Fantastic experience: The Staff and Dr Ritz are always smiling and friendly. Took my 5 year old there today for a cleaning for the first time after leaving her previous dentist and I’m so glad we changed! They took their time and made her feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved here. I was going to go to Aspen dental and thought I was gonna lose 5 teeth, went here and told I have beautiful teeth. Turns out I had a chemical burn from Crest Densify I recently started using. A week later they cleaned my teeth and have felt better than ever. They’re also going to help with invasilign. So thankful I came across this top dentist in WB! The best dentist and hygienist I ever had were both amazing. Best deep cleaning. I recommend 1000%

Fantastic experience: I wish I would’ve known about Dr. Grossman sooner. From the moment I enter the office to the moment I left, I feel a sense of hospitality that most offices lack. From the receptionist to the dental assistant and Dr. Grossman they were so kind and it truly shows that they care about their patients. Not a single moment in my appointment I felt uncomfortable. They took their time explaining everything and the procedure wasn’t stressful. They really make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable and Dr. Grossman took his time. At no point I felt like he was rushing through it, even thought he had other patients. Giving Dr. Grossman and his establishment 5 stars is really not fair since their services were 10/10. They also make sure to work with my schedule for future procedures so I could get my dental health back on track.

Negative experience: Things have changed as of late, hoping for a better experience when I go back in 2 weeks but may be looking for another dentist - which is sad because we have been with the office for 5+ years.

Positive experience: It was my first time there and the staff were very friendly and professional. They care about you as a patient as well. I greatly recommend this dental practice . My dentist retired after going to her for about 25 years so I was kind of scrambling looking for one. No regrets at all!!!

I took a shot based on the great reviews, and called to see if they could help. Without hesitation they scheduled me in same day! They were helpful from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Hello, I was desperately looking for someone to solve a horrible pain. It spread to my ears, throat, and entire jaw. Then I got this number. I was very hesitant, worried, and scared because I am very sensitive. And afraid that I would get sick. Anni, who is great, gave me an appointment and the next morning I went to my appointment. Dr. Steve, who is my angel, looked at me and said, "I should have the infected teeth removed." I was scared, but he did an excellent job. He anesthetized me just enough. Then he pulled the teeth quickly. Right now I have no pain, I am at home resting, and taking the medication. I definitely recommend Dr. Steve and Anni, the nurse, are great. And it should be noted that the price to remove my teeth was very reasonable. They are now my dentist, Dr. Steve, and Anni, my nurse. Great. I'm staying here. I hope it helps.

Negative experience: Dental Assistant Amy was very disrespectful and racist. She refused to speak English with me just as she noticed that I am Latin and was laughing at my situation. Not only that wanted to go in my purse to grab the cup that I had taken with me. Stated that she wanted to show it to her colleagues. I was unable to relay my message to the front desk as I felt so humiliated. No empathy for the patient at all.

Very personable and took her time explaining what she found. Dr. Ritz saw me after my cleaning and and was very thorough. He explained what he found and his recommendations for further care. I received a call from his staff the next morning even before the time I was told to reach out. The staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful. I was pleased with this whole experience. I had to undergo a 3 tooth extraction that where very complex, and I was understandably nervous about the procedure. However, Dr. Hippeli caring and gentle manner instantly put my worries to rest. They took the time to explain every step of the process and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. The numbing they provided was top-notch—I genuinely felt no pain during the extraction. It was remarkable! In a world where dental visits can often be stressful, Dr Hippeli and their team create an atmosphere of compassion and professionalism. I left the office feeling relieved and grateful for such a pain-free experience. If you’re in search of a dentist who truly prioritizes patient comfort and care, look no further. Fantastic experience: Had to return 3 weeks after a root canal due to some slight pressure from the permanent filling when touching the filling on my upper back molar. Dr Grossman tapped on my tooth to see where the pressure was coming from. After a couple tests he corrected the bite after shaving it down. Within a few hours the pressure was relieved from my tooth and no issues this morning either! Have another 3 weeks until I can get a crown but thank you to helping alleviate my anxiety with the pressure in my tooth and correcting the bite/filling

