Negative experience: I am telling the mayor of New York City for my sake. No that was not ok. It brakes my rights to be in safety, you are crazy ,to think And act it out in a violent tantrum. I'm letting everyone know where the trouble rounds from. This is about evil, but preventing that than from dangers, and more damage to my family. I had a dream. I want good too. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Jose Javier was very welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable!

Negative experience: Absolutely no respect for your time! I had a 9:30am appointment. I show up at 9:20am to ensure I am on time for any required paperwork. It took 40 mins before I was called for X-rays (9:58am) then it took another 45 minutes before I was even called into the room to see the dentist (10:48am) After briefly seeing the dentist, he tells me I need a root canal and leaves. Then when I had to go for my cleaning the lady informs me that I will have to wait another 30 minutes. It was at that point that I walked out. A routine cleaning should not take over 2 hours of your day for mediocre service. I would not recommend. My time is too valuable and despite all the other people that were complaining about their appointments I would expect better communication during this time. It is atrocious to have people waiting that long with poor service. I will find another dentist.

Negative experience: I don’t know why he kept pointing to the wrong tooth,and the bad one he didn’t want to look at it.Then he lets take both teeth out at $700 each ! I just ran out ! Never again!

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever been to. After we were sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half they tell us they are really backed up and it’s going to be a really long time before we can get seen. AFTER an hour and a half. We wound up leaving and getting nothing done. A complete waste of time. Find a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: Head Assistant, Jose was kind and did the X-Ray with thoroughly. Any discomfort I handled with care and he was funny.

Fantastic experience: I been coming here since 2020 they are very good. Lisa my dentist has done a great job making me feel comfortable and have done a great job with my mouth. All the staff are friendly and professional. I really recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous today to get a procedure done, but again, in the care of Dr. Lenny I was able to relax and the procedure went smoothly. I was very satisfied with his work. Also, the technician that worked with Dr. Lenny was very kind and helpful. Jose is another technician that has always been attentive and very helpful on all my visits. We need experienced and kind people to surround us whenever we are most vulnerable, and I believe I experienced that today.

Fantastic experience: Ella the Dental Hygienest was the best. She was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. She was very informative on my post visit care also. Absolutely the best experience having my teeth cleaned ever.

Negative experience: This dentist office is an absolute mess. Everytime I have an appointment I’m waiting a million years to be seen. They charge a fee if you try to reschedule but then will have you waiting for 2+ hours. Doctors also rush and aren’t detailed enough. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Overall I love this place they really take care of you. Yesterday's experience was alittle longer than I would have liked my dentist was over booked he kept apologizing hes a great dentist and very gentle.Dr. jacobs is his name the hygienist Ella is really good as well

She is one of the most professional women in this field and she will make sure you’re taken care of my advice. Go ahead for all your dental work. Also, if you’re therefore cleaning, Lisa is the perfect person for the job very welcoming, well mannered and professional

Fantastic experience: They do excellent work. I have all my family going there, Lisa is the best for cleanings and taking care of your gums.I think Lisa is the reason a lot of people come for their cleaning appointments since dental cleanings can be painful and traumatic when not done by the right dentists .She is always informative and does a great job without pain every time. My mouth feels brand new everytime I leave after my visit. Ten stars for Lisa and this place

Positive experience: I came to Hutchinson Metro Dental with serious tooth pain, expecting help. While the staff was friendly and X-rays were taken, no treatment or medication was given. Instead, I was told to come back for a follow-up—clearly prioritizing return business over patient care. Delaying treatment for dental pain is negligent and dangerous, especially with the risk of infection. I left in the same pain I came in with, and I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Had a 10am appointment today and definitely spent too much time in the office. I was taken back from the waiting room after an hour and after asking the front desk twice how much longer. After being put in the exam chair I waited about 25 minutes for the dentist. It just feels like a factory and not like a dental office. The dentist was working on me and two other patients during the time slot which is frustrating. Staff was apologetic but I didn't leave until 1:10pm. This was for a temporary crown which should not have taken this long. Giving 2 stars because of ease of scheduling and kindness of the technicians

Negative experience: They waste your time and try to up-sale you for every little thing .. not a doctor’s office, more like a dental scam office

