Negative experience: They keep canceling my appointments an hour before I'm scheduled to come in. I'm forced to come here because of my insurance. Then the lady I was talking to to reschedule hung up on me. I hate this dentist. Don't come here. Very unreliable.
Please list your real name and we can investigate most of the times. These types of problems are related to insurance companies insurance companies not being open insurance companies not having the correct information and in some cases, your insurance has a very limited network so please reach out to us and we can investigate and help you seek the dental care that you need and we are sincerely sorry that you have to deal with the insurance issues involved, but this matter Moore has to stay with the insurance than it does with our office
Negative experience: I called this clinic for which I am a returning patient and scheduled an appointment for teeth whitening. It was confirmed for Saturday 9:30 am. I had to drive from Charlotte NC Friday night to be able to make it to my appointment. On Saturday I got a call from the dental office saying the doctor who is supposed to see me doesn't take my insurance so I will be scheduled for Sunday 12 noon with a doctor who does. I arrived on time and after waiting 30 mins I was called and kept for another 20 mins before one of the hygienist came and told me the person who is supposed to me me only comes in Monday like seriously? After talking to her she said she can take care of me left for another 20 mins came back and told me the cost will be 500/700 dollars for which I was told my insurance is accepted. And she is acting like she has no clue on what's going on in a clinic she works in. I swear to God if I had my way I would bring down this entire clinic for wasting my time like this. And for sure never going back there. Go ahead and report me to the authorities. You need to educate your staff and tell them to give the right information out. They had my information when I scheduled my appointment. They should had told me that . Moreover when your staff called to reschedule my appointment for Sunday she said the doctor is will be seeing does not accepts not my insurance but the one for Sunday does. I have a witness for that .
Your review is not accurate. You have limitations on your insurance for whitening teeth is considered a cosmetic procedure. And is a non-covered benefit per your insurance company not our decision. No one in our office or at your previous appointment. Discuss any whitening. You are mistaken on your belief that your insurance will cover cosmetic procedures. In the current climate on the Internet. It appears.appears to me that you are causing a very severe threat with your words that are taken very seriously, and if this does not come down, we are gonna report you to the appropriate authorities/ for your threatening behavior is taking very seriously, so please take this down now

He is patient and shows concern about my dental health. He gives encouragement to maintain a healthy oral hygiene routine. Negative experience: This is the second time going here. I’m very unsatisfied. I came in for an annual cleaning and was told that I needed a deep scaling. It cost over $900. They didn’t even give me a regular cleaning. Nothing. They charged my insurance and I had to pay $-14 for an UBER. For NOTHING.
We are truly sorry that you're upset at what is going on in your mouth and the recommended treatment. This is not the first time as you stated that you've been in the office. A regular cleaning is not what's indicated for you at this time. The problem is more that your insurance company is not providing adequate benefits for your care and that your two star review should be directed at them they know exactly what they're doing to limit your treatment but with that said we are here for you whenever you need the care that was discussed with you in the office.
Negative experience: The billing department at this office sent incomplete and incorrect information to my insurance company for three years. This resulted in me receiving a very large bill for three years worth of procedures when my insurance changed. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including confirming the errors with my insurance company and sending Batz & Weiner documented support for the billing department's errors. My first email was answered politely saying they would look into it and get back to me within the week. After one month of no further response, I followed up for a status update, which has gone unanswered for two months. I have received two more invoices since then for the same services.
I am so sorry for the inconvenience that my Billing team has done. I have corrected the problems and your account is now at zero and again. I am so sorry for our third-party billing team and what transpired this is Dr. Weiner and again I am so sorry, but your account is now at zero. This is not how we like to do things.
Fantastic experience: I had a very bad, face first onto the floor at home and I loosened 3 of my top front teeth and chipped one on the bottom. I was in bad shape. Dr. Weiner and his team were phenomenal. They answered the phone on a Saturday morning as if it were a weekday. I was about to get a same day appointment, was given an emergency surgery to reset my displaced teeth and given a great plan to move forward. I was in at 9 and out by 2:30. Kudos to everyone there that makes that place go!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to get my dental needs attended to. I have fairly serious gum and tooth issues, but the team there has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. Check-in is a breeze. Staff are very friendly and non judgemental. Dr's and assistants are knowledgeable and friendly. All in all a very good place to get your smile back.

