Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough positive things about Nooga Dentistry!!! I will always be a faithful patient. They are so friendly and understanding of all my “quirks”, I feel so comfortable, all nervousness has gone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gary is absolutely fantastic I had some pain And problems with my temporaries Dr.Gary responded back super fast even though it was around 4 July weekend and she got on the phone with the lab on Monday and literally made magic happen. I’m not sure how lol but when I came in Thursday for my appointment, I was able to get my permanents and they turned out super fantastic so far fingers crossed All of the staff at new dentistry have been absolutely wonderful. Every time I come in they treat me great they make sure I’m not in any type of pain. I recently moved to Alabama and I’m still making the commute all the way back 2 1/2 hrs because they really go above and beyond to take care of their patients and it really shows I have not met one unfriendly person in that office yet. Again, I have to brag on Dr. Gary because she literally put me at ease and handle the whole situation flawlessly she was even able to give me a recommendation to a dentist. That’s a little closer to me that she knows personally But I think for now I want to keep seeing Dr. Gary because it has really been a pleasure and she has really been putting anxiety at ease because I have a lot of anxiety and fear anytime coming to the dentist because I’ve had some horrible experiences. Thank you again Dr. Gary and all the nooga dentistry staff! I’m excited for my next appt already and planning to start bringing my husband here as well!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Garey at Nooga Dentistry is the absolute best dentist. She is so kind and patient with me as I have anxiety when in dentist office. She never makes me feel like I am a bother or troublesome. My prior dentist made me feel that way. She explains in great detail the procedure she will be performing and asks me if I have questions. Fantastic experience: Had to go in today to get my dentures adjusted because they were causing me some pain and Melanie was on the job. She made sure I left with no pain causing area on my dentures She went ahead and removed my stitches. Which was awesome. She was also very kind . She exuded a joyful feeling a happiness inside that it made me feel good inside. I really enjoyed my visit

Fantastic experience: I spent years avoiding dental care because of fear, however, the professionals at Nooga Dentistry made me feel like they were concerned with my comfort and relaxation. On my last visit Melanie helped me with the fit of my temporary teeth. She was kind and professional. I recommend Nooga Dental to anyone who is anxious like me or just in need of general dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I was frustrated when I arrived because I had taken my lunch break specifically for this appointment, and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seen. They were clearly busy, which I understood, but when you’re on limited time, it’s hard not to be a little annoyed. That said, the entire staff kept a great attitude the whole time(even though mine definitely didn’t match theirs.) Dr. Desai and Sydney G. were the absolute sweetest and SO fast. Once I got to the back, they had me in and out in 20 minutes flat. Super kind, super efficient, and honestly made up for the wait. I appreciate them both for handling things so well during a packed day. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: BEST PLACE. Had an emergency happen, and Morgan helped me so much and made sure I got it fixed today, tears were shed I’m so thankful for this place and her! She is the absolute sweetest soul!

She explained everything thoroughly, especially after I told her I was a little nervous! There isn’t a better dentist in Chattanooga I could recommend above her! Ariel was amazing as well! She done a phenomenal job taking my X-rays, assisting Dr.Garey and with shaping/placing my temporary crown! She was super funny, patient, had great positive energy, and did wonderful work! She made sure I was comfortable and taken care of from start to finish! I’ve never felt more at home going to a dentist office! This experience reshaped how I feel about going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: After a terrible experience at another dental office, I’m so glad I found Nooga Dentistry. From day one, they welcomed me with kindness and empathy. They went above and beyond—even giving me thoughtful cards expressing how sorry they were that I had gone through so much pain. They saw me for a second opinion at no cost, just as they advertise, and took all the necessary X-rays to identify the issue. The dentist clearly explained why the previous dental work had failed and showed me the X-rays to help me understand. I felt safe trusting them with my pain and fears because they took the time to show me exactly what had gone wrong. Thanks to Nooga Dentistry, I didn’t need the root canal that the other office had recommended. They not only saved my tooth, but also relieved my pain and anxiety. Their empathy and professionalism truly make a difference. This is now my go-to dental office, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and compassionate care.

