Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Brandon Dental for a number of years and walk away from each appointment impressed with the care they give me, whether it’s teeth cleaning or overall dental checkup. Dr Waite is absolute best.

Fantastic experience: I've officially peaked in my dental experiences. Seriously, this place is so good, it's in a league of its own. And Emily? She's not just pleasant and professional, she's practically a dental magician. Highly recommended unless you enjoy mediocre teeth!

Fantastic experience: I used to go to Dr. George Medler in Spring Hill since I was six. But a few years ago he retired and I just happen to get lucky that the VA outsourced me to Riverview, and I’m glad they did. I’ve been going here for a year and a half, and they are nothing but amazing Totally would recommend them to anyone and they a small practice, real people and not just some corporate American business dental facility.

But more importantly I have gone to him for years and he makes you feel so comfortable and fully explains everything and options. I have been very happy with all the work he has done on my teeth. I also have to mention his assistant Debra, who is so pleasant and helpful. And Cheryl who does his scheduling and billing. They all make you feel like family.

The cubicle room design is open, allowing patients to interact with staff as they pass by on their way to their assigned cubicles for that day’s service. The practice is meticulously clean, and the complimentary water provided in the waiting room is thoughtful, especially during the hot Florida days. My dentist is incredibly kind and friendly. He diligently strives to minimize discomfort during procedures, recognizing that each patient requires varying levels of sedation. He remains patient until he is certain that the patient’s comfort will be maintained. Regardless of who escorts patients to their cubicles, each staff member treats them with the same level of care and respect as if they were family. This dental practice participates in an observation agreement with the local colleges. This arrangement allows students to observe the exceptional procedures performed by the staff, which will undoubtedly enhance their educational experience. As patients, we should be open to allowing students to observe, as it will undoubtedly improve their quality of education. Patty

I’ve been going to them through the VA Community Care program, originally on the recommendation of my husband (shout out to him for that gem). And when I tell you, this team right here? Top-tier. Like Michelin star level in the dental world. Dr. Z: Hands down, the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s not only crazy knowledgeable, but he has the kind of bedside manner that makes you forget you’re in a dental chair. He breaks everything down in plain language, no high-level dental jargon that leaves you googling later. He makes sure you understand what’s going on with your mouth, your options, the game plan, all of it. He’s calm, clear, and makes you feel like you’re in excellent hands every single time. The hygienist (I wish I remembered her name… pls forgive me) is so warm and personable. Like, you’re just vibing during the whole appointment talking, laughing, easing any tension. That kind of energy matters more than people realize. Now let’s talk about the real MVP of the front desk, Ms. Denise. Whew! She’s a whole vibe……smart, friendly, and makes the whole experience smooth from scheduling to check-out. You can tell she cares and knows her stuff. She’s running the front office with grace and personality. I went in today for a bridge resectioning ahead of my ortho work tomorrow. Was I nervous? Yes. Did Dr. Z instantly calm my nerves like he always does? Also yes. The procedure didn’t even take long… He numbed me up, polished it down, and boom, I was done; Quick, clean, and painless. That’s what I call efficiency. I was also able to see Ms. Denise on the way out. She has such a warm smile and good energy. It was the perfect sendoff. Long story short: Brandon Dental is exactly what you want in a dental practice: competent, compassionate, and consistent. She did a great job. Gave me plenty of dental advice and recommendations. I would go to this dental office anytime I need to go. The previous dental office I went to was trying to charge me over $1000 for the deep cleaning, charging me for unnecessary things but at Brandon dental I paid less than $200 for my dental cleaning and everything else was included.
