Positive experience: First, I do like the set up of the center. Clean and organized. Front desk, nurses and Nurse practitioner are all friendly. The online app and support are great too BUT...my biggest issue with them is the lack of time management. Whenever I go in for an apt, it takes over an hour to be seen after registering. I sincerely hope this can be better managed. Perhaps not setting apts too close together will be helpful to the team.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Rafael Martinez (APRN), and I had an amazing experience. He is one of the more talented individuals I’ve encountered over at Sanitas. He’s very professional, courteous, and extremely competent. I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. More importantly he was able to intelligently diagnose and treat me for a minor medical issue successfully. He is also bilingual and speaks English and Spanish perfectly.

Negative experience: I had scheduled a Saturday appointment a month in advance for my annual check-up. A day before the visit, I was notified that the appointment was canceled due to a doctor’s emergency. I understand that life happens. However, the next appointment offered did not fit my busy schedule—and worse yet, I was told I would have to wait weeks for the next available time slot. When I asked to reschedule for the next available weekend, I was informed it would be another month before a doctor could see me. All that was offered to me were apologies and another long wait to be seen on a weekend. At that point, I decided not to reschedule and let it go. However, today, 06/18/2025, someone from Sanitas called to say I haven't had my annual check-up and offered to schedule me for August 2025. I explained that my appointment was canceled back in April and that if they wanted to keep my business, they should offer me a sooner weekend appointment—just like I had originally scheduled. The caller said the earliest availability was sometime in September, which was the best they could do. I declined the dates and informed them that I would be taking my business elsewhere. At this point, the best I can do is leave a one-star review based on my experience. Thank you.

Negative experience: I was adamant about not wanting to resort to medications in regards to my mental health and she ignored me and prescribed me meds. Expressed specific concerns and how a certain medication used to help with my medical issue and she refused to prescribe it to me again. Not to mention no one speaks a lick of English. I’m convinced they got their certs off Temu. Super unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Both experiences at urgent care last week and with my primary doctor today were excellent. Happy to comment that everyone from check in to medical assistants to pharmacy technicians provided superb service. Happy to see good service now days specially in Miami. Mercedes was extremely helpful and patient. Keep up the good work. I was in and out of urgent care last week in 45 minutes, went because of a back pain.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, no communication they don't call back if they say they are they cancel and change your appointments of dates and times without your acknowledgment and you don't even know it if you go there in person they skip you in line. Don't seem to have an urgency to want to help people. And the supervisor is the lady who was there when I first started going there about 10 years ago cuz I have Florida Blue and I know how to say this but was very very unprofessional when it came to getting let us women get. Terrible with referrals you call and talk to the call center to hang up on you on and on and on I can go you do what you want if you want to go there but this is just my opinion maybe one or two out of 10 times or maybe less than that it goes okay just okay on the phone or with whatever on the reputation is not good speaking with other people but. The good thing is they have a lot of things that you can get done at that clinic

Negative experience: Sanitas Medical Center at Doral: Severely Lacking in Customer Service and Communication My experience with Sanitas Medical Center in Doral has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, primarily due to significant issues with communication and a complete failure to provide timely referrals and process necessary medical information. The core problem lies in the inconsistent and, frankly, inadequate customer service. When calling, regardless of whether I speak in English or Spanish, understanding the representatives is a challenge. In English, the broken English spoken makes communication difficult. While attempting to communicate in Spanish isn't always suitable for a patient's primary needs. My most pressing concern stems from a referral request made two weeks ago for my husband to see an orthopedic surgeon for a severe shoulder issue. Despite multiple calls and assurances, including one from a representative named Lady, the referral was never processed. This negligence forced my husband to cancel his appointment, leaving him in continued pain and delaying necessary medical care. Adding to our frustration, we're now experiencing similar issues with a CT scan ordered for my husband's brother. The surgeon sent over the necessary paperwork, but upon contacting Sanitas, no one seems to have any record or knowledge of it. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. Sanitas Medical Center Doral needs to address these serious shortcomings in their customer service and internal processes. Patients rely on timely referrals and accurate information for their healthcare needs. This experience has demonstrated a profound lack of attention to detail and a disregard for patient well-being. I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.

