. Megan was very calm, caring and attentive. She and Madi ensured I understood the root cause of my issue, my options and the best course of treatment for a more permanent solution. Fantastic experience: We are new to Innovative Dental. My kids have never liked going to the dentist so I put off appointments. I had heard good things about Innovative but I really didn’t think anything could persuade them to like going to the dentist. But they absolutely loved everything about it!! They aren’t even upset about needing braces. Every single person from check in to Maddie, to the Dr were all fantastic. They spoke to the kids and treated them like adults with kindness, respect, and carried conversations with them. My kids and I can’t wait to get started on braces.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to innovative dental since they first opened and even recommended people to go to them. The past few visits I kept having issues and I was finally at my last straw with them. I have switched dentists due to it as the issues I had were with customer service and some of my procedures done. I’m really disappointed as I loved innovative but I’m not going to waste my money where I don’t feel appreciated. Over all everyone is nice and it’s a shame I have to switch as nothing was done to fix the issues. They did not seem worried or like they even cared when I stated I was upset and was going to switch dentists due to this. I hope they will grow from the mistake.

I normally dread going to the dentist, but innovative dental has changed that for me!

They have some of the cheapest prices and they really want to work with me on how I want my teeth to look! Fantastic experience: Literally the most relaxing dentist I’ve ever been to. This was my first appointment today. It feels like a fancy hotel lounge with complimentary drinks and cookies. The staff have all been wayyyy welcoming. When you’re in the chair and look out the window you’re suddenly not even in the dentist anymore lol. Floor to ceiling windows with scenery like what? Highly recommend. The whole process has been great so far. Danika was my hygienist (? Idk if that’s what her title is I clearly don’t work in a dentist) and she has been so sweet and professional but we held a conversation like we’ve known each other for 10 years.

Fantastic experience: Walking in the doors, you immediately feel comfortable. All of the staff are amazing and incredibly helpful in explaining what is being done and what needs to be done. Pretty sure they have thought of all the things needed to help those with anxiety when it comes to dental care and take the time to ensure you are comfortable. Callie and Madi were so professional and great with myself and my kids (despite the unplanned issues with technology- we all love technology) and the doctors were equally wonderful. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Cleanliness is huge to me and everything is so clean and organized! I will always recommend innovative! Also, Jennifer was just so amazing to me the entire time and so personable, will forever be thankful for how much attention she put into my car!

Lord knows my dental struggle and all the sad dental tears I've cried at a different dental practice. If you are currently looking for a dentist or just want to explore the best of the best, I highly recommend Dr Downs and the staff at Innovative. He listened, he cared, and he helped ME instead of making money for the practice. I've had great dentists before, but never one like this. Fantastic experience: Innovative Dental is just wonderful! We were new to Missouri and had to find a new dentist. Lucky for our family, Innovative Dental was near our new home. It is a very clean and impressive office building, but what makes this place more impressive is the friendly staff and the great dentists. What you can't see from the road as you drive by this beautiful building is the lovely and peaceful courtyard they have inside. Most people, like us, don't like going to the dentist, but Innovative Dental designed their whole building around helping the client be relaxed and at peace while having their dental work done. Everything in this place is top-notch: From the beautifully landscaped courtyard and water feature to the complimentary beverages and cookies. The doctors and staff are top-notch too! We love coming to the dentist now. Give them a try! You will love it there!