Fantastic experience: The staff from my first phone call, was exceptionally! I called desperately Wednesdays afternoon when I found out my insurance was out on that Friday. They were not the original dentist who had diagnosed my cavity ( that needed a crown and a family emergency kept me from my appointment ), nor had I ever been seen by them. They told me yes if I could come in that afternoon for all the work up , they would schedule me in the following day . I arrived in a rush because I also had a prior engagement ( ) From Anna who did all my X-rays and made me feel like a friend also made sure to get me out in time.! The individual (I forgot name, beautiful long hair very, very sweet),who was going over my financial obligations even left her own busy office to another office just to accommodate me ( I was not being a ugly, I promise). They are just that great! The following day they called me in alittle early to make sure I was able to get my last cleaning n as well (), I was greeted again with the same family /friend genuine staff. I had Melanie as the dental assistant! What’s not great about Melanie ( not anything), she absolutely treated me like a queen. Long story but the moral is .. I can honestly say I have never been treated with as much love and care at any Dr office and even though this one’s busy they didn’t treat me like it. Oh the cost was about 400$ less than I’d been quoted by my original dentist and one other and they did more they did a crown and filling. This will be where I continue to go and highly, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Melanie is the most sweetest and well educated technician you have there. Everytime I come in there I ask for her and she happily comes and works on me. After a bad experience there with several techs I can honestly say that if not for Melanie I would net be back.

Fantastic experience: Destiny was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous and in pain. The doctor was awesome and patient as well. I'm so glad my friend referred me to them.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was great! And I've been back twice since! The staff is magnificent! Such a pleasant environment! And dealing with Morgan in billing was a pleasant experience! She worked very well with me for my good! And Kailiy who cleaned my teeth, did a wonderful job in 2 settings! And my Dentist, Dr.Dobbin, whose team my son is on Robert Dailey, he was great! Examined me well! And took his time with me! They are so good, that my Mom who is 82 years old, came along and got her teeth cleaned as well, and started the process of her implant! My grown daughter came as well and got her teeth cleaned, and will be having additional work done. And I will be having additional work done as well! They treat you like family! So therefore, additional family members in my family, advised that they will come as well! My son Robert Dailey, convinced us well! Job well done son!

Fantastic experience: Everyone that works there is SUPER nice and they all do their best to keep you comfortable while they work. By far the best dentist I've been to, period. I literally fall asleep in the chair while they're working on me every time. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Macy was the best! I want to see her everytime I need to come back. She took her time with me and listened to me. She fixed my partial on the bottom. and fixed it. Now it fits like it should..Thank u Macy for taking ur time with me and not hurting me..

Fantastic experience: I love Nooga Dentistry! Everyone is so nice here! My dental cleanings always go so well and I’m out of there pretty quickly. I recently had a small filling done, and the Dentist was very nice! Melanie was also right beside me the whole time and was the absolute sweetest and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Love Nooga Dentistry, been going there for years! Just had my first crown put in and the staff there was super sweet and understanding as I was dealing with anxiety (laughing gas helps, 10/10 recommend lol) and my dental hygienist, Melanie, was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable, trying to keep me distracted as needed, she felt like a mom to me! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new dentist and/or need work done!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Nooga dentistry for about six years. Dr. Misha Garey has been my dentist all this time. I have referred friends and family to this dental practice. They are the most organized and Professional dental office I have been to. The staff are always kind and courteous. And Dr. Garey is without a doubt the best dentist in the Chattanooga area.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, do not go here. Felt so scammy, and very pushy. I came in for the new 99.00 patient special which included a cleaning, which I had to pay for in full in advance to book my appointment. They rushed through my X-rays and then asked me to do a five star review before I was even in the seat, tried to add on a 20.00 toothpaste, and then told me they didn’t have time for my cleaning (which is included in the new patient special which is why I booked the appointment and had already paid for - and they never told me this was the case and I had asked off work for this) then brought me straight to the finance office and tried to bill me with 11,650.00 dollars worth of work for crowns and a teeth whitening service which I had to google the name of to even know what it was and never asked to be added to my treatment plan. I told them I couldn’t afford their treatment or would have to continue over time in parts - and they changed the price three times then tried to pushed a payment plan with over 30 percent interest. (An extra 3,000 to the bill) they were very insistent on their plan and that I should get everything all at once. When I told them I needed to check to see what my budget was they said they can’t restart the finance process for another 90 days if I didn’t sign right now for their plan. It felt so pushy and did not feel like an ethical dentist office and that they were trying to rush me into signing a payment plan with them when I had only been in the office for like five minutes for the first time. The two employees trying to get me on a payment plan kept switching out while I was in there and kept rushing me to sign before I could finish reading. Also when I called to cancel the cleaning appointment they had to rebook after I left (which I had already paid for) they rescheduled me an appointment straight with the finance office and wouldn’t give me any credit back or any refund for services they never did - it took forever and they kept telling me someone would call me to confirm. - no one ever called after three days and I had to call them. I finally heard back and they said I could only cancel if I came in person, so I went in and made it very clear I just wanted to cancel everything and they were even more pushy and wanted to know where I was going to instead of them and the price they were going to charge, and if they could change me mind. Do not go here, felt like I was in a used car salesman office or a timeshare and it was a bait and switch. Definitely go somewhere else - this place is sketchy,

