Negative experience: CHECK THE YELP REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT HERE! You’re just another number here. Always jammed packed. The wait is absolutely ridiculous! They overlap appointments so you’ll sometimes be there for 3 hours, not exaggerating. Parking is awful and sometimes have to park across the street at Walmart. Customer service is just a call center and not the actual facility and they try and rush you off the phone. Also, they called me and told me that I didn’t have dental insurance anymore so when I came into my appointment I assumed by their word that I didn’t. They made me pay out of pocket for several things. Come to find out, I had insurance the whole time. Now I’m trying to get a refund, but of course the billing number they gave me is unresponsive. I would run from this place! They don’t really go in depth and take care of you or your kiddos as valued patients. They didn’t even give my daughter gauze after pulling her tooth so she was bleeding all over the place. She also said that she could feel everything they were doing and that it really hurt. Negative experience: I went with my 3 yr old and 8 year old son. Arrived at 9 am appointment and left at 11am. My 3yo was very anxious of the wait. Not very organized and staff is scattered this allows for a room of mistakes to happen. Step one X-rays, step two see dentist, step 3 cleaning, step 4 next appointment. My son missed steps of dentist, X-rays and went straight to cleaning staff didn’t even noticed until I brought it up. Too many overbooked appointments. Too long of a wait and missed steps.

Positive experience: Did not enjoy that I couldn't be with my minor child during her exam . I normally go to your office in Winter Haven where they allow one parent back with your child. But lakeland had a sooner availability. Other than the above. The office was clean , inviting , staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Its a very large space with a nice welcoming environment for our babies. Disney movies are wonderful ! My daughter said one of the ladies was singing and humming during her procedure and her made her feel comfortable and also added she had a beautiful singing voice. You made her comfortable and at ease and I do appreciate that more than anything. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We had a good visit! My daughter usually gags when getting teeth X-rays done. Today was smooth and the lady doing the x-rays was very encouraging! All three were cavity free, yay!

Negative experience: First of all they are usually pretty good here, no issues in the past. However, this time was different. We had a 1:30 appointment for my daughter and we weren't even called back until 2pm. I understand that they are busy sometimes and that is ok but what is not ok is that when my husband asked why we were waiting past a half hour from the appointment time he was told "oh we go off kid's time". What the hell is kid's time? Then afterwards when she was all done my husband was talking with NATALIE and she was very rude. He was trying to ask her questions and she literally turned her back and ignored him. We want/need something done about that. I know nothing will be done but maybe even a response to this might be sufficient. This is unacceptable behavior for any business.

Negative experience: Normally not a bad place but could be better. First off Natalie is very rude to anyone asking a question so please try to avoid her if you can. Also I was told that if you are 15 mins late they will make you reschedule but at the same time they don't mind making you wait over a half hour later for a scheduled appointment that you showed up for on time or early. Then when I asked why we were waiting over a half hour past my daughter's appointment time I was told "oh we go off kid's time". What the hell is kid's time?! They really need to get their act together there

Fantastic experience: Staff were kind and patient. Love the doctor she was amazing. Very fast today!

Negative experience: Do not recommend going here. They over load their schedule to the point that you can’t even wait in the building. And if you have a 8:00 appointment you won’t be called back until 9:15-9:30. It is absolutely ridiculous and you don’t even get any face time with the doctor they see your child and that’s it

Fantastic experience: 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 *A true GEM in the pediatric dental world!! My kids are ages 16, 10, & 4. They are amazing with my three kiddos. *A great dentist office! Great staff and the wait is never very long! Even with 3 kids * From check-in, to consult, to check out.... they have a fast, seamless, and professional flow. I absolutely love that they take the time to talk to the parent before and after each appointment/procedure. * I really appreciate the professional and friendly staff! My only small complaint is the bathroom. Two bathrooms and one is out of service. The ONE restroom has been messy every time (messy, not filthy...big difference). It needs to be checked more often and cleaned up. Kids can be messy. * and (simply)a brand new toilet seat would, make a huge difference. Still a solid 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Love the service...they allowed me to remain with my child who was very nervous about visiting the dentist...very friendly staff...thorough information about dental health and over all great service...