Negative experience: No respect for patient’s time I have been coming and coming to request a refill of my medications. It looks like nobody cares. I had my annual check up with my primary care phisician. He took notes of my prescriptions. I’m still waiting for the refills.

Negative experience: It so true the lady said the clinic smell so bad. Also to book an appointment it so hard. It said that we can book virtual appointment but now it charge to book virtual too. I have my daughter try to have a referral she’s being there two time also but they gave to her wrong specialist. Now she want another one but so difficult to do it because she not in town she in school

Negative experience: Waiting time for attention is excessive. I arrived at 9:30 am. I was the only person waiting, and the doctor attended me at 11:15am

Negative experience: They almost killed me... Avoid this clinic if you can. I went in for aggressive swelling that appeared in my lymph nodes. They wrote me off as having mono. I displayed no other symptoms for Mono but they saw me and assumed based off my appearance that I am someone a lot younger. Their advice was to wait 4 weeks before coming back, had I listened I would have probably needed surgery and been at ICU for weeks at best. Their staff treats young women horribly and assumes you don't know anything. I also warned them that I am prone to fainting and have no control over it but instead I woke up alone in the room on the floor after the bloodwork. They not only dismissed me, but actively took all the steps that I told them to not do as it would only worsen the syncope episode. I was rushed to the ER three days later due to how much the swelling progressed. I was told I never had Mono but the infection on my lymph nodes had become so large that they started the first stage of necrosis and I was on Sepsis watch. I'm still in recovery. Overall, they were more focused on the fact that I filled out the form of my symptoms incorrectly than granting me the care I needed. I apologized for not understanding the form as I thought my symptoms correlated but I am not the medical practitioner. They are.

Fantastic experience: Excellent communication & very professional service & kindness across all interactive departments. Very consistent in attention, punctuality & overall demeanor. Basically, this facility operates effectively like ‘clockwork.’ I’ve rarely seen this level of care & quality in Healthcare. They are truly that good!

Negative experience: Update 12/06/24 The customer service at Sanitas continues to decline, which hardly seemed possible. I had an exam scheduled for two months, only for it to be rescheduled twice—both times without prior notice. Today, I arrived for my appointment only to be told there were no technicians available to perform the exam. This level of disregard for patients and patrons demonstrates a complete lack of consideration and respect. I've been trying to talk to someone at the Doral facility about imaging test results. After following the phone prompts I got a survey before my call got answered, and the call was disconnected. This is not the first time I tried to talk to someone on the phone and was not able to. This is very annoying, to say the least.

Fantastic experience: The best… angelica is an angel like her name. The pharmacy service is great. I would Like to suggest to include blood pressure monitor in their inventory. This equipment is as important as the glucose monitor. Patricia Giralt Doral resident since 1990

Fantastic experience: Mercedes Gomes López in Patient experience was such a joy. Not only in how helpful and kind she was directly with my mother and me, but in how we witnessed her treat every patient coming in. She is wonderful and Sanitas is fortunate to have such a light on their team.

Negative experience: My wife took my daughter there since 3 months old to see the pediatric doctor. Every time she went, my daughter was fine. Even though her mom would express concerns he would dismiss them. Fast forward she is almost 3 going to a doctor who she saw during her 2.5 year old wellness check at Pediatric associates and the doctor their placed her on occupational therapy. I 100 percent feel that if he had listened or was doing a better job my daughter would had gone to occupational therapy as a baby or at least 1. Now my daughter wasted all that time she could been doing occupational therapy.

