Negative experience: $800 to clean my teeth each time, went there three times and they never told me the price, I guess my time is not important since I’m not a dentist,

Negative experience: Would not recommend. Front desk was lovely besides a boss/manager named Chase. Very unsettling attitude and everyone seemed uncomfortable in the office. Not to mention his overall look is unprofessional. There’s plenty of Medicaid accepting dentist offices to give a try before this one, but it’s not horrible if you must.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly, I went in for an x-ray, one of them asked me after (in the next room) if I preferred she/her and my birth name, which I was scared to write truthfully on the paper. When I told them nervously that I prefer he/him and the name Spencer they were very understanding, immediately used the correct pronouns, wrote my preferred name next to my birth name and the other person at the counter said "nice to meet you, Spencer". If anyone that was there reads this, thank you for being kind and for asking in private! It made me feel very welcomed and want to come back. They were an amazing example of how easy it really is to respect somebody

Negative experience: I walked in at 8:12 a.m., and they already stopped accepting appointments. She claimed they open at 7:30 am. But it States online they open at 8 am every day. When you call, they don't answer the phone. When you walk in, they ask if you have an appointment, but how can you make an appointment if no one answers? Their front desk secretary was very nonchalant about the situation...

Positive experience: The staff is normally really nice my dentist was very patient with me and understanding however when trying to get my medicine my insurance wouldn’t cover the dosage and they told the pharmacy they wouldn’t lower the dose so that I didn’t have to pay I didn’t have the money and was in a lot of pain the pharmacy said they have never dealt with such disrespectful people and they told them that I either had to pay or be in pain the pharmacy had told them that they were going to report them to the Ohio state board then all of a sudden the chose to change the dosage the pharmacy lady asked for the name of the person she was talking to and the lady refused to let her know and then she asked for the office manager and she was just as disrespectful as the other employee she spoke to the pharmacy proceeded to report the office due to such disrespect she said she has never seen that much disrespect in her whole career I called the office to let them know and I was told that wasn’t true but the pharmacy lady was on a recorded line and showed me the word for word what was told to them

Fantastic experience: I'm so thankful for them. I drove 1hour and half to get there. They pulled a tooth that has caused me problems for years. I had a first visit where they did x-rays and then that Monday they pulled my tooth. The dentist was very kind, and had a good sense of humor. I'll definitely be going back in the future. And will recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: This was one of the sketchiest/dirtiest dentist offices I’ve ever been to in my life. I came here on a Sunday because my dentist was closed until Tuesday. This place said they have a “wisdom tooth specialist” and they could get me in first thing Tuesday morning to have it pulled. I was in pain, so I scheduled because I wouldn’t be able to talk to my dentist until that same morning. They took one single x ray and said it was not infected and got me a prescription for Tylenol and ibuprofen. The “wisdom tooth specialist” was really squirrelly and made my anxiety worse. They didn’t even have the right paperwork in the room for me to sign, it was a completely different patient. He left the room several times and when he came back, put his gloves on and then started touching his head to put his equipment on. My gut told me to leave, so I did. They did refund me which was great and then tried to give me a script for amoxicillin even though he said it’s not infected? But the dentist was adamant that I text him and tell him what pills my previous dentist gave me to calm my nerves and then proceeded to offer IV sedation. I left and immediately called my dentist who got me in the second they opened their doors, they were equally horrified at my experience here, my tooth is in fact infected and I need an ORAL SURGEON. They prescribed me the correct kind of antibiotic for my infection and scheduled me out for surgery. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place, it’s literally straight out of a nightmare and I am fully convinced any positive reviews this place has are paid for or a bot because there is NO WAY. UPDATE: I happened to look closer at the prescription they sent me home with and it’s the name that was on the paperwork when I got here who we established was not me. Lmaooo. This place shouldn’t even be in business.

Fantastic experience: When I came in I felt like my teeth were not going to be salvageable almost all of my teeth are fixed and I am confident with my smile again the dentist there is extremely professional very polite and I'm very happy with my care I will continue to go through there they are a great team!