Negative experience: My appointment was reschedule with another provider because my primary Ms Isabelle didn’t take appointments after 3. My appointment was at 5 pm . I was seen at 5:45 pm. The doctor apologized and informed me that he will not rush . That’s exactly what he did rush . All he did is poke and went over my gum lines and polished my upper teeth. This was my 6 months cleaning . No floss , no , polish , no fluoride treatment . When I got home I looked at my teeth . I still had coffee stains . When I usually go my teeth are so perfect . So now I have to pay for a cleaning somewhere else . I will not be returning . I will try to get my insurance company to deny the cleaning because that did not happen .

Fantastic experience: They were able to take care of my wife on a last minute call on easter weekend and squeeze us in for an emergency tooth extraction. It was a little costly but I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do it doc did an amazing job and was very quick with it as well.

Fantastic experience: I went in with extreme pain radiating all through out my mouth, they were able to get me in the same day and extract a bad tooth. I healed amazingly and the process didn’t take long at all. They definitely know what they are doing here! They were the only place that could help me when I needed it. They are very caring and kind, answered any questions I had and filled my mind with ease. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. The dental assistants the front desk, everyone in there is awesome!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Batz & Weiner’s office for the first time and I can’t complained. Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. Negative experience: Money hungry con artist. He didn't inspect my teeth to see that I had a infection.... instead he kept pressing me out about $2600. Worst dentist ever.
The problem was that your insurance did not have very good coverage. Limitation on your insurance policy when we review your insurance for you many times, there was no way to get that cost down and we did inspect your teeth and you came back with the same problem that you had previously and the only treatment that could fix this problem was discussed with you in detail again the problem was your insurance.

Negative experience: We have been seeing the dentists here for about a year now, most of the staff are usually amazing. But today was one shocking day, one of the Hispanic staff not the lady at the front desk, but another, not sure whether she was a nurse or a practitioner decided to arrange the reception chairs as patients were seated. She first asked my son and I to move to a different seat because she was arranging the chairs, so i moved to a different seat with my son, then she comes again pleading for us to move again because she had to work on the area she had originally asked us to move to, and i informed her that my appointment was at 11 and would be called in soon so cant move again, she can arrange after we are called in to be seen, which should be soon, this lady became very angry and aggressive , yelling and screaming at me, that she needed to put the chair were I was. I asked how many times I had to move within a span of 5 minutes of being there. There was another patient with an aid/walker who was struggling to find a seat with their disorganized arrangement in the lobby. The employee as I spoke to myself asking why anyone would want to be arranging chairs in this small lobby while patients were waiting she then continued screaming on top of her voice if I was talking to her, and I better not. , so the customers/patients were looking at her confused. I thought how in God’s holy name could this unprofessional, uncultured and ill mannered employee be working here and not caring about the other patients looking in, not caring about her job or about we the paying customers. It was unbelievable, Then I advised her to get some customer service training because she needs it badly. As she was angrily talking back, one of the black nurses who came to call a patient to the back, looked shocked and cautioned her to stop it and that same nurse after telling her to stop it, then turned to me to apologize. She was just oblivious to the work ethic, wasn’t polite and respectful speaking to us and it was a real shock and disappointment. I reported this issue to the female dentist who saw us. But this is very unacceptable. I was very concerned if this is the culture of the workers and I was now experiencing it.
We are so sorry you were inconvenience. At the next hour of appointments, we were expecting multiple patients and didn't have enough chairs in the waiting room. We are in the process of renovating the office and they were moved and and a different staff. Member didn't do their job. The staff member that you're referring to is sincerely sorry that you were inconvenienced, but we didn't want to inconvenience the next 5 patients that would be standing. There would've not been any better time to do this. The best time would've been if the other staff member had done it before we started the day so we are sincerely apology for your inconvenience.
Negative experience: I was optimistic that this dentist would be a good fit, as their hours are really flexible and their location is super convenient. They also communicate via text, which is super helpful. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. I went in with a chipped tooth, and after two appointments was told that the scan I would need to determine treatment was not covered by my insurance. When I checked, it was because the scan was new and not recognized by insurance. When I asked about alternatives, I was told there were none and I would have to pay for it out of pocket. I was also told that I needed occlusal guards which were not covered by insurance, but my insurance said that they were in fact covered under a different code. When I politely asked why the dentist's office wouldn't use the covered code, I was told they wouldn't consider it because "insurance can't tell them what code to use." While I understand this, it seems like a pointless distinction if they are both codes for the same product that I apparently need. The quote for both items was more than $2,500 since insurance "wouldn't cover" either. Again: I have dental insurance and this is ONLY for the scans and mouth guards, not the actual treatment. It has taken more than a month to get to this point since my emails and texts asking for a treatment plan or billing update were not answered in a timely fashion, and I'm really discouraged. I will be looking for another dentist.
We are sorry that you're upset. It is considered insurance fraud for a dentist to submit for a code based on coverage. What your insurance company didn't tell you is that after we submit the code they can change it if they feel it's the same code, but the American dental association says that all code stand alone and that the insurance companies are not allowed to change codes and that the dentist needs to submit the proper codes as submitted and cannot change them to get better coverage. This would be considered insurance fraud so we are sorry that we could not use the codes that you wanted us to use but the ADA code standalone and your insurance company knows that but again we can submit it and if they want to change it and give you payment based on that that's between you and the insurance company, but the dentist is not allowed to ever submit a code that is different than what is performed. sorry you were disappointed.