Fantastic experience: Neydi was spectacular! I arrived at the knee surgeon and the referral was not ready and Neydi quickly got all that straightened out for me. Also the nutritionist wanted availity and I needed my medical records. Outstanding competent employee! Definitely deserving of a promotion and raise!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone, I wanted to tell you how great and surprising my visit to the Sanitas and UC service was, let me start by saying that I was a little sad, feeling sad this morning because I had covid symptoms, however everything changed when I first met Once with Ms. Alaniss from the front desk department, she greeted me with a warm smile and most importantly I felt very welcomed by her warm attitude, something I don't see in other places I have been, she is amazing, So what can I say? Mrs. Rochelle was outside. of this world, she was very welcoming, professional, compassionate and very gentle in evaluating me, this lady has my respect, now when Dr. Dave Caldera, the UC doctor, walked into the room, it made my day, not only I was happy I felt at ease, he was also very informative, professional, compassionate and took his time with me, he responded to all my concerns and I didn't feel rushed, he has this bright light around him that made me feel at ease and that I was an important human being. Dr. Caldera is an incredible human being, thank you for your service. I wish I could give 10 stars but they only allow me 5. When I got into my car I felt much better because of the sensitivity, attention, service, empathy and care they gave me, Our souls sometimes need this type of service. and attention to be able to heal ourselves from any illness we are experiencing.

Negative experience: I came for Xray my appointment at 7:05 and it already 8:00 still waiting . Someone has to do better job .Don’t make any appointments if you can’t handle your patients. Super disappointed Horrible

Negative experience: They lie about what services they provide. Drove an hour and half had an appointment at 4:30 arrived at 4:20 and didn’t get in until after 5pm. Then when I get in they tell me they don’t even offer what I noted in the reason for my visit. They called me to even confirm my appointment the morning of, knowing they don’t do this service. Terrible place and a complete waste my time.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, the reception staff, Mélinda Urbaneja, was welcoming and efficient. The medical team, including Dra. Yaelys Denis Bermúdez and the nursing staff, were exceptionally professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions patiently.

Negative experience: My mom had an appointment with a neurologist and I went to this office to request the referral with two weeks in advanced. I gave them the name of doctor, address, fax and telephone number, so they can send the referral. This Friday I received a call from neurology center that they have not received the referral, we called Sanitas again asking for referral and they made a wrong referral under another doctors name my mom asked them to sent asap the referral because the appointment is next labor day, and they were supposed to sent it that’s day. Today, the day of the appointment still they have not sent the referral. So we lost the appointment that we have been waiting for more than two weeks. This is 100% negligence that we have to lose an important appointment because they didn’t sent the referral on time. Really bad they do t do their job

Fantastic experience: The attention and convenience of this clinic definitely deserves 5 stars. The doctors are very professional, answer all your doubts, and overall very educated. My experience with Dr. Nelson Toledo was great and I do recommend him. At the front desk, Neydi, was very sweet, attentive, and patient. She took her time in taking care of me checking in and out. Overall, great staff all around! Extremely satisfied with my visit.

Negative experience: Ridiculous!! Lines a mile long, nobody speaks a word of english(they try) . Appointment was at 230. Got here at 215 and stood in line till 250. Let’s see how long till they call my name. The are just racking in the doe at the expense of the patients time: NEVER COMING BACK!!

I ask Mrs Mercedes to help me to set up my Sanitas app She try so hard to help me and due to the too many patient so she can not complete my app re new. And after two month. Which is today I go to Doral office. She recognize me. That was amazing after two months. She still remember me so she told me she need to help me out to complete the job she didn’t finish tow month ago. So she spent almost 35 minutes to help me upgrade the new app for me and explain to me very detail about the new function.of new app can do for me. What a good helpful people I ever have in my life. Negative experience: Endless wait. They calling you to invite for early check up and then you come and realize that for blood you need to go another day, for other test it’s too early etc etc. I just waisted 2 hours of wait plus 40 mins drive for nothing. Update: this clinic is a joke, please choose any other if you have a choice. I made an appointment for ultrasound by another day right on a front desk, they confirmed and when I came to the hospital they didn’t have my appointment in the system. Another hours of my time wasted!!!

