Fantastic experience: Scheduling was super easy. I was literally able to get an appointment booked for the very next day that after I called. Dr. Strickland definitely lived up to the positive reviews I had already seen on Google maps. Christian, who i believe was the dental hygienist, listened to me very carefully and answered all my questions thoroughly. Overall I was very impressed with my entre experience.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is a wonderful and professional facility. My procedures have been performed with great care. I took advantage of their offering of getting Invisilign for my misaligned teeth. Now even after a year, the appearance of my smile is amazing. I still have a little ways to go but the staff encouragement and my compliance have made a BIG difference. I am so happy.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Catonsville Dental care for about 17 years, and they have been wonderful. Today I had to go back and have my retainer rebonded to my teeth in a very short time period. Dr. Bailyn was very meticulous and spent extra care in rebonding my retainer in hopes to reduce the likelihood of it happening again and did not charge me for the appointment! There staff is also wonderful, especially Sabrina who usually does my cleanings. I highly recommend there services! They truly care about you and your dental care!

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to! I initially called Catonsville Dental to fix a broken crown, but knew I’d need more work done after. I hadn’t been to the dentist in some time and was a bit nervous. Every single staff member was incredibly welcoming and nonjudgmental - from the person who took my call, to the front staff that greets you, all the way to Alexis and Dr. Malik. I actually look forward to going and chatting with everyone, and I always get exceptional care. Any time I’ve had a question or needed to come in on short notice, they make it happen. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Positive experience: I've gone to Catonsville Dental Care twice now. For my first cleaning I wasn't offered a flouride treatment at all and the dentist noted a spot on my tooth that he wanted to keep an eye on. The team.speny more time trying to push me into buying retainers than focusing on my teeth. At my 2nd appointment, I was again not offered a flouride treatment, but asked this time since my husband had mentioned he was offered one. The dentist came through and said that everything looked great and they were tracking anything. It's concerning to me that there seems to be a lack of attention to detail that may be the result of having such a large practice. Everyone is really kind, so I may just try to find a different dentist and hygenist at the practice who focus more on comprehensive patient care.

I will never dread going to the dentist again. Shoshana was my technician. My experience with her can be rated A++++.

Every time I visit, I am welcomed by warm and caring people, and I feel that they truly care about my dental health. I am so glad I started coming here and will continue to do so. First visit! It was an extremely pleasant experience. I came here for an Invisalign consultation and left with a great understanding, as well as peace of mind. I also became a patient for my regular cleanings, even though I'm almost an hour away. They made me feel at ease and comfortable - always checking in with me to see if I had questions. I look forward to my future visits.

Fantastic experience: This was likely the most wonderful dental experience I’ve ever had. I had the most thorough cleaning of my entire life and had all of my Invisalign questions answered. The staff was so kind, my husband and I were seen in a timely manner and everyone from the Doctor, the Hygienist, Tech and the front desk people seemed to love their jobs and the work environment. I’m so glad that we’ve found a dentists office that we look forward to sticking to for a long time.

Ashley did my x-rays and made the whole thing quick and painless. Paige crushed the cleaning, she was super thorough and easy to talk to. The experience was a pleasant visit and I will return.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful visit. Can't find a nicer group of people. I ride Mobility and the bus was late well pass closing and 87° outside. The staff stayed later so that we could wait in the air conditioning. When we left also gave us bottles of water. It was much appreciated you see I am a double amputee (leg) in a wheelchair.

I am thoroughly impressed by the friendliness of the staff out front, the professionalism and knowledge from Paige, my dental hygienist, and of course, Dr. Scott Baylin. The equipment in their offices are all top-notch and state of the art. We talked about proactive care of my teeth, which was also never an option for me previously, and much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: My visit today consisted of 6 extractions I was very nervous. Dr hamedooni and Sammy are unbelievable. They are awesome. Super kind. Very informative and most importantly they’re great. I had absolutely no pain after my procedure and the numbing process was gentle. Fantastic experience: Great environment and very welcoming. I was informed of every step throughout my procedure and made sure I understood what was going on. Great first visit and definitely won’t be my last!

Negative experience: I was given a patient responsibility amount for a dental procedure prior to the procedure. I had the procedure and paid the down payment and after completion of the procedure I paid the balance. A few weeks later I received a call stating the insurance company didn’t cover the procedure. I asked did you verify my amount prior to the procedure in which I went back and forth with the receptionist. I asked for the manager who was rude and basically said they don’t call to verify patient responsibility. They use the website for the insurance company to calculate patient responsibility. I would think the practice would call to verify a patient responsibility for a procedure. Anyway I have a huge balance because they didn’t verify my portion of the procedure and I had already paid over a $1400 which I was told was my responsibility. I ended the call and the manager called me back a few minutes later to tell me my upcoming appointment would be canceled because I had a balance.

Fantastic experience: I went there yesterday with an emergency. The crown of one of my root canal teeth broke. This root canal was done by my previous dentist ( not Catonsville Dental Care). Although I went to Catonsville Dental without an appointment yesterday, the receptionist lady was very kind and understanding ( as always). She told me she would try her best to do whatever she could, and I was able to see the medical team very soon. I have been a patient at Catonsville Dental since 2021, and it has been an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: I have very, very high anxiety, especially when it involves the dentist. I was having horrible pain and they were able to get me in quickly to be seen. Everyone I encountered at the office was so kind and caring. I was seen by Dr. Malik and she and her assistant, Alexus couldn’t have been kinder. I ended up needing an extraction and when I went back for that procedure, again I was met with kind, gentle, and caring people. Dr. Malik and Alexus made sure I was comfortable. The extraction was absolutely painless. I can’t say enough kind words about my experience.
