Fantastic experience: I had a toothache and went in to see Dr. O’Neal. The staff from the front desk, dental assistants, Doctor, and check out employees were very professional. Dr. O’Neal was able to look at x-rays and quickly diagnose the problem. We made a date for a root canal and the day of he had me numb, treated, and out the door in about an hour while also delivering professional care. There was never a time I did not know what he was doing because he told me step by step and made sure I was good. The dental assistant and the doctor were on the same page and made the procedure move smoothly. It was a great experience and I will continue to be a patient.

She is the epitome of professionalism, and she is quite adept at her job. With PresLeigh, one need not dread their dental cleaning because her hands are steady, and she does not inflict pain. I look forward to each visit with my dental hygienist.

However, the service was prompt, professional, and I never felt rushed.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and pleasant atmosphere. My hygienist was Kim and I must say that I never had my teeth cleaned or had the steps that was taken to ensure that all were good. For example, bone density check, what may have caused build up and area that needed extra attention to. I had to ask how long had she been a hygienist. Very good and very concerned with her job and her patients. Five Stars to Kim

Fantastic experience: As usual, the staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was seen just a few minutes after I arrived. The dental procedure was completed in a timely manner. I did not enjoy it, but I never like dental procedures. However, I did appreciate the final outcome. The doctor and dental assistant were very kind and proficient in caring for me during the entire procedure.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. After my dentist retired I found myself being treated by a group who considered me a money tree; suggesting many treatments that I "needed". While I knew of one situation that my previous provider left uncorrected i knew of no other issues. I knew of Rivertown through my husband's experience so I gave them a try. Rivertown suggested a remedy for the issue I was aware of but there was no suggestion of other necessary treatments other than the normal 6 month cleaning and checkup. I will stay with Rivertown!

He always does what I need and doesn’t try to get me to do more than I need and also works with my insurance to provide what I need. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going to Dr O’Neal since 2017.

Dr. O'Neal, obviously knowledgeable and experienced, provided a thorough explanation of treatments needed and answered all our questions. This was a very positive dental office experience. Fantastic experience: Update, 04.30.25. I went in to have several teeth pulled and a new low plate made. My husband was shocked when i came walking out in less than an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Rachelle (I hope I've spelled her name correctly) and Dr Joe. They made me so comfortable and never once made me feel embarrassed. They have gone above what would be required and made me feel like they really care. Dr. Joe Miller and Rachelle and the front desk staff are all so great. I've been going there for many many years. I live about an hour away and they are worth the drive.