Negative experience: I had been choking/coughing constantly on food swallowed wrong. Treated like a dog. NP looked in my mouth. (I was coughing) She just said she was sending me to the hospital so they could f/u. No xray no anything to see if something had went into my lungs. Meanwhile i’m croupy seal sounding coughing. I walked out. Reported to ins commission & BBB

Negative experience: The only reason for 1 star is because I can’t put 0. My appointment was at 8:45. It is now 10:45 and I have yet to be attended. I understand delays by all means, but 2 hours is a little ridiculous. This is the 2nd time in a matter of a week that I have to reschedule my appointment here due to the excessive wait time. I understand running late, it happens but back to back? Over an hour? It makes me question why bother making an appointment if the time appointment time is no where near when you’ll be able to get attended. I value and respect everyone’s time and I’d hope the doctors would have the same decency to value my time in return. I have job and unfortunately cannot spend my entire day off at the doctors crossing my fingers in hopes to be called. There’s a reason why I scheduled an appointment in the morning, there are other things that I need to get done through out the day. Unfortunately my last 3 visits have been distasteful and disappointing to say the least. I will NOT be returning and have taken the liberty the remove my previous 5 star review(2years ago) as I don’t want to mislead others and have them waste hours on end of their lives simply waiting to be called FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I’d like to clarify that the front desk staff was nice and helped as much as they possibly could, at the end of the day it isn’t their fault they’re just the messenger, treat them kindly.

Fantastic experience: The experience at this Sanitas location was extraordinary. Kind, humane, effective, convenient and professional. Haven’t received this level of excellence in service in this city anywhere else.

Negative experience: Receptionist at the Doral location was extremely rude. And apparently incompetent too. After my imaging they told me they would automatically send my images and results to the ordering doctor and had me fill out a form requesting the results be emailed to me so I wouldn’t have to schlepp across the county again. Weeks later my doctor never received them nor did I. When I called Sanitas they told me they don’t email results like that and that my ordering doctor needed to request the results be sent. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

My husband went in for an appointment for a CT scan He went early at 10:15 am ,his appointment was sheduled for 11:00 am, 50 min later he was called after all the Venezuelan people that came after him got thru in this Doral center. Coincidence? I think not

Not only he is very professional, polite and give a good customer service but he give the extra mile and he dies what ever he can to help you get want yo need. He is also fast. Negative experience: I saw a doctor and she requested to do bloodwork. I go in to do the bloodwork on a different day because I needed to fast. They told me they dont do it and to go to Quest and they already had the blood work order. I go to Quest and after waiting for 1 hr, am told they dont have the order. I had to call Sanitas and request for them to fax it while I waited in the waiting room. 2 weeks later, no one from the clinic has contacted me to discuss my results. I saw my results on the Quest patient portal and it shows I am very deficient with life threatening anemia levels and I am feeling like I am going to pass out throughout the day, no one from Sanitas has contacted me to tell me what I need to do. I call to make an appointment and am told I have to go to Quest and have them send the bloodwork via FAX to the dr because they dont have it. I call Quest and am told Dr received my blood work results via fax and electronically 11 days ago!! Call Sanitas again and they said they dont have it. So i am stuck and need to find another clinic to get help and an action plan for my anemia. What kind of "medical" establishment is this?! They don't care about their patients health and just collecting money for basic services. The patient has to run around and do the work and keep on top of everything.

Negative experience: I can't even give this place 1 star. I just hung up with one of their "scheduler's "jeff" telling me that I cannot make an appointment at the diagnostic center for an Xray or ECG with a preop diagnosis if my "previous doctor" which my PCP is not a previous doctor he is MY DOCTOR sends them an order to the center so then I can become a patient to then get seen by one of their doctors who then orders the same order that my doctor already ordered for me. Is this place NOT A DIAGNOSTIC CENTER AS IT IS LISTED? And to top it off, he told me that I cannot go there for my diagnostic testing because they are not a provider for BCBS. Which is an absolute lie, he told me that their policy is that I need to be part of the clinic to have any type of diagnostic testing and if I wasn't then they would not take my insurance. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AS IT IS APPARENTLY NOT WHAT IT SEEMS TO BE.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and kindness from Dr. Charles Lascano and his team. Very attentive and very knowledgeable about my knee problem. I recommend it 100%.

