Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had a dental emergency and can’t say enough good things about Amarillo Dental Group! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Arlee, the dental assistant, was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Ceniceros, who is new to the practice, took excellent care of me — she was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. I’m so grateful for the way they handled my situation with compassion and urgency. Highly recommend Amarillo Dental Group if you ever need dental care in Amarillo!

Fantastic experience: My experience was very professional. The staff is very upbeat and courteous. The Doc was thorough and good at at his job.

Negative experience: The worst experience at a dental clinic! The girl was in a hurry. She insisted on using the water pick when I told her I didn’t like it! I had an 8:00 am appointment with the normal girl who normally cleans my teeth. When I get there, they had switched me to another person. I have told them several times to not change my person.

Positive experience: Initial visit today. Scheduling the appointment was smooth. All paperwork was done online. Cleaning and Dentist consult was thorough and well done.

Fantastic experience: Always good! Celine is the best and she makes having my teeth cleaned a pleasant experience. Have been going here since the 1980's! Don't plan on going anywhere else!!

Negative experience: Waited over 20 minutes past my appt even though I was 20 minutes before my appt. So in total over 40 minutes. Unless I had asked I probably wouldn’t have been told about setting an appt to do my filling. Not happy will probably be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist is great! RDA for 25 years and not proud of the neglect I have put on my teeth for years. Always put my kids first and now they are adults and I can focus on me. I have never felt judged by her .She always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. I appreciate that more than she knows.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was at 1:00 I was in the dentist chair at 1:07. As always, Doctor Dowlearn, the hygienist and the office personnel is always shows tha they are glad to see that I am there. My time with the hygenist she was very pleasant. She was friendly, professional and cleaned my teeth with very, very little discomfort. If you need dental care, you can't go wrong by using Amarillo Dental Group of Amarillo.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having trouble with some teeth on the right side of my mouth. I had 2 pretty bad toothaches while out of town. I called to see if I could get in to get it checked out. I called Thursday @ 8:00 am & got in to see Dr. Jolley. He was very nice & professional. The only bad thing is he’s sending me to an Endodonist for maybe 2 root canals. Still happy with the folks & doctors!!!

There was very little wait time and the dental team is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I didn’t feel like a “number” but rather a valued patient. Dr. Wieck was professional and personable. He took the time to explain every aspect of what was happening and was sensitive to my needs. 100% recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I had a pretty involved hygiene appointment. (Don’t put off those regular cleanings, friends! ‍) My hygienist did a stellar job of getting me back on the road to good dental health and was so kind and helpful. Never a bad experience at Amarillo Dental Group (Commerce location).

Lizabeth at the front desk was incredibly patient helping me schedule multiple appointments. I hate going to the dentist… but the people here are great and make it much better.