Fantastic experience: Front desk Staff was kind and pleasant, as always. Dental assistants were also pleasant. Very clean facility. Dental doc was kind and thorough in examining my concerns and helpful in explaining the why for my dental concern.

Fantastic experience: Staff is absolutely amazing! They squeezed me in for an emergency root canal. I was there with my 8yr old and 7yr old daughters for 6.5 hours(no fault of the staff) and everyone made it completely comfortable, especially ALLYSON, and I was able to walk out feeling a million times better! Negative experience: This place is horrible unprofessional service and inaccurate information I make a appointment month ago and when I went appointment day that young Arab lady told me to wait and I told her what is the waiting time she replied they got 5patient waiting and what about my appointment ..really stupid .guys I don’t recommend this place ..I will give this place zero star not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a staff! An actual REAL LIFE DENTAL EMERGENCY that takes medicaid! I had two root canals done on a SATURDAY!! All the workers are kind with great personalities. I will definitely return if I need to.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Haven’t been to a dentist in years and was very nervous when I walked in. They do except walk ins but when they get time in between appointments. I got in very quickly when they first opened. Their whole entire staff made me feel very comfortable from the front desk receptionists all the way to the dentist. Would recommend them 100x over.

Although I waited all day literally they got me in and out within 15 minutes of making it to the back. Customer service goes a long way so it made my wait not seem as bad. Highly recommended if having an emergency. I actually scheduled to go back!

Fantastic experience: Everyday Dental has become such a great practice. All of the dentists, the women who does fillings (Mary), and the assistants are wonderful. Easy to get an appointment. They pay attention to detail with their work. After having many bad experiences with dentists in the past, I’m SO grateful for this practice!

Negative experience: Was scheduled a month out. Got to my appointment early and checked in and people who got there way after me got taken back before me. I waited for an hour to be taken back. Then another 15 mins to have xrays. Then the dr came in after another 15-20 mins and said you have no cavities. we cant clean your teeth and made me reschedule. ANOTHER month out. waste of time.

Positive experience: The employees and doctor were pleasant, respectful and informative. I saw them on line, and I went in as a walk-in patient referral from the Lincoln Heights Dental Clinic (Dr.K. Dubose). They didn't mind if you asked questions. The doctor pinpointed the problem, and let me know what needed to be done right away. However, my BP was too high so, I couldn't finish the procedure. If the procedure goes well, I will upgrade my score to a five.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had bad experiences with the previous dentist I went too, had a dental emergency of extreme pain from a cracked tooth and went in as a walk in they took me back almost immediately and Dr. Awad and his front staff and dental assistant staff was absolutely amazing on reassuring me that I was in great hands and that they will get me taken care of. I ended up having a root canal on the left side and a tooth extraction on the right side, during the procedure the dental assistant and Dr.Awad was asking me if I was okay or if I was doing good, great impressions and friendly people. I will be returning Thank you to Dr.Awad and his staff for their great support and helping me through my fears of the dentist

Fantastic experience: Went for my wisdom tooth removal last month and they got in and out within 30 minutes I healed pretty quick and then today I had to get 4 fill ins numbing just finally going down and my teeth feel great I love them they made sure I didn’t feel any pain i can get in an appointment with a few days I’m going to keep coming back

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Everyday Dental that I decided to come back for a second visit, even though the clinic is quite far from me. The trip was absolutely worth it! The clinic has a well-coordinated team, everything is clean and professional, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. Most importantly, the quality of service is excellent. I never got the impression that they were just trying to upsell me—there was no pressure at all, likely because they have a high volume of clients. I highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I had a dentist put a cap on my front tooth well that ended up coming off I couldn't get into the dentist that originally did it called everyday Dental they got me in they did the best they could do was what they had and didn't even charge me for it now the crown fell off the next day no fault of everyday Dental but I'm very grateful for what they did try to do also need to mention this was all done on a Sunday