Return visit on Feb 27, Haley so very attentive and reassuring …. Great caring team -if you need a dental care provider group, you’d appreciate this group. Negative experience: While working I overheard a coworker speaking of this place. Heard about the $99 new patient special that they were having. My ears perked up because I'm in a dental conflict at the moment. So my thought was let me try them out. I called on a Wednesday & was there the following Tuesday. I had to take x-rays and spoke with the dentist. He sat and told me my options. He said that I would be emailed with my options in detail, and that we could from there after I make my decision. Upon leaving speaking with a dental aid, she again went over the options. At this point, I'm in a hurry. Was on my hour lunch break (not a huge problem, my job is literally a 3 minutes away), and now it is a 2-hour appointment. So I asked the aid, how much for today. Initially she commented there is no charge. She saw the shock on my face & then said hold on, let me check. Then she said oh, there is a charge of $254.00. Didn't have the time at the moment to have the why conversation. Left and had a not so great feeling about the experience. Days later still feeling the same. Had another coworker to call to verify what I already knew. The person that spoke with my coworker said there is a new patient special x-rays, exam, cleaning are all covered in the $99 special. I called 10 minutes later, the story changed. It's a no for me. And, and.... never received the email with my options. They never wanted me as a patient. Good job.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place! All the staff and the doctors are very nice and sweet. I had Tammy as my hygienist and she was outstanding. Her way of talking to patients and making them feel welcomed is out of this world. She was so very polite and sweet about everything. Will definitely be back again!

Fantastic experience: Melanie 100% made this visit the most spectacular one I’ve had the entire time I’ve been coming to nooga dentistry. The other times Were great, Don’t get me wrong, but this time was in a league of its own. Highly recommend for people who want a dentist that sees you as a person and not more money in their pockets.

They explained everything to my understanding. Most helpful of all was the financial staff helped me find financing. While I need financing the costs were way less than I expected.

Fantastic experience: You will not find a better dental practice than Nooga Dentistry! The facilities are spotless, the dentists are awesome, and the techs are funny, sweet, and gentle. Fantastic experience: Nooga Dentistry is great. I had to have 10 teeth pulled and yes I was scared and nervous. Ali the one who assisted my dentist came in and made it better. Very nice people and very clean place. I felt at home with them tho. No pain at all when pulling my teeth and that I'm grateful for. They all done a very professional job couldn't ask for better people. I have to go back to get more work done and I'm looking forward to it. This was a very good experience for me. Thank you Nooga Dentistry, my dentist, and Ali for doing such a great job. Update went back a second time for more impressions. Excellent job they did. I'm so happy with them. Great place and all the staff treat you like family. Great dentist to go to. I would recommend them to anyone. Update everything still going well. Fantastic experience: I was there today, Haley assisted me with my top and bottom partials. They fit so good, it made me happy, I couldn’t say thank you enough, because when I go back I will have all my teeth again and that’s important to me. Fantastic experience: Dr. Garey and Ariel are a power team and I feel so comfortable in their hands. They knew that I was nervous about my procedure and Dr. Garey took the time to educate me further, provide other resources to learn more and recommend some specialists before ultimately deciding on doing the procedure with them. I feel totally at ease under Dr. Garey's care and highly recommend her. Ariel was patient in helping get the difficult x-rays I needed and worked diligently to help make sure the procedure was done to my liking. They are exceptional!

Fantastic experience: Best in class! Honestly, I didn’t want to even look for a dentist because I had nearly 30 years of dental history with my now previous dentist office. However, due to the office being sold multiple times after a well deserved retirement of Dr. Holloway (whom I still have the highest respect). The changes in care simply weren’t meeting expectations. I am searching no more though!! The office staff is amazing and friendly. The cleanings have been a breeze and the doctors are very attentive and knowledgeable. If you have dental issues and needs, look no further!!

Fantastic experience: Every time I come hereI have the most professional experience. All the employees are very nice and easy to talk to and are very patient. My last two visits were with Hannah and she has always been so nice and enjoyable to talk to. The visits are quick and she gives all the information you need. I've yet to have a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a cavity filled and was feeling apprehensive about it…it hadn’t gone well in the past at another dentist office so I told them I’m a little nervous. Anna was the tech and she was awesome! She has great bedside manner and really knows her stuff. She put me right at ease. The Dr. was fantastic!!! There was no pain and he was very informative about procedure what to expect etc. just overall so impressed with this dentist office my teeth have found a home:)!!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Fantastic experience: Melanie is absolutely amazing! She was so reassuring and so comforting through the my whole experience. I am so grateful for the sense of peace that she provided me today. There’s nothing better than to have someone be able to make you feel at home and comfortable when you’re anxious from a previous experience. She was able to bring that sense of peace for me and I’m sure many others. If you ever want someone who will go above and beyond for a complete strangers care ask for Melanie. I know I will!
