Positive experience: the only real problem was the waiting time. Appointment was at 830, A whole hour waiting in the room doing nothing. And I still haven’t been seen. It’s now 1034 . That is my only complaint. Someone had an appointment at 930, they were seen before me. Staff was friendly and professional.

Negative experience: During my visit on 3/6/25, I was informed that I would have to pay in advance, and my insurance would reimburse me in two weeks. Bear in mind that I have never paid in advance for a dental appointment with my insurance, but I said, "Okay, that is the way they work, no problem." When I called them back on 3/27, after two weeks had gone by and I still had not heard anything, they informed me that they had filed the claim on the 6th, the day I had the appointment, but they would give me a call the next day to double check. I never received a call back. I called them again today, March 31, 2025, after speaking with my insurance company, and they informed me that they had received the claim on March 27, the day I called to inquire as to why my insurance company had stated there was no claim. The fact that I had to call them to do their job is unacceptable. Never again

Negative experience: Been here since 12:45p and it's 1:55p and have not been seen. I suggest to make an appointment somewhere where they respect your time.

On my first appointment I was given medicine that really helped, plus my visit was quick and even switching the insurance was easy. Negative experience: The pay for 5 star reviews by giving toys to the kids so I would take the reviews with a grain of salt. They like to change your appointment around based on what the dentist feels like that day. So it doesn’t really matter if you have an appointment, they will change it an hour before if they want to. They also love to do more than needed by saying all the kids have cavities. Dentist here wanted to do some procedures, went to another dentist, and no cavities were found. Again, most reviews here are bought, so careful who you take your kids too.

Negative experience: Don't get crowns here!!!! The doctor that used to do the crowns retired. They will put them on crooked and say it wasnt their fault!!! How the hell is it not their fault that they can't put crowns on correctly?? You would think that they would be able to do their job correctly with all the experience they have. They will rush through the procedure (even on a child) and claim they didn't rush that they spent the appropriate amount of time doing it. Ridiculous!

Negative experience: **I was told I had 16 cavities and felt pressured to pay out of pocket. Ended up getting a second opinion and was told I had 7 old fillings that needed to be redone. In other words, I had 0 cavities and it wasn’t an urgent matter. I came here in August 2024 after getting new dental ins and hadn’t been to the dentist for almost a year. I had no problem with the receptionist, the person who took my xrays and the dental hygienist. They were all very nice and welcoming. Right after my dental exam the dentist let me know their “treatment or appointment planner” would come in and schedule an appointment for me. She told me I had 16 cavities that needed to be filled, that this was very urgent and I can’t undo these cavities. The problem was I had a waiting period on my ins, but I was very worried about my teeth that I ended up paying out of pocket for 3 fillings. I was surprised to have so many cavities, but I trusted them and again was worried for my health. After getting these 3 fillings done I decided to get a second opinion and did so because I could afford the xray at the time. At this new dentist I was told I only had 7 old fillings that needed to be redone. I didn’t have any cavities and was told I could wait the 2 months left I had on my waiting period because this wasn’t a serious issue. This is my first review ever, I don’t leave reviews. It’s crazy to think how much money I would have spent had I not gotten a second opinion.