Negative experience: After scheduling an appointment and confirming that they took my dental coverage, they informed me that I need to be assigned to the practice and it would take 30 days. After waiting 30 days which would literally be 60 days for my first appointment. I drive an hour only to have them tell me that my assigned dentist wasn't in and they switched it to someone who doesn't take my coverage and that they wouldn't wave my consultation fee. Totally incompetent, unprofessional And unwilling to make adjustments because of their mistakes is a Bad first impression. And actually missteps along the whole process of trying to even be seen by them. RESPONSE: How's it not your office's fault when you mismanaged my appointment and didn't communicate? That has nothing to do with my coverage! And when requesting to speak to an office manager. There was no one in the building to talk to. I was given an email in which I reached out and no one has responded to me. How does my coverage dictate your offices lack of communication and poor scheduling practices?
The problem is not us. The problem. Is your Dental coverage u have very limited benefits and providers that take it. That's a function of your plan. Sorry you were disappointed. The rules are determined by your insurance company to limit care for patients.

Positive experience: After being dropped by Aspen Dental I was happy for find another dental practice that accepted my insurance and got me in fast. The receptionist was very friend and my dentist was too. I can't remember his name but I believe he is middle eastern. Super thorough and nice. Definitely happy I found a new dental family.

Negative experience: Went here in 2023 try to up charge me and get x-rays that I didn’t even need to take. I go to a new dentist to get the same teeth pulled half the price and guess what I didn’t need a 3-D x-ray like they were trying to tell me here
We are sorry you felt you were being up charged you needed the 3-D x-ray as your reference above for many more problems than just a tooth being pulled. I hope you're receiving adequate dental care from a dentist that is using the proper tools to diagnose and treat your problems. Sorry that you were disappointed. The only person you should be upset with. Is your insurance company that refused to pay for that necessary 3-D x-ray again sorry if you were disappointed.

Negative experience: Today I had an appointment and it was pretty odd and disappointing to say the least. The technician who performed my X-ray positioned the machine so that it was pointing down to my pregnant belly. I had this X-ray done before (for the same tooth) and it wasn't angled towards my stomach so, I politely asked if she could use another angle. However, she yelled at me and shouted that she's been doing this for 20 years and she knows what shes doing and she proceeded to take the X-ray from that angle. Her colleague then walked by my room and said "Crazy patient". Maybe they didn't have their morning coffee. Shortly after, the dentist called me into his office to go over my X-rays and began telling me his assumption about my personal social determinants of health; he stated that I may not have been regularly taken to the dentist by my parents when I was growing up or lived in poverty and drank soda. Despite his statements being false, they were moot and out of line. I've had scheduling issues with this practice for a while and am not quite sure if the secretarial staff is overwhelmed, poorly guided by upper management or simple unprofessional with no regard for the quality of their patient's experience. I've come to an appointment where the office was closed, I've waited 20+ minutes for some appointments, and I've come to appointments to get specific work done on multiple occasions only to have an x-ray or assessment performed with no dental work. Due to this practice's lack of sufficient care I've had a temporary filling in my mouth since January and have been waiting to receive a dental crown, for a root canal they referred me out to get, since February. Looking at the other reviews, a lot of the previously expressed complaints are still true.
We are so sorry that that your appointment did not go the way that you wanted today. We felt that we are very professional and we are sorry that you took things to the wrong way. We're doing our best to get your treatment done. You are under some time constraints and we understand that, but we are doing the best we can due to HIPAA certain things we're not allowed to stay or talk about

