Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by the staff and state of art equipment which was more up to date than my previous dental practice. Dr. Labin and my dental hygienist (I'm so sorry I can't recall her name, as we had a lovely chat.) gave me a thorough exam, and a full set of x-rays. I was given a treatment plan which will begin shortly. The entire office was very kind and courteous.

Negative experience: I have been coming to Dental Group since they opened and the past three appointments I have for just cleaning seemed to me to feel rushed and my teeth did not feel thoroughly cleaned like they used to. I feel they do not use enough of the cleaning paste or spent enough time on taking off the tarter. I love Dr. Labin and the hygienists there, so I am not faulting them. I just don't know if there was a change in cleaning policy or procedure. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and super professional dental service. I was welcomed in by the receptionist. My dental hygienist kept me informed as to what was going on, was very thorough, and very friendly on top of that. My dentist was super as well and in addition to a thorough exam, let me know about a tooth that, while ok today, may need attention in the future.

I was greeted at the door of the beautiful facility by a very kind assistant followed by an equally kind technician who performed many sophisticated preparations for Dr. Roach’s discussion with me as to the condition of my mouth. The doctor was delightful and thorough and positive. I couldn’t have had a better first visit!

Fantastic experience: As always, my appointment was exactly on time. The Dental Group is very efficient! Carlyn is an excellent hygienist and Dr Jones is great.

Positive experience: I was there for a cleaning. Karlyn the tech was nice but very rough. I felt like my mouth was full of blood the entire time. She nicked my gums in the same spot twice. My mouth was sore the entire rest of the day. I had to take ibuprofen in order to eat lunch. Dr. Roach was gentle as always.

Fantastic experience: A new hygienist for me (sorry, I can’t recall her name) and Dr Roach (subbing for Dr Bryan) did my cleaning and checkup. Both were great at their jobs. Friendly, on time, and efficient- in and out in no time. I’m very happy.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of the Dental Group since 2009. They have treated me with respect, they have been courteous, and they are all very professional. I trust and value all of them for all they have done for me. You couldn't ask for a finer Dental practice. I just visited their office on 4/22/25. Had a great checkup with Meghan, who is the best, and it is always a pleasure to see Dr. Blair Jones. He is always thorough with his evaluations and is always happy when a patient does all the regular routine things required to keep your teeth and gums in good health. Also, he has a very witty sense of humor which I enjoy. They are like family there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all for your respect and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: I didn't go to a dentist in 24 years. Dr. Jones & all his staff are incredible. I don't like needles at all,I needed a deep clean top teeth 1 day & bottom the next. I think between both days I got close to 20 sticks. Dr. Jones was awesome. Still not my thing but if he needed to stick me again. It would be ok. Like I said everyone there is incredible. 10 out of 10. Side note,after all those years I only had 1 cavity & it was a cracked tooth. Thanks again to everyone there.

Negative experience: The office team at Dental Group is inadequately trained to work with incoming patients. The Dental Group takes advantage of patients by leveraging their position as one of the only large dental practices in the Lewes area and expects their patients to go along with a rude staff. Many of these employees seem to concern themself with demoralizing patients and speaking gossip behind the desk as tho their patients cannot hear them while sitting in the waiting area. When I requested to speak with a higher up, I was instructed to call in at a different time. If quality, courteous service is what you're looking for, the Dental Group may not be the best option.

Fantastic experience: My experience there is always a great one. The hygienists are always very personable and Dr. Kuan is the best.

Fantastic experience: I am not a regular patient with this dental group, as I do not currently have dental coverage. But I developed a cracked tooth and was in pain. They saw me within a day or two, and was upfront and honest about the out-of-pocket costs w/o insurance. When I went in, I was prepared to pay alot and have them take Xrays, and put me through a painful cleaning and exam, just so I could get a piece of paper, "A Referral," to an oral surgeon. Instead, they heard my dilemma and only took Xrays and a very brief exam to determine my tooth should, indeed, come out. They worked with my intentions all along without pressure. I will definitely be returning when my dental insurance is picked up again.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, I dread it! I really don't mind going anymore because this group of dentist make it want me to start taking better care of my teeth. I really do mean it, its not like going to the death chamber anymore, its something I still don't like doing but I know this is the best dentist I have ever been to!