Negative experience: 4/15/25 review - if you’re scared of the dentist office, dont be. They make you feel like you’re buying a car .. get you in early in the morning and dont acknowledge you for over an hour (past your appointment time) with a million excuses as to why. Very frustrating experience as one cant jump around to go to a different office if work has been started by a different dentist .. 0/10 11/27/24 review - The work here is great but the full disrespect of your time seems to be what always outshines their good .. consecutively any time i have an appointment .. no matter if morning or afternoon, i am minimally waiting to be seen for over an hour .. record being my second to last appointment, it took my doctor 2.5hrs to see me, and this is me wishing i was exaggerating. 20 minute oral surgery scheduled today, they call that he’s running an hour late to just go and tell me after this hour that he is just not coming in. Truly truly unprofessional, having been a patient since i was a child .. seeing what they are becoming is honestly upsetting.

However, I’ve had repeated issues with both wait times and billing. I had a 2:00 PM appointment but wasn’t seen until 3:40 PM. This wasn’t the first time — during my initial visit, I waited an hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled time. It feels like they consistently overbook or run behind without proper communication. On top of that, I’ve noticed unexpected charges that were never clearly explained or agreed upon beforehand. When it’s time to pay, there are always additional fees with lengthy justifications that leave you feeling blindsided. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this office carefully review the costs before any additional services are performed. Make sure you get clear, upfront pricing and double-check your bill to avoid surprises. Great dental work, but the long wait times and unclear billing practices make it hard to fully trust the process.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at Hutchinson Metro Dental today and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any medical or dental facility. I showed up on time and ended up sitting there for 4 HOURS — and I was never even seen. The staff was completely disorganized, had no sense of urgency, and clearly didn’t care that people were waiting for hours. I watched them skip over me and take in patients who came after me without any explanation. No updates, no communication, no professionalism at all. It felt like they were picking and choosing who they wanted to see while leaving others waiting endlessly. No respect for patients, no courtesy, and no accountability. I left angry, frustrated, and without ever being treated. I wasted my entire morning for nothing. This place is a joke, and no one should be treated the way I was today. Avoid this clinic at all costs. They don’t deserve your time, money, or trust.

Fantastic experience: Had my six month visit with Lisa my favorite yesterday. As usual she’s always sweet ,gentle and amazing. I leave with my mouth feeling brand new with my teeth and smile being healthier and super clean. I come here for Lisa she is the best . Evangee

Negative experience: Went there for a dental emergency was charged $240 for xrays, But was given no care at all! Was being sold close to 40k of dental estimate work I can never ever afford. Didn't offer no care for my pain at all! Just take asprins and antibiotics and think about the 40k work I need. Unfortunately for me the cheapest thing is extractions. The dentist is against that and didn't offer any other care but to agree to 40k of work.

Fantastic experience: The 5 stars is for Dr Chung, Pediatrics! My lil one went from scared of wven the function to counting down the days she gets to see her! She is so patient and delicate (and therefore extremely popular so you may have to wait a bit) but totally worth it! I give the rest 3 starts. When Dr ames and Katarina left, it was disheartening but Dr Yakob is awesome! Had a problem other dentists ignored and yet he took care right away!!! And same w hubby! Amazing! We left for a while bc of long waits and rough and mean hygienists but once Lisa came bk and Dr Yacob was hired we are bk! Hygenists: Lisa is the reason we came bk (adult). Stay away from Ella and Olga!!! Far away!

There is parking available and the location is mint clean with very professional doctors to do your medical procedure. I had Doctor RUBINO twice for gum surgery and SHE IS THE BEST. Fantastic experience: First time visiting, I had an Emergency, my tooth chipped and I was afraid that I will be loosing my tooth but Dr. Choi saved it. The dentist was direct and to the point as to what was needed to be done. The facility was very busy but very clean. Staff well informed and organized. I felt very comfortable and at eased.

Negative experience: Wait time is horrible 1 hour and 30 minutes to only have an xray done. Insane wait time, registrar did nothing about it when i addressed it . The technician was extremely rough I had to stop the lady and tell her to be a bit more gentle. When it was time to see the doctor and voice questions regarding to an on going infection he stated “ do you mind if i start the medical questions” . The question doesn't sound bad reading it but it felt as though he did not want to hear any concerns and only wanted to leave. When he did proceed to exam my teeth, he completely disregarded my prior concern which clearly lead him to address the wrong tooth. The manager apologized but by that time it was the end of the visit.