Negative experience: This establishment claims to be a medical clinic, but it more closely resembles a chaotic swap shop. The lack of professionalism here is staggering. Unbeknownst to many, the entire staff consists of college students, with the doctor doubling as their teacher. Entrusting these immature individuals with your medical records is disconcerting. Patients are nothing more than animals to test and learn from. They've openly mocked my conditions, violated HIPAA laws by shouting personal medical details, and every attempt to seek medical attention results in laughter and name-calling. My sole purpose is seeking medical help, not engaging in inappropriate behavior or looking for a hook up!

Fantastic experience: Dr Infante is simply outstanding (customer service, explaining thoroughly pros/cons about treatments and medications. It’s been a while that a visit to my primary doctor exceeded all expectations.

Negative experience: First I go to Sanitas North Miami after confirming my Dr’s appointment, and leaving early from work to drive 30+ minutes. Once I get in, the assistant tells me that the Dr left, and won’t be able to see me (how professional and convenient, right?) I then tell the assistant that I need an appointment for a CT Head, and gives me one for the following day in Doral (here). I drive 40+ minutes to Doral on a Saturday morning, where I find out through the receptionist that I needed an authorization that takes up to: 10 DAYS, and that the next appointment available is in three weeks. Communication in the Sanitas seems great I used to think that healthcare in the United States was not a service but a business, but this one doesn’t event look like one either, so I don’t know what it is. For sure not a place to recommend.

Negative experience: If I could give this place and organization as a whole no star that would be a more accurate rating. This Sanitas "organization" is everything but Organized. I had to ask multiple times to be spoke to in English and the workers continue speaking Spanish. From the door I have had a terrible experience here. People coughing everywhere crowed waiting space. They have you like in a pig pen you must stay in the infestation waiting area and can't step out otherwise you will be skipped or they treated to register you as if you are a no-show.

Negative experience: The waiting time is too long and the employees making appointments don't really know what they are doing. I waited 2 hours today for a breast ultrasound. Only to be told by the ultrasound tech, after 2 hours wondering why my name wasn't called, that I don't require a breast ultrasound because my mammogram was a "screening mammogram" and not a "diagnostic mammogram". Screening mammograms don't require a follow-up ultrasound according to Sanitas. Nevermind, my doctor prescribing one because I have fibrocystic breasts and have been having both for as long as I can remember. God only knows how much cancer has been missed because of this "policy."

Fantastic experience: Dr. Charles Lascano is very helpful and always informative. He knows exactly the type of therapy I need for my sprained talofibular and calcaneofibular. The treatment should have only been for 2 months but that is because I didn’t listen to the therapy center recommendations he provided me with, also because I couldn’t afford it. All in all, I might just make my final decision in going to the therapy centers he is recommending even though I may have to pay more out of pocket. I’m hoping and trusting in his word to be completely healed after listening to his advice. I’ll keep ya’ll posted.

Negative experience: I went to Urgent Care today at Sanitas Doral, the registration cleck was very disorganized and unpolite. The person that attended me was not an MD. The waiting was long. They did not put the medication in the pharmacy. I had to go to a different urgent care where they had excellent service, i received a better treatment ( ointment, antibiotics and 4 by 4 pads to put in my eye)

Negative experience: I went there today since one of me breast has been bothering me for a while now and my primary physician does not have appointments till October. The front desk lady Rosa, it’s all but costumer service oriented. She seemed bother for people walking in on Saturday like if people would like to go to the Dr for no reason. I asked her if she could find out before I waited, if the physician in the urgent care can refers me to ultrasound or my other procedures if needed. She went in and came back with no clear answer. I waited 2 hours and the Dr walked in and said did not make sense for him to check me because if I had something the result will get back to him and he would not have a way to communicate with me etc. I couldn’t believe it. Then Rosa did not help me, she said I had to ask for referral via the app etc with cero empathy for the time that I was waiting even when I asked her to find out how it would work. I walked away with tears on my eyes for the lack of respect and importance this people gave to my pain. Safe your time on going here, they do nothing for you.