Negative experience: I'm not sure why this place has good reviews. And now everything is signed in with smartphone/tablet. They have no care for patients who do not know how to use technology. They have horrible billing department, I have to continuously correct their error. So much that I should work there. I've heard multiple patients in waiting room complaining over their bills. Each time I went they gave the plan with prices. OUTRAGEOUS prices. I go home, I call my insurance and one by one we review everything and find out MOSTLY EVERYTHING IS COVERED. The staff is so rude they refuse to call the insurance. I decided enough is enough. I will not be cheated and robbed any longer by this dental office. I went to another dentist and took the plan and invoicing and lo and behold MY INSURANCE WAS CORRECT Ever since leaving Batz & Weiner I have saved so much money all by using my insurance. Just by doing the regular billing. Furthermore, if you leave one bad rating they comment on how it is YOUR FAULT and then go in detail regarding the treatment. IF WE the patient comment and leave our experience that's completely different then the doctor writing to the internet about your treatment. Doesn't it go against HIPPA privacy policy?

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dukes and Dr. Weiner both are excellent at catering to cowards like me. My family have been patients here for around twenty years. During that time, I have had a number of root canals, crowns, and fillings done in this office, and have never experienced any pain. I no longer fear even the worst procedures under their gentle expert care. All of the staff members are very friendly and professional. I especially appreciate Ashley and the lady at the front desk. All of the staff do a wonderful job, are compassionate, and go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant experience. Their office hours are outstanding and can meet even the most demanding schedules. I would never choose to go to any other dental office and highly recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: Lady at the front absolutely horrendous as they will try to invalidate that I am not a patient. Brought my son here twice To actually be seen and then the other two times waited over 35 to 40 minutes, just to be seen or acknowledged. This time around, we were asked to come in via text message after waiting in the parking lot for 10 minutes. Proceeded inside And ask the patient’s name. Then ask us to take a seat, which we then waited 30 minutes past our appointment time then asked if we could get an update. The lady upfront claims that she She went to the back and said it’ll be another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes again, we asked which then she became extremely disrespectful and rude saying there’s nothing she can do about it. She’s just a Front Desk lady. This office is being ran like a joke. Bunch of non-professional incompetent employees. will be complaining to the BBB

Negative experience: Dr. Weiner is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. He pulled by granddaughters wisdom teeth and used stitches that were supposedly dissolvable. On her follow up visit with him he claimed that everything looked good and that the stitches would dissolve. One year later, my granddaughters orthodontist discovered that the stitches were still there and could have caused a serious infection. Lately I have heard many horror stories from other patients that received poor service by Dr. Weiner. This dentist is not recommended.
This is Dr. Weiner. I am not sure what your orthodontist said. Certainly an orthodontist is not qualified to discuss extractions but we only use restorable stitches. Please come in the office and I'd like to do an examination at no charge. Do you or your granddaughter and see and furthermore, I would like to know the name of the Orthodontist, who discovered this and have him reach out to me directly.
Negative experience: Don't go here. There are hundreds of stories about how they scam you out of your money, suggesting a plethora of unnecessary procedures. When I was younger they tried drilling my baby teeth for cavities that didn't exist. They also used laughing gas instead of novocaine, thus being more expensive. Luckily after one filling, my parents went to another dentist and were told that they were being scammed