Negative experience: I was deeply dissatisfied with the care I received at this place. The staff were cold and unwelcoming, and my Dental Hygienist Lisa was rough, inefficient, and made the entire experience uncomfortable for me

Negative experience: My advice: DON'T COME HERE. They will only treat you with respect when you're dropping actual money on the table. You can have amazing insurance that covers everything but they only respect you when you are spending actual green money. My first visit, with insurance cost me $1700 in cash. That visit, star service. Every interaction since then, horrible. Front desk double books your appointment, you have to wait eons to be seen, if you're seen and they will schedule you with doctors who can't help you with your situation just to get you out of their face. They don't care that they are wasting your time, they're still getting paid. Then there's no follow up from the doctors to see if you're satisified or need more help. This place is trash! Go someplace else. I will not be coming back. I'd give zero stars if I could and the front desk staff all need to be fired or retrained. Garbage!

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming environment. The X-Ray tech, Jose, along with other staff were very attentive and treated me beautifully!

Negative experience: I recently visited Dr. Choi, and I was disappointed by his lack of engagement. Upon entering the room, he barely acknowledged my presence and spoke with his back to me. It took me pressing him to explain why I couldn't get a refill for him to turn around finally, and even then, his eye contact was minimal. In a people-centered profession like dentistry, he clearly needs to enhance his communication skills to foster a more welcoming atmosphere for patients. Moreover, I was surprised that the hygienist didn't floss my teeth, something my previous hygienist always did during cleanings. I mentioned to her beforehand that I had food particles between my teeth, yet after the cleaning, they remained. I had to take care of it myself at home. It’s hard to understand how she could claim to have completed a thorough cleaning without flossing. Instead, it felt like her focus was more on selling products than addressing my dental needs at that moment. Given this experience, I will not return to this dentist's office. Update: Three days after my visit, I had symptoms of a cold sore.

Negative experience: Terrible, slow service. They over schedule patients. They do not honor appointment times. You will be on time for an appointment, yet wait 1.5+ hours to be called. A waste of time. At a routine check up, they found a cavity, and then us schedule ANOTHER appointment on another date to fill it. More hours wasted at next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a dental appointment and it was the best experience I had. Staff was very professional and caring in every aspect. I saw Dr. Yeir Mullokandov,DDS , was very professional and informative in questions I had with my teeth's. He explained procedures for an implant / bridge and showed me how it would be done. He asked if I had any other questions or concerns before I saw the hygienist. My hygienist was Ella who was thorough in cleaning my teeth and very concerning to my questions and answered to my satisfaction. The front desk assistant Tatiana, was very kind and professional who explained my coverage from my insurance for implant/bridge. The place is very clean and its atmosphere is well lit. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. It has been years that I find a caring and professional staff members who are concern for your teeth, etc.

She will make you feel welcome and she truly cares about the health of your gums and teeth. Trust me, you will thank me when you go to Hutchinson Dental and you make sure you request Lisa.

Fantastic experience: Jose really does great with directing for each xray and it’s always good to see everyone especially for a cleaning and check up. The staff always checks before any charge and option they have for your tooth choice. Keep on flossing !

Negative experience: Please don’t come here if you getting more than a cleaning. I came here for a cleaning and Dr. Abraham told me I needed to get a root canal done because I was going to lose my tooth. I decided to get it done and I haven’t been able to eat on that side since it happened. I feel a sharp pain going through my gums every single time I chew. Then when I go back there because I am upset the office manager tells me she gonna call security on me because I am messing up the peace in there. I wish I never went here I was fine and I wasn’t in no pain now I can’t even eat. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST IF POSSIBLE

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dental offices, but I’ve never been treated like royalty the way I was at Hutchinson Metro Dental. The hygienist, Olga, is simply amazing. I highly recommend her! She cleaned my teeth with such care and precision—it was like she was creating a piece of art. When she finished, I could immediately feel the difference. My mouth felt as fresh as a newly cleaned house! Olga even joked, ‘It’s like cleaning out the basement,’ and she was right. Thank you, Olga—you’re truly the best!"

Positive experience: I waited for a hour and a half and had to reschedule for the next day. When I came back the next day all the services were very good though once in the chair. Olga gave a great cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ari is personable and very good at being a dentist. He made me feel comfortable in the chair while i received extensive work. I brought all of my anxiety with me and Dr. slayed those demons! I left his office looking fabulous!!!