Fantastic experience: Quick customer service! I never got my kids medical records when their Connecticut office was open so I was super nervous when I had to look for a new doctor. About an 30 minutes later from when I called to have them sent to my kids new doc, the medical record girl Yarlenis called me and was so sweet and understanding even though I was a nervous wreck thinking I was too late to get my 3 kids records!! hopefully they have plans to reopen Connecticut office!

Negative experience: To add up to my previous review and to make things worst. I have called, requested an Urgent Referral and it was never done on a Monday and Tuesday was my doctors appointment, I spent an hour on the phone with Called “Sanitas” but should be called the worst service center all I was told was it has been escalated to the appropriate supervisor until I missed the appointment and nothing was done. If I could write this and publish it on tv it would give me the best satisfaction letting people know that this place indeed is the worst to be seen. Also, I scheduled an appointment for a specific time, then when I arrive there is a waiting line to be registered, the 45 minutes later from the appointment time I’m still sitting on the front waiting to be called and it’s just to get a prescription refill. Lack of service and customer service. Our time has the same or more value than theirs that are just waiting to go home.

Negative experience: I am never going to Sanitas again. I checked in for my appointment and waited more than an hour before the front desk clerk informed me that my appointment had been rescheduled for more than a month from today, despite the fact that I received weekly reminder calls. She stated that nobody informed me because “the system was experiencing issues”. It is extremely impolite to waste someone’s time like this. I do not recommend this medical center as it is the worse in Miami.

Fantastic experience: I had a first time appointment with Dr. Yaelys Bermudez, She was very kind, she took her time to explain everything to me, she is a very nice person, I had a great experience during the appointment with her. The room was very clean. Her medical assistant is also a very nice person.

Negative experience: I will never be visiting Sanitas again. I have Florida Blue insurance and I have met not only my deductible, but also my plan’s maximum out of pocket. I confirmed with Florida Blue and was told I had no copay since I had met my maximum out of pocket. I asked the receptionist to please verify with my insurance and if they could please give them a call and that was not something that could be done. I ended up having to cancel my appointment because I was not going to pay for a service that I know I didn’t have to. My time was absolutely wasted. I had called in the day before the appointment to verify this and was told I would get a call back…I did not. When I called in a second time the day before, I was told to just let the receptionist know the day of the appointment. I explained I did not want to go to an appointment and find out I had to pay the day of the appointment. That’s exactly what happened and I had to cancel it. I went to the appointment to then cancel because they could not take 5 minutes of their time to confirm with my insurance that I did not have to pay. I was not going to pay for a service that my insurance covered 100%.

Negative experience: I took my daughter to Sanitas because she has a very acute pain in abdomen. We waited for about 2 hours and she was told that the doctor has more patients. They were in the lunch hour and all the ER rooms smell like food. Finally my husband decides to ask how much longer and he was told that he us to I ser stand that it was lunch time at almost 3:00 pm. So we decided to leave and take my daughter to an urgent care and 1 hour later she has no more pain. Going home. Sanitas is terrible!!!

Negative experience: Beware, they have the worst Pediatrician ever at the Doral center. Dr Guacaneme's only advise for my daughter during the 6 years overseeing her health was to get vaccinated. Even though we explained many times all her symptoms, he did not follow up nor had any interest in finding out what was going on. I had to change insurance carrier in order to get another pediatrician as my daughter is suffering from a condition that due to his negligence has gotten worse. Keep away form that "Pediatrician"

Negative experience: I went to Sanitas to check out some back pain I was experiencing as well as a rash that had developed under my breast. The doctor came in didn’t even inspect my rash, I asked her to check out my back, she didn’t even take a look at my spine or touch sensitivity points, all she said was take ibuprofen for the pain. Awful service, awful doctors, would never go again.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment with the podiatrist. My name was called super fast. Dr. Adarve and assistant Lorena are wonderful people. They make me feel like I've known them forever. They were extremely warm and welcoming. Listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions without being rushed. Great experience at a doctor's office!