Fantastic experience: I recently in early 2024 had horrible dental work done. Dr. Weiner was my previous dentist so I went back to him to have all of the issues and additional dental work fixed. He is a fantastic Dentist in Laurel. His staff are experienced and very willing to assist. He is topnotch. I will never go anywhere else again.
We always tell patients not to go to a different office because us being a large office every treatment that's done is inspected by at least 3 to 4 Dentist and if any of those DDS see something that's improper it will be taken care of . Negative experience: I had a little cavity on front tooth. While in the waiting room I was told I had to pay $184. Before I am seen. I paid it. When I went back, I asked why they were going to do an entire X-ray of my whole mouth when I just wanted my front tooth repaired. After X-rays Dr. Weiner showed me a picture of my mouth. Asked if I noticed my teeth getting longer. I said not really. He asked if I grinder my teeth and I said I dont think so but I am asleep. He then suggested I get impressions done and buy a form to stop grinding my teeth. I asked how much that would cost and he said $2000. I asked if I could pay some at a time. He sent me to the front desk to discuss payment options. When I asked how much is it to just fix the front tooth, the girl said about $600. I left there without $184 and no conversation regarding the reason I came in for…the little cavity. I’m going to go to small claims court. Also notice that they are now attacking my character by saying I am lying. Just very sad and disappointed!! Went in for a small tiny cavity on front tooth. Can see it with the naked eye. They made me pay $184 before they would take me back. They took exrays of my whole mouth. Dr. Weiner did the consult. These 2 things cost $184. He told me I grind my teeth and he will get an impression and little inserts for $2000. So far nothing is addressed about my front tooth!! Then I was sent out to the desk to set up a payment plan. When I asked what is the cost of fixing my front tooth, $600 more. The exrays were not necessary and the consult to sell $2000 was not necessary. I left and my tooth still isn’t fixed. To stop grinding teeth costs $30 at CVS!!
You're not telling the truth you were quoted for an exam x-ray and you agreed to this fee before we even let you in the office and you paid it before you were saying so there was no miscommunication you know that and we know that and you had no insurance we gave you a discount of almost $400 that you did not discuss in this review. Also, you initiated the conversation about you grinding your teeth and it's less than $600 to fix your front tooth as a dentist. We have an obligation to treat the whole mouth. You should not be mad at the office because she did not have insurance if you were to go see another dentist I would be surprised if any dentist would do what we did for you for $184 so you should take this review down cause you know and we know it's not true/ and we also advised you that any device that you would buy yourself at CVS is going to damage not only your gums. It will also damage your teeth.

Fantastic experience: A coworker referred me to this dental office and today was my first visit. I was able to get a visit the same week I called! I've always been afraid of the dentist, but Dr Dukes made me feel very comfortable! It's an older office, so the decor could be updated, but the great customer service made up for that. The communication from the time I made my appointment to when I paid my bill was top notch! And I like that they still do all of the Covid precautions. Over all a 10 out of 10! Update: I saw Dr Isabel recently and she is so personable!!! As stated earlier, I'm afraid of the dentist, but there was NO fear as all! I felt extremely comfortable! Fantastic experience: The practice adhered to my appointment time, I was called five minutes after arriving. Staff is friendly and professional. They are patient and were accommodating when I needed to call my insurance. Negative experience: We got to this clinic the exact time of our appointment and we were kept waiting in the car for over an hour. When we were eventually called to come inside, it took over an hour again for them to even start attending to my daughter, who was in severe pain from a wisdom tooth.I have never met a more incompetent and unprofessional environment like this clinic. From the staffs who were all hostile to the doctor, he kept asking my daughter if she understood English. The doctor had nastiest attitude I have ever encountered in a doctor’s office. No explaining from the doctor, he just plays you a video and walks out. Then comes back and ask you if you understand then he sends you to the receptionist to discuss billing. No humane side to him! Nothing! Went in with my daughter to get a tooth extraction and was told so many things was wrong with her tooth. We were told she needed bone grafting, that the other tooth was sitting on a nerve, we were told she will be put to sleep to perform all this surgeries and there wasn’t any other way around it. We were given a bill of almost $3924. I told my daughter we weren’t going to use them that I needed a second opinion.The receptionist tried to convince us to go through with it but I stood my ground. We left and went to another dentist. Her tooth was extracted and no bone grafting was necessary. No sedation, her gum was just numbed and her upper tooth extracted and the lower tooth was just shaved down. At the new clinic we paid $690 for all procedures. Please stay away from this clinic. I don’t even trust their reviews. There’s something fishy about this clinic. Run!!!!
You're waiting in the car because of the delay from your insurance company requiring additional information once again an insurance company has used the system to poison the relationship between a doctor and a patient before the care/ treatment starts. We are sorry you're upset, but your insurance company requires us to have all the proper information. We do our best trying to manage all the different issues that come up with these insurance companies as you're well aware there is major problems in our insurance industry, but as a practicing provider, we have no choice, but to go by their rules, their fees, and determinations, but we will not practice to a standard of care that we feel is not in the patient's best interest. The treatment that you had done at the other, Dental Clinic was not equivalent to what was suggested to you and your daughter and needed for a proper outcome. Certainly, we could've done the same thing and your daughter is still left with a problem tooth . We quoted you for two teeth as you said above and the ideal treatment that was needed. You left out why the other tooth was shaved down, and you didn't mention any of the possible complications that you will have going forward and , can still have going forward, We did not bill you anything that your insurance company should cover the estimate was determined by your insurance company. Once again an insurance company that refused to pay for the necessary treatment and the proper treatment for your daughter and you decided to do what the insurance company covered and not what was needed sorry. That you were disappointed. We try to Practice to the standard of care and any deviation from the standard of care put your daughter at risk for future severe problems with the remaining teeth. We could do the treatment you described above. if you were willing to forgo the other procedures that were recommended so that your daughter in the future wouldn't have any more problems with those teeth. We are happy that you found an office and that your daughter is feeling better, but we are here if you need us. And we are here seven days a week if your daughter continues to have problems with the care that was rendered at another office and doesn't get better.

