Negative experience: This dental clinic is expensive and unprofessional. The reception staff are rude and dismissive—if you try to cancel an appointment, they hang up on you mid-conversation. They also charge a $75 no-show fee, which is unreasonable given how difficult it is to communicate with them. I would not recommend this place.
It’s unfortunate to receive this review, as you have not been seen in our office for any appointment. During your initial call to schedule, you requested detailed treatment costs in advance. We clearly explained that, in order to provide accurate pricing, a full evaluation by our doctor is necessary. This is standard practice, as treatment needs vary from patient to patient. At no point were any charges discussed or applied to your account, as no appointment was confirmed or missed. We strive to be transparent and respectful in all our communications, and we regret this misunderstanding, despite our clear explanation during your inquiry.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Sadineni did a great job taking care of my teeth. I had done two filling with mild pain, thanks to her and her staff for being so skilled. I recommend going to the Dublin Metro Dental place.

Fantastic experience: Update 6/30/2025 : Dr.Ana was so great and she did a wonderful job on my recent visit to replace a crown that was planted 10 years ago. Their team is always great. Very professionals and Highly recommended. Old: Best care i ever had for my teeth & gum ! One of the best technological hospital. I was a new patient but i got my appointment for the next day.No waiting time at all! Everyone is really friendly from reception to the theater. Dr.Marsh did the deep tissue cleaning therapy and she made sure i am comfortable at every point of time! She took almost 1.5 hours to do that. I am sure they are very dedicated !

Fantastic experience: Came in for a same day emergency appointment for tooth infection, left with antibiotics and scheduled for tooth extraction the following week. I did wait a little but they were very busy this day and apologetic about the matter. The highlight is I still had a little infection left even after completing antibiotics this was the most PAINLESS extraction I have ever had. She was done in about 8 mins I was shocked. Definitely will be back for routine cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I was so happy to be in the capable hands of Dr. Sadinini this morning. After suffering with painful swelling in my upper left teeth, jaw and sinus area, I was quickly x-rayed and evaluated and a solution was applied. I was in and out in under an hour and will be re-evaluated for a root canal next week after allowing the prescribed medications and bite adjustment to settle in. I felt I was listened to and well taken care of. Sending a big Thank you to Dr. Sadinini and her very pleasant and efficient staff.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Sadineni. The entire process was impressively quick and painless. She skillfully removed the teeth in under a minute. They have done many crowns and Dr. Sadineni is so fair and does the best job ever. The last 2 times I had my teeth cleaned they used a new method. She said it like using a power wash on my teeth which removes all the hard stuff off the teeth. It's painless. I recommend the office highly. Positive experience: Cleaning is fine. Will check with other providers the cost for filling/sealant. Only reason won’t be coming back is because I am tired of being forced to get Invisalign. It seems the practice believes it is the only solution for any dental problems.

I'm older and grew up in an era where it was normal to fear dentists and I'll admit to falling prey to that kind of thinking. I would not hesitate to recommend the doctor. (I also think it's cool that when I asked if it's an all female office I was told that they gave 1 male hygienist on staff)

Negative experience: Used to be a patient here when Dr Sardineni was an independent at another location. As soon as she expanded and other dentists joined the practice it went downhill. Not necessarily Dr Sardineni, but the other practitioners tried to force procedures and add one by making me feel poor. I am now finding out after a couple years that they have very poor skills with their dental work. I had several cavities filled by Dublin Metro Dental and now they are all falling apart and it hurts. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! I also have implants and they sent me to the worst periodontist who stitched me up after anesthetic wore off.

Fantastic experience: I Worked with Rod and he was super laid back and chill but very professional which made the visit more of an experience than an average visit. The doctor is very helpful in the way she explains the situation to you and helps you understand. She also gives you very good advice and try’s to help the best she can!! Negative experience: So I visited the office because I wanted to have my teeth deep cleaned. I was told I needed a root canal in one of my back teeth. They told me the whole thing might take about 4 hours (cleaning and the root canal all together) I was not prepared for this so we agreed on deep cleaning one side of my teeth that day and schedule another appointment for the other side and the root canal. I went back the following week to resume my treatment. I precisely asked how long it will take because I have to be home at a certain time for my kids. They said around one hour for cleaning and an hour and a half for the root canal. So I assumed it can be a total of 3 hours, 3.5 hours maximum, with all the pre and post. My appointment was at 12:00 I arrived 11:50 and they kept me waiting until 12:25! They started working on the cleaning first it was okay! My main issue was with the root canal. They never explained to me what was going on.. for more than 3 hours I had my mouth open not knowing what's happening! At some point the doctor had a strand of her hair falling on her mask hanging over my mouth while she worked! She was working then she left - all of a sudden - asking the assistant to put the filling! (I'm not sure though if she was an assistant or a doctor or something else!) After they were supposedly done, the assistant left. I was getting ready to leave, when a totally new person came in saying she would fix my filler!! I asked her what was wrong with my filler!! She said it was not right and had to be taken out and corrected, this will take am extra half hour, adding to the extra hour that took them to 'finish' the work, so in total I stayed at the office for 5 whole hours! Then I left with multiple cuts in my tongue and the bottom of my mouth and the whole experience makes me question the success of the procedure! Before I left, the doctor was supposed to prescribe an antibiotic, I told her I'm breastfeeding, just to be careful with what she should prescribe. She was surprised although I did mention this in the form that I filled out prior to the procedure, which I guess she didn't bother to take a look at! She then decided to just cancel the antibiotic prescription rather than try to find a safe antibiotic with breastfeeding!! All in all, I have been to a lot of dental offices in different states and some of them were outside of the US.. This time was the worst!

Negative experience: My teeth were Not corrected to a perfect aligned position. However, they used up three times allowed touch up adjustments from Invisalign, so after the last adjustment I had to accept the fact my teeth weren’t able to look perfectly with Invisalign. They also shaved too much from my teeth and there are gaps in between my teeth. Won’t recommend this place. They kept spamming people with emails to give them good google reviews. What’s more, I had good oral health at treatment, and no discoloration at all pre treatment, after I finished treatment I had teeth discoloration. I don’t have a whole lot teeth pictures pre treatment, but attaching a few to show my pre and post treatment.

However, it is important to keep in mind that some teeth may have limitations on how much they can move, which can be influenced by factors like bone levels, the alignment of roots and overall dental health. We did complete multiple refinements in your case to help achieve the best possible outcome. We also appreciate you sending these photos so that we can review. We noticed that your teeth have shifted since your final Invisalign photos were taken. Upon reviewing your initial photos prior to your treatment start, the discoloration was present at that time as well. We strive for all our patients to be happy with their treatment from start to finish and patient satisfaction is our number one goal. As far as patient reviews, you will only receive an automatic email after you visit our office, inviting you to share any feedback or your experience, but this is completely voluntary. We highly recommend reaching out directly to our office at 614-766-5600 so that we can go over the proper retainer wear instructions as well as the discoloration that you have mentioned. Thank you!

Negative experience: Overall horrible experience- would no recommend. The doctor even called in medicine for my 5 year old that should only be taken by a 12+ year old- thank god the pharmacy stopped him from taking it. The front desk gave different information than the dentist, all over the place with their communication.
