Fantastic experience: Walk in with a filling that fell out. This office was so accommodating, they fit me in that same day and I was not a regular patient of theirs. They examine the situation and explained the options to me in detail. In the end, and a few hours later, I left with a crown repair when my regular dentist office would not even see me till next week.

Negative experience: The staff is all very nice! When you arrive early and still have to wait 15 to 20 to be called after your appointment time. There was 4 other patients that came in after you and taken back before you is ridiculous. I get told that the doctors were running a little behind. I understand that but not every appointment. My kids moved from pediatric to adult and it has happened every single time we have been.

And yes, they do have patience with the elderly, such as myself to those a lot younger! I’ve had dental cleaning and my technician. I think she is the best!

Negative experience: This was my first visit to this dental office. I had heard good things & was looking forward to my visit. I had a 10am appointment. I was taken back to the room at about 10:15. At 11am, I was still waiting for the hygienist. Unfortunately I had to leave because of a prior appointment. Not a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pepper ( yes Dr Pepper) and his assistant Jordan were half human and half amazing. So my original dentist ( whom I’ve had for 29 years ) wouldn’t pull my 18 and 19 tooth. He said it was to deep and would need a specialist. So they wanted 1200 after my insurance to pull. So I took a chance and went to Solomon dental, from check in ( with no appointment) to extraction I was out within 1 hour. Flipping amazing. Thanks again B.Smith.

Fantastic experience: Since moving from Georgia, I was fortunate to have Solomon Family Dentistry Carnes Crossroads recommended to me. All the front desk staff are pleasant and great to work with regarding check-in and check-out. Regarding dental cleaning, Shanny Simpson is the person to see because she cares about every patient sitting in her chair and takes time to provide explanations to dental questions in layman terms. Felicia Bragg is the dentist to see because she takes time to help a patient understand the dental situation to make an informed decision. I recommend this location because of the great people that work there.

Fantastic experience: Dr Soloman has been a dentist in Summerville since nofore the grinding wheel was invented!! LOL. My family and I started seeing him when I was approx. 5yo. Now I’m 54yo, so it’s been awhile! Dr Soloman has provided excellent dental care to my family and I, always with a smile! Dr Chris Steeley has been a great addition to the practice, and provides excellent care while making you feel at ease w/ his light hearted jokes. Dr Bragg is a sweetheart w/ the patience of Job! She makes sure that you are informed of your choices and that you are happy with the solution, and end results. All of the wonderful assistants are very friendly and proficient, too. Last, but not least, the front office team works hard to accommodate you w/an appointment that will work with your personal schedule, and making sure that everyone is processed in a timely manner, so that they can be seen as soon as possible. This dental practice works together to ensure that their patient’s comfort, well-being, and smile is priority #1!!. You can feel it with every visit, and that’s what keeps me returning! I highly recommend everyone to visit this spacious office that has state of the art, progressive dental stations, and caring professionals in a relaxed atmosphere for all of their dental care. Fantastic experience: Walked in on a Saturday because my 8yo's molar was coming out but was being stubborn. The Dentist on duty did an amazing job being patient, kind, and comferting to her as she worked her magic in calming my child and getting the tooth out. The assistant was also extremely caring and made the experience as painless as possible. Im glad my kids go to the Solomon dentist next door and we were able to be helped at a moments notice at this location. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Update: Always great even for regular scheduled cleanings. The staff is engaged, informed & willing to accommodate changing Appt’s when necessary. Kudos for well trained, well run dental practice! The is by far the best Dentistry in the Lowcountry. Multiple locations help a lot, staff is Always ‘going above and beyond.’ The hygiene peeps are quick & friendly. As far as the Dentists themselves, they are open & listening as you communicate issues; working towards swift resolutions. I have had several important dental needs addressed aside from regular cleanings & I couldn’t be happier with the service & professionalism. Check them out!

Positive experience: Edited: they used the wrong billing code, so part of the insurance claim was denied, they wouldn't even discuss it with us. Just told us to pay above what we had paid originally, then we could get our money back from the insurance. I should have waited to give my review, there are always to elements to a good dentist, and proper billing and communication is the second part, which they are not good at. We had to go in on a Saturday for an emergency visit. We had called several places that could get us in Monday or wouldn't even answer the phone. This office answered right away, and was extremely helpful and pleasant from the beginning to the end. We were in and out in two hours, but it felt like less. What a wonderful ending to what started out as a terrible Saturday.

Fantastic experience: As of just the first assessment visit, my son likes this office and he DOES NOT like the dentist. They made such a great impression on him that he had no problem agreeing to go back for repeat care. The staff is super nice, the office is extremely clean, and it does not smell clinical or heavily perfumed. The chairs are very relaxing with a foam core and leather-type cover. They used the screen in front of the patient's chair to share images of his X-rays with us. They do what they can to ensure patient comfort as well as ease of mind.