The office is prompt in confirming appointments, the staff was extremely courteous, and Dr. Dukes attention to detail and patience with my anxiety in regards to dental treatment was outstanding. Fantastic experience: I initially broke my two front teeth from hockey. There were more issues and the teeth were falling apart. Dr Weiner really helped completely fixing my front teeth that needed to be reconstructed. It was an easy financial process and the staff was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this office enough!

Negative experience: please from the bottom of your heart don't go here please, all they want is to take your money, they don't care about your pain and they are some very rude people starting from the reception to the doctor! please don't go, you will lose money and time with your pain! very very rude people and they only want money!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dukes is the most thorough, kind , knowledgeable dentist I have seen in my 44 years of life. His chair side manner is impeccable! He is patient, reassuring, and always answers my many questions. He does not make patients feel rushed or embarrassed about past neglect of getting dental care. I suffer from anxiety, but Dr Dukes and his team calm and ease my mind. I no longer dread dental appointments because of Dr Dukes and his wonderful team. Btw… Dr. Brain is awesome as well. I highly recommend both. 10/10

Negative experience: I went in for tooth pain and was told I needed a bone graft along with the extraction. I asked if I could do the extraction without the bone graft and the dentist lady refused. I decided to do it since my tooth pain was unbearable. I waited nearly 3 hours for the dentist. Once the procedure started, the dentist didn't fully sedate the area and nearly pulled my tooth. I screamed letting her know that it hurt, and she went in and added more sedation and finally pulled the tooth. Having dental insurance which covers 80%, I was required to pay $1286!!!! I went back and they told me that I needed a periodontal cleaning and wanted to charge me $1125. I immediately cancelled the appointment. If it wasn't for the horrible tooth pain, I would've never picked this place. These people will scam the heck out of you, STAY AWAY from this place!

Fantastic experience: From the time I walk into the office I felt welcome. Saige at the front office was very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to provide me information that was valuable in making sure that I select the right type of insurance coverage that would take care of my dental needs in the future. Not to mention, Dr. Duke he has always provided great professional services. He is very detail with his work. If you're looking for a new Dentist, please give his office a try.

Fantastic experience: Not that I enjoy going to the Dentist Office but Dr Jacob Danesh did a great job. He explained each step of the procedure. The most other dentist would ever say is open your mouth. I would recommend Dr. Jacob Danesh.

Negative experience: This dentist advertises that it’s open at 6am but when I showed up not one car in sight I also knocked but no answer. Emergencies are what they are: Emergency there’s no way to predict them. So they can’t be scheduled. If you are not offering emergency services then put the correct hours of operation. That way you’re not giving a false hope to an in duress patient
