Negative experience: Did not honor 11 month old estimate charged me almost double because I was in pain , kept billing my insurance for months even though I had already paid cash. one time the girl told me my insurance EOB was incorrect and demanded I pay what she said and not what the insurance EOB reflected. Definitely buyer beware!

Negative experience: Very pushy with the 5 star review. I was fooled as well I originally put a 5 star review but as my time progressed and I find myself stuck with a $3,000 tab I can’t help but leave a review to keep this from happening. As you enter the front staff will assess and begin to push for services and procedures you will not need, they will do the minimum to have your insurance cover the cost in order to get you to sign up with loan companies to finance you and put you under a payment plan. They will routinely let you know that the deals are expiring and you won’t be able to take advantage of the offer ( by which I ask myself is this a dentist or a Verizon kiosk pushing for sales to make commission). I went to another dentist down the road and long story short they were able to cover over half of my procedure and I would only pay $600 out of pocket. With Valley dentist they claimed to pay half but my out of pocket cost was going to be $1500! When the new dentist called to get my information they went as far as to tell the clerk to remind me that my deal would expire and to be sure with my decision. The 5star review is a facade you guys appear to have zero interest in a person’s financial situation. Wanting me to enroll in over $300 in monthly payments plus pushing for more. My insurance would have covered more of my procedure if it weren’t for them asking for premium parts to void what the insurance can cover. Very shady be aware and don’t let front staff push you to sign up with outside companies nor use “deals” to create a sense of urgency to further pressure you to get something you don’t need!

Fantastic experience: Jessica and Dr. Cereceres were great they did an extraction of my wisdom tooth and I couldn't of chosen a better Dr. They finished quickly and it was painless, I highly recommend them for any dental care.

Negative experience: Called to schedule a $45 cleaning as I mentioned when I called and left with no cleaning and paid $50 for a consult I didn’t even ask for as well as a “the deep clean is $900” mention that on the phone call first before scamming people to go in, very unprofessional and the receptionists aren’t attentive to the patients, save your time and money and go to Juarez or anywhere else but here.

Negative experience: DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! They literally "buy" good reviews, they overcharge for their procedures and pressure you so hard to take financing options and they tell you to give them a 5 star review for a discount??? How is that ethical? My wife and I had a terrible experience since they told her she had a cavity in a tooth, yet when she got home IT HAPPENED TO BE A KERNEL STUCK ON IT! She also told me one of the dental assistants that took her xrays got so close to her to the point he had his hand pressed onto the underside her breast which made her very uncomfortable. Finally, they told us we were able leave after a simple check up, and they forgot to charge us, so we had to go back to pay for the service the next day and they were rude as if it was our fault they forgot to charge us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Negative experience: I have 2 elderly family members that have used this dental office, they both had and are having terrible service. My mother’s teeth were never fixed to fit her appropriately and after several visits and thousands of dollars later the problem was never solved. To this day her dental appliance sits in a drawer at home where they were never fixed and they were of no use to her. Now my uncle is having the same issues they have had him go back and forth for his dental appliance, they don’t take into consideration that he is an elderly man and has trouble driving or finding transportation to get to their office. He has also paid those upfront and to this day his issue has still not been resolved. I highly recommend anyone considering to visit this office find a better dentist in town. Had l known he was going to the same dentist I would have warned him. Wanted to give no stars but sight does not havre that option.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost they try to bring you in with a special do x-rays and then they immediately want to drill your teeth. I didn’t even get a cleaning because they said they wanted to do it after they do the fillings. They wanted to drill three of my teeth I know in my heart I didn’t have that many cavities so I decided to get a second opinion and go to a different dentist. They cleaned my teeth and did x-rays turns out I have zero cavities. It’s not even about the money even though they want it over $1000. It’s about drilling holes in my teeth when I don’t need them to be drilled. That should be illegal in any case stay away from this place if you can

Negative experience: Disappointing and Stressful Experience I’m genuinely surprised by the positive reviews for this clinic, as my experience was far from satisfactory. I initially went in to get pricing information and assess the clinic. The facility itself is small and looks quite outdated. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Amanda, was very pushy and made me feel pressured into signing up for a plan on the spot. While my dad waited outside, Amanda insisted I call family members to discuss financing options and even said, “If you don’t take this offer, it’s never going to come back.” This high-pressure approach made me uncomfortable, but I reluctantly signed the paperwork. The next day, I had my procedure, which included fills and temporary crowns. Since then, I’ve felt worse than when I first came in. On top of that, I was told my permanent crowns would be ready before I left the country—something I had clearly emphasized when I first visited. Now I’ve been informed they don’t know when my crowns will be ready, leaving me in a very stressful and frustrating situation. I regret not doing more research before choosing this clinic. If you’re considering them, I highly recommend exploring other options to avoid an experience like mine.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed on how me and my mom got treated when we went for our appointments. The lady who explained to us our dental procedures was rude to my mom pushing her to get work done she didn't need. We went to another office instead. We are not coming back

Had an appointment arrived on time and she told me she scheduled someone in my place and asked me to return 3 hrs later smh umm excuses… I had a previous apt they called to tell me that had maintenance and had to reschedule me fine no problem then this

Negative experience: 1. They post reviews on your behalf. I was told to get on google and search dentist office and lady put 5 stars and her name so I could submit. 2. Front desk will give attitude for rescheduling 3. Doctor said I didn’t want a crown. I WASNT told that was an option. No one told me the options I had to make a choice. They did a fill and KNEW it wouldn’t work. $200 after insurance in debt for something that for sure wouldn’t work. 4. They push and push services and when you say anything other than “yes”, you will be given attitude. 5. I been trying to resolve the issue #3 with the dentist office and for three weeks these have been the excuses: A. Person that can help is calling in sick twice (Friday and a Monday ) “Claudia” B. Let me check with dr and never calls back “ Amanda “ C. System is down we will call you later “Adrian” 7/18 D. When you call they will send you to the waiting music on purpose and won’t pick up the call. 7. Unprofessional- when I was in waiting room lady in front was saying she was tired of babying people in the back and bla bla bla. Everyone to hear in the waiting room. (Staff drama) 6. Small parking. Finally was able to get a resolution but had to go through my insurance and they contacted the office to raise concerns on my behalf.