Fantastic experience: I have an awesome experience with Yolanda’s customer service in Doral Sanitas. She will solve any issue or concern you have, and I highly recommend her she is great employee.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Yolanda, I’ve had so many problems with the appointments and referrals but thankfully Yolanda is been always there to help me. In addition Dr. Diana zambrana is the most amazing doctor thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: I came for a mammogram and ultrasound that was scheduled weeks prior in Lauderdale lakes, then Doral, for both appointments their machine was down and they couldn't perform my tests. I was called by someone in the Doral location to reschedule for March 21 and I received a call from the Doral location the day before confirming my appointment for the next day at 11:30 am. I made sure to arrived on time and paid my copay, than I found out my appointment was mistakenly schedule in Lauderdale lakes instead of Doral. I was beyond frustrated and very upset, after waiting for over an hour Yolanda Breira and Luis Vera both work at the front desk did everything they could in their power to assist me and make sure I was taken care of. I am only giving the 5 Star because these employees did everything they could to make sure I didn't have a nervous breakdown at the clinic which I was seconds away from having. I wish they hire more people who speaks English to avoid these situations.

Fantastic experience: Margarita Guerro the echocardiogram tech helped me with a wonderful experience. I'm not a fan of going to the doctor but Margarita made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I was able to see the health of my heart and the whole process went very well. They had me in and out and back to my stuff in no time. I highly recommend going to this location.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for almost a year.They definitely make you feel very comfortable and welcomed all at the same time! Especially Giovianna Baldarrago and her medical assistant Erneys Lopez!

Fantastic experience: My visit with the Ultrasound technician Adriane Guma was very positive, she’s very professional and highly skilled. She was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly.Thanks so much for so much care and for being so pleasant!!!!

Negative experience: very poor service or knowledgeable personal. Last Thursday I took my daughter to "Urgent care" because she had stomach flu like symptoms. She was seen by Yosniel Mezquia Sanchez, APRN, his assistant was very rude and little cooperative (no English by the way), I specifically asked him not to send her a nausea medicine as she was not complaining about that, and guess what! the ONLY medicine he prescribed her was a nausea medicine, nothing for the pain or discomfort not even probiotics that any doctor (or nurse in this case) would have prescribed! I had to take my daughter to another place to have a proper medical attention... what a waist of time! Sanitas should review better the people they hire!

Negative experience: I'm so disappointed with the administration and attention received at Sanitas Labs and clinics. They can have good equipment, doctors, and nurses, but the front desk, customer service, call centers, and logistics department are a disaster. Very difficult to make appointments, they skip your appointments, really disappointed with the service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Charles Lascano provided me with options for my treatment and was very thorough and clear about my medical condition. He treated me with respect and humanity and cared to help me speed up the process to receive treatment. His medical assistant Oscar Ruiz was also very kind. They’re both excellent professionals.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a very good experience at the Doral Clinic, but I would like to highlight the good attention of the Adriane tech who does the ultrasound, she is very professional, calls punctually at the time of the appointment and is very kind to the patients, she has a wide range of knowledge of the work he does and explains with great equanimity and patience. The level of professionalism and knowledge from her was impressive. I hope that she is recognized for the great work that she does of her at Sanitas.

Fantastic experience: I have had two appointments with Dr Lazcano and I am very satisfied with his knowledge, professionalism, and the way he takes the time to assess my issues and explain to me every detail of treatment and options. He inspire confident in the patient. I hope to keep him for my needs in the future. Also his assistant Oscar Ruiz is very professional and gives the time every patient needs without hurries.