Unfortunately I have a fear of dentists but since meeting Dr. Grossman & Dr. Ritz I no longer feel that fear. Dr. Ritz extracted my tooth and I had no pain whatsoever. He and his assistant kept me calm, comfortable and even made me laugh. My family and I will not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. I needed a partial lower bridge which they measured and had made for me. I was very pleasantly surprised by how well it fit and how comfortable it is. Also works well without coming loose.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 9+ years. The care and attention I receive from each staff member is more than I can describe. I've never had an issue with dentists in the past; however, once I was diagnosed with a nerve disorder in my face, I was concerned how this would affect my dental health and any potential work I may need. Drs Grossman and Hippeli put my mind completely at ease as they were familiar with this rare disorder and are so intentional with each visit. Every hygienist I've worked with has been sweet, caring, nuturing, funny, talented, and completely understanding with zero judgement. I've moved about an hour and a half away due to some wonderful life changes, however, I will never move away from this practice. They have been incredibly supportive as I navigate how to raise my son (8) to have great oral hygiene and ensure that he has a better outcome than myself. I have no idea how I have ever lived without these professionals and I'm happy that I'll never have to think of a journey without them! Thank you so much to all of you for caring about my family and me the way that you do.

If you fear your dental appointment all of these people will put you at ease. Plus, they are spot on with appointment times and I've always been called in within a few minutes of my appointment time. Over the years I have been treated by several dental hygienists here and they were all great. Right now my hygienist is Mary and she is just awesome. Then there's Dr. Grossman. I've had several dentists in my lifetime but Dr. Grossman is by far the best. He is very good at what he does but it's much more than that. He's kind, courteous and listens to his patients concerns and addresses them appropriately. Happy to be a patient here and would very highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I had a cleaning with Aileen, with Dr. Grossman following up. The cleaning was uneventful. What I enjoy most is feeling more than just another customer. At my previous practice in the Philadelphia area, the dentist and I would always discuss the books we were reading. It was like I was visiting a friendly place. Consequently, I enjoyed talking with Dr G. about Pickle Ball and R-Ball as well as his positive feelings about his staff. The practice s beginning to feel like a friendly place. I do notice that there seems to be a certain camaraderie among staff in that they get the job done and get along well together.

Fantastic experience: I was not established with a local dental office; I had only moved there 18 months ago. True fact: I have had a had a deep phobia of dentists since my elementary school days. I developed a tooth and facial abcess literally overnight and began making calls to get seen emergently. That was on May 22 2024 I was able to see Dr. Ritz on 5/23. He and his dental assistant, Kathi, were amazing! Kind, empathetic, informative, and patient with my fear. I required a dental extraction on 5/24. Dr. Ritz and Kathi once again were exceptional in their treatment of me that day. I subsequently required a crown for a post-root canal tooth 2 weeks later. Again, I couldn’t be more pleased with the wonderful care I received from Dr. Ritz and his team. On 8/30/24 I had a dental cleaning with Daniel. She was thorough, kind, and friendly. 3/28/25 another dental emergency. A tooth broke that had an old large filling. The office was able to get me in same day. I was certain the tooth would need to be pulled. Again Dr. Ritz reassured me he could take care of it with a crown. He and his assistant were kind and gentle with right mix of humor. In 3 weeks I’ll get a permanent crown. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants and Dr. Ritz, my experience has been exceptional, and I HIGHLY recommend this team! .

I’m getting an implant, and they have proactively worked with my insurance, so I know what to expect. They are compassionate, and professional in their care approach.

Fantastic experience: Another very pleasant appointment. I was there early and they called me in less than 5 mins. After my arrival. Very accommodating, easy to work with, friendly. No sitting and waiting for extended periods of time. A pleasure to be there. I actually look forward to going to my dentist. How many dentist offices can you say that about, just a great bunch of professionals.

Negative experience: On second thought, although the service was well done, the fees for me on only Social security were extremely exorbitant, over $3000 for only about 3 hours of work, how can I pay for it. And on the third visit, the work was done by an assistant in training who did not have a dentist license, so that may be illegal if I reported it to the state dental bureau. And at one point they said "keep coming back and we will fix you up more ", even though 60% of my teeth are gone in the back at age 70. So how much more could they do, unless they are trumping up their evaluations to make even more money. So even though I had insurance which paid about 25%, and I sent them $500, and the insurance must have paid at least as much, they still sent me a bill for another almost $2000, and that is too exorbitant for what they actually did. So now I recommend that you avoid them at all costs.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been with Dr. Grossman from day 1. He’s great his staff is great. Ever time I have any kind of issues it’s come right in we will get you taken care of. Plus he is fun to bust and he busts you right back. Great great doctor and staff. Had a chipped tooth today called at 8:30 as usual come right in met the newest doc Dr Ritz who pleasant and great and full of energy staff was super. Just had a cleaning from Tina and she is fantastic! No complaints about Grossman dental at all. Can’t forget Dr Hippeli who is also fantastic. Just a welcoming atmosphere for a dentist office.
