Positive experience: Our hygienist McKenzie is amazing. She is patient, careful, sweet and caring! She remembers information about you and truly seems To enjoy her job. Dr Andrea was asking with my son during the visit too. My hope these two ladies stay a while there!!!!!

Everyone is so compassionate, nice and understanding each person goes out of their way !!! Today Lindsey was amazing so nice and oh so informative. The ladies (forgive me for not remembering their names ) were also very nice. Thank you for making my fears a thing of the past!!!! Renee was amazing! Even with the outcome of what I will have to have done she made me feel extremely at ease. Everyone was very kind!

Fantastic experience: I went in as an emergency visit. In pain.Thought I needed a filling replaced. Ended up having it pulled. My fear was calmed by the awesome bedside manner of Dr Ben and his assistant ( and a bit of nitrous oxide).Day 2, and doing great! Out of pain… thank you Dr.Ben! By FAR, the absolute best experience I have EVER had at a dentist office, considering my fear.. AND I had a tooth pulled….that is saying a Lot! ! Kind, knowledgeable, professional , reasonably priced, patient, and did I say kind? I would highly recommend and will be going back to see Dr.Ben!

I have used Palmyra and Canandaigua offices and their professionalism and attention to detail translates through each office.

Fantastic experience: I had to reschedule my October dental prophylaxis appointment d/t recent surgery. I couldn’t get it rescheduled before January. I asked to be called if they had a cancellation. They call me and saw me yesterday. Excellent job by the hygienist and appreciate the great customer service.

Everyone from the front office to the dentist, were so kind, non-judgmental. Selena was my hygienist and she is so gentle and patient. I appreciate the modern X-ray equipment, the educational reels you can watch while the hygienist works. All the staff are very friendly and careful to make sure you are always comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Throughout childhood I’ve been to some terrible dentists and doctors so I have had a fear of visiting any kind of dental or medical professional my entire life but Dr Ben has definitely changed that for sure. He is the best I’ve ever been to! He was super diligent about making sure I was fully numb and told me everything he was going to do before he did to help ease my anxiety. Definitely recommend becoming a patient here! All of the staff are super nice!

Positive experience: Nice people in the office, but they should be more cognizant of respecting others time. My appointment was for 11am and I had to wait 15 minutes before getting called to the dental room. The person who cleaned my teeth was not with another patient during this time as I saw her just walking around the office. Once in the dental room she was not prepared and started talking to me about herself. I had to interrupt her to tell her my time was limited and we needed to get on with the appointment as I had another appointment. So I had another appointment yesterday and the experience was much better. The staff was as nice as ever and my appointment started right on time. Maybe my previous experience was an anomaly.

I had Jessica P today and she was amazing with helping me through everything going on and gave me things to do at home she was very nice towards me!

The entire staff at the office is so friendly and patient oriented from the doctors to the front desk. Couldn’t ask for more from any medical professional or any business for that matter. Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office. I travel 45 minutes just to go to them. They get me in when I have a problem. They’re always very kind reasonably priced and I’ve never met a doctor there I didn’t like.

Positive experience: My first visit to this office. The staff is great. The front counter girls were very friendly as was the girl that took me to the room. I think the cost of a simple check up and X-ray was a tad steep. $120 for 1 X-ray and a 5 minute look at one tooth cost $411.00. I feel like the dentist was pushing for the higher price dental work and was upset when I just asked to have the tooth filled instead of opting for a $1400 cap. My second office visit was better. I really liked the denist ( a curly headed blond) and a young man who was very personable. I came in for a cracked tooth and they didn't fight me when I expressed my concerns about the cost or tell me I needed a much more expensive option. However, to have a tooth pulled, was still almost $400.00.

Fantastic experience: I came in with pain in my Left lower jaw, but came out smiling, and in a lot less pain. My tooth on the bottom left side all the way back had been taking the brunt of the chewing force. The Hygienist took X-rays and the Dentist removed some surface area of that tooth, and now I am able to chew without pain. Thank you so much for the care and compassion, as well as professionalism. Negative experience: Been going to Jason for over 20 years. When told I should have a full deep cleaning and l decided to wait, l was turned down as a patient. Could not even reschedule a regular cleaning. It’s sad that you can’t decide what YOU want.

Positive experience: Great experience with hygienist. Do not like that they are so busy they are unable to schedule you a 6-month follow-up appointment, only available at 7 months out. I prefer myself and my children to be on a 6 month cleaning schedule.

Positive experience: The clinical team (hygienist and dentist) were very informative. The receptionists at check in were friendly. I'm concerned with the billing practices at checkout wanting to schedule the appointment for a crown before getting the predetermination approval (asking the dental insurance provider first if they'll cover that service). I was a dental receptionist at a FQHC and the billing practices were very different (no predetermination procedures without predetermination approval, unless there is no dental insurance and the patient knows they're going to be self-pay for everything.