Positive experience: Dr Barnhart and his team is ALWAYS amazing. The finacial women that was working that evening was not so pleasant. Rolled her eyes at me because my dental hygienist gave me the option to pay now or when I come back to receive my retainers, and the finacial women wanted me to pay up front. Don’t give someone the option and then ROLL your eyes after they give you their answer.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kuon is truly an expert dentist who takes care and time with his patients. I've never had such a thorough exam and I'm very pleased to have found The Dental Group. My visit was wonderful from the first greeting at the front desk, the kind and gentle x-rays with Brandy, an in-depth meeting with Dr Kuon and finally the excellent teeth cleaning by hygienist Terri! I'm looking forward to my future visits!

Fantastic experience: Excellent hygienist! Cleaning was fast and gentkeno discomfort what so ever. She also used a special machine, which no one has ever suggested before, to take xrays. I have been told i have large tori (sp?) which makes xrays difficult and painful using normal procedures

Fantastic experience: Front desk check-in person was very nice, patient with all of my questions, and informative. Dental Hygienist, Molly, was knowledgeable, gentle, efficient and very nice. I felt the same of Dr. Jones. Check-out person was also very nice and efficient. Great office. Just wish they would accept dental insurance.

Positive experience: I am very nervous about going to the Dentist. I'm not sure why but I am. My visit with Dr Barnhardt was good, He always makes me feel comfortable. I had one of my lower very back crown break and had to have something done to keep it from crumbling any more. After a few pictures it was demined that at this time I could just wait and make up my mind on whether to extract the tooth or repair with a new crown. I'm waiting to decide what I would like to do but was happy I didn't have to make a decision at this time. The Doctors and staff are all very caring and calming to me. Thank you DENTAL GROUP!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had two visits that were both excellent. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient in checking me in and out for current and future appointments. Dr. Bryan is very easy to listen to and sets an atmosphere for questions, taking an ample amount of time to explain the presenting issues. He provided a lot of information that most physicians do not normally provide because of time limitations. Terry was the MOST GENTLE hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is friendly and approachable, and has a manner that instills comfort and confidence. She has a way of calming an anxious situation. This practice has EXCELLENT customer service with the focus of offering a feeling of safety and security for the patient -- not easy in a dental setting. I had another visit with Terry and Dr. Bryan on 5/31/23. Again, Terry was fantastic...SO very thorough, gentle, and engaging. Dr. Bryan is the same...checking carefully on problem areas, and "keeping a close eye on things." They always attend to standards of practice, without requiring unnecessary treatments or procedures. I always feel very SAFE after having been in this office. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody, without hesitation. They are extremely efficient, and excellent in keeping with appointment times. I have never had longer than a ten minute wait past my scheduled appointment. I feel very fortunate that I am able to continue with this group of professionals. I recently had a checkup and saw Jo for the cleaning who was absolutely outstanding. She was caring, precise, thorough, funny, and made me feel very much at ease. I also saw Dr Bryan who was so professional, as always. When you go to this practice, there is a feeling of true comfort in that their standards are very high which are met on every visit. This dental practice is the best dental group I have ever been to and I've been going to the dentist since I was a small child. They really are the very best.

Fantastic experience: OMG!! These people are so great!. Super nice, kind, gentle. I am SO blessed that not only did i get an emergency appt right away but they are also super nice! I forgot to take 1/2 xanax before I came this morning because I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going to dentist. (Had horrible past experiences.) I was practicing my breathing on the way here. Jessica, the technician, really put me at ease and the dentist, Dr Labin, was even better. I cannot say enough good things about them. I avoided way too long. If I had known how great this group was, i would never have waited till it was an emergency! The absolute best practice!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for an appointment to restore my two bottom canine teeth with composite. Dr Barnhardt was my dentist on this procedure, which he recommended. When I got home after the appointment I noticed that one tooth was higher and had a more pointed shape. I called the office and they were very accommodating and booked another appointment to amend the right bottom tooth. Dr Barnhardt corrected the shape and the height and they look perfect now. I am very happy with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: Lori (sp?) was thorough, professional, and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her during the time we waited for Dr. Kuon to come for his final check.

Fantastic experience: Ann took my x-rays and gave me an expert cleaning with gum recession measurement. Dr. Roach examined thoroughly and said everything looks good. They advised me to use Listerene with fluoride for better protection against cavities.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was escorted back to the exam room ten minutes after arriving and was x-rayed by the dental assistant. Dr Labin came in to room a few minutes later. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
