Negative experience: Have been going here since 2020 and would go there every 6 months for my check up. I guess I only saw the doctor once in 2020 and all the other times it was just the hygienist doctor. They always said my teeth looked great. Well i asked to see a doctor to get preventative fillings . I guess I have cavities now all over my teeth now. Other than that great office. Tip: make sure to ask for a doctor at least once year or they will just overlook you.

Negative experience: I went to a dental cleaning and the lady that cleaned my teeth was very rough with the cleaning. She looked mad of doing her job. It was very painful to get my teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: Office Experience: I arrived at 7:55 AM for my 8:00 AM appointment with the dental hygienist. Instead, I waited 46 minutes before being called—only to be seen by someone from billing and scheduling, not a dental professional. She explained how I should apply the treatment myself. It was frustrating and disappointing to wait that long, only to receive care instructions from someone who isn’t clinically trained, rather than the hygienist I had scheduled with.

Negative experience: My experience with this dentist was nothing short of catastrophic. Despite my clear desire for an implant, they recklessly ground down my tooth, leaving me with a botched repair and a $2000 debt. The repeated failures and dismissive attitude left me feeling disrespected and helpless. This debacle has shaken my trust in the dental profession and left a lasting scar. I'll make sure to warn others about this dentist's malpractice, so they don't suffer the same devastating consequences I did I hope the $2000 was worth losing all of our business. all I wanted was it fixed right I wanted a permanent professional implant. my girlfriend also experienced a terrifying situation as one of the dental “professionals” dropped her crown on the ground, after picking it up she brushed it off and proceeded to put it back in I will be bringing my reviews to every platform until my concerns have been addressed

Fantastic experience: I was reluctant when I first walked into the lobby because of how the seating was arranged, but I was left VERY IMPRESSED! This office was so advanced and organized I will absolutely NEVER go anywhere else again. When you arrive they have multiple self service devices to check in so that you don't have to wait in any lines. Because of the many doctors and staff working, my wait time was MAYBE 5 minutes. I had a routine checkup and full set of X-rays and the entire process took about 30 min. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. When I checked out and went over my upcoming appointment and services, the service representative was so kind and explained service cost, what my insurance company would cover and gave me a copy of coverage that actually made sense. In my past, the dentist office would explain coverage but it never made any sense and always made me feel as though I was paying MORE than what I should be. Capital Dental is not like this. They took the time to explain all of their services and charges. I would absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMEND if anybody is looking for a new dentist office and dental experience to please give this office a call.

Fantastic experience: 05/24/2025 New Review- it's been years since I had the chance to come back to Capitol Dental. Nothing has changed in terms of excellent customer service and amazing dental work. Only took roughly 90 minutes from parking my car to leaving the office. They kept me informed about what I had occurring and updating my dental records. Thorough work and I felt like my teeth were like new after my cleaning. Extremely friendly staff. I can't recommend Capitol Dental enough. I haven't gone to any other dentistry and I 100% will keep giving them my business. OLD Review-The staff was super friendly. They did have minors hiccups with my information, but it was all cleared up when I went in for my appointment. I was seen and completed my check up. Amazing customer service from all staff I conversed with. I'm glad I came back here instead of going to another new Dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I found Capital Dental upon a crown falling off and they are open (as a regular day) on Sunday!! I joined their membership program and have been completely happy with my experience. They fixed my crown, cleaned my teeth, xrays etc that first Sunday. 6 mos later, today, I had my teeth cleaned, polished, and my teeth whitening kit (inc in the membership) fitted and pick it up in a few days. Every person I've met there is kind, knowledgeable, and seem happy to be there. They have so many people working there everything happens pretty quickly and thoroughly. I feel blessed to be a client here. Thank you and p.s. I love the paintings!!

Positive experience: EDIT: they ended up calling me back and resolving my issues. The staff must have been understaffed that day. (PRIOR) The root canal was rushed. And the temporary tooth that was set is sharp on one side. Also, during the procedure, I almost fainted from dehydration

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this office for over 20 years. My kids have also been coming here since they were very young. I’ve always been able to be with them during any treatments. Today, I brought my son in for a crown and I was told (by a new dentist for us) that I couldn’t be in the treatment room with him. I was told it was for behavior management reasons which I find to be ridiculous. He’s a teenager. It’s not like he’s going to freak out and look to me for help. Regardless of that, he is a minor and my child. Once this is completed, we are leaving this group. It’s really convenient with weekend and evening hours, but not at the expense of my parental rights.

Fantastic experience: I just got all four of my wisdom teeth removed this morning at 8am. My Dr. Robert Sharobiem was so hilarious and extremely comforting during the whole procedure. As well as Karla she made me feel so safe the entire time and kept me company. Abby played my favorite type of music. We were listening to the Smiths and the Cranberries and she was singing along with me. Ally walked me out and made sure I got to my car safely. Overall 10/10 experience they made me feel so loved.

Fantastic experience: My husband had an appointment for a root canel and a crown today and everything went very well. They were very attentive and friendly. Dr Scott is awesome. He didn't have to wait very long. He is disabled and in a wheelchair and they are so helpful with him. I would recommend capital dentistry to everyone. Most of our family has been going to them for years.

Fantastic experience: 1st time patient. Loved that they are open on the weekends. Makes it more convenient for me to not have to miss work. The day I made my appointment, they sent me new patient forms to fill out ahead of time & it was easy. Only took about 10 minutes to fill out everything. When I got to the location, they have little kiosks to check in & then you just wait to be called. I waited about 10 minutes, got my X-rays done & was seen by Dr. Willis all within 30 minutes. I also got a cleaning after & it didn’t take long either. I normally get nervous going to the dentist, but the staff is very friendly & explained everything to me thoroughly that I felt comfortable. Looking forward to my future appointments.