Negative experience: My husband waited there for an hour while the Internet was down. They wouldn't accept his cash as payment and when he asked why others were paying with cash they said it wasn't their business what someone else did it could be for the pharmacy. Then they said he could pay with cash if it was exact. They said since the Internet was still down they would only do the cleaning and no X-rays and wouldn't reschedule the X-rays for another time. We are cash paying and non insured. We know there is going to be a hefty bill for some of the work and this dental practice lost a good chunk of money. Disrespectful office staff. Couldn't even talk with an office manager by phone. I will never come here and I will be scheduling elsewhere. Office staff is the face of your business. Might want to make sure they're trained more on best practices since you just lost thousands of dollars over it and the lack of helpful accommodation.

Negative experience: Took literally 15mins my daughters had xray n cleaning. I know it's because I said were not doing nothing about cavities. Then they wanna tell me wait cause doctor wants to talk to me. Had me waiting over 30mins I ended up leaving. They only take they time when they making more money off a patient. Edit review since I wrote this and left they have sent a letter saying they will not take my daughter as a client anymore.

Fantastic experience: I love that they are kind and inclusive to my little with asd. I drive over a hour to bring my kiddo!

Positive experience: Staff could have better attitudes but besides that it’s a decent office bathrooms are always dirty but that’s expected as they are always busy and it’s always a super long wait honestly just wish all the staff was Pleasant and welcoming EVERYTIME!!

Negative experience: Very bad experience, they take too long, they treat you badly, they are very unprofessional, the appearance is horrible, they don't want to take care of children and they want you to pay them a lot because they are vain and if you don't get upset, horrible, I hate this place.

Negative experience: This office was hesitant to allow me to stay with my kids during their appointment, finally agreed. They operate like a factory and have kids waiting while other children have extensive work and even sedation performed. I watched them forget one little girl for the duration of our hour long appt while her unknowing mother waited in the lobby. In addition they charged me for services covered by insurance (they have been double paid and I confirmed this with my insurance)- when I called I was referred to the billing department and have contacted them 3 times in the last 2 weeks and they have not responded to my calls. I have also called the office and no one has answered for >10 minutes. Do not recommend this place, they practice bad business and are not as kid friendly as they would have you believe. If someone reads this at the office- I would really appreciate a call back regarding the money that you owe me. Update: June 2nd I’ve left another message with still no contact from the practice or the billing company.

Fantastic experience: Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give the establishment a chance. Contrary to my initial apprehension, I was pleasantly surprised by their service. I arrived 20 minutes early, and I was greeted within five minutes of checking in.

Positive experience: The office told me ever chance they could the payment was going to be 156.00 and today it was well over 200.00 . I asked how when they called yesterday to confirm and stated the payment was 156.00. I hate liars and misinformed information because suppose that is all I had

Fantastic experience: My five year old was kicked in the mouth by a swinging child at daycare. Her top two teeth had to be removed. Despite the trauma of the event and early loss of her teeth, she had nothing but a pleasant experience at the dentist. She had no pain, no fear, no anxiety, and was toothlessly smiling all day after leaving the dentist. Thanks to the staff for the quick appointment accommodations and the calm service provided to my daughter. She has no fear of going to the dentist because of the staff at Children and Teen Dental Lakeland.

Fantastic experience: Always helpful, always great with my child. Have never had any issues. They even do same day extractions which is great. Always professional.

Positive experience: Love this place they are fast and friendly been going here since my 20 year old was 4 now I’m bring my 13 year old since she was 3 only wish they’d upgrade the bathrooms with new toilets and garbage cans with lids.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loved her first dentist appointment and the staff who attended to her. The office was very clean, and even though there were many people ahead of us when we arrived, we were still seen quickly. We’ll definitely continue using Children and Teen Dental of Florida for all of our future appointments.

Negative experience: Didn’t like this place what so ever my daughter is Autistic and they seemed to not understand the needs she needed I kept trying to explain to them what needed to be done with her and they seemed to just blow me off I’m definitely not taking her back there keep in mind her appointment was for 1 she got her teeth cleaned, and an xray done they kept pushing my daughter to get it done I wasn’t happy, as a mom no one should have to see their child cry for them. Anyways we sat an waited almost an hour and never got seen by the dentist! Absolutely insane!

Negative experience: This establishment is the furthest thing from professional. The staff is short and dismissive without any thought or care for their patients They over book leaving the child without the proper care or attention that’s medically necessary My child sat for 2 hours unattended in the back of their office without any treatment Not until I asked for an update I was let known that he hadn’t even been seen yet

Fantastic experience: Our service was wonderful, my front desk representative was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. The dentists as well as the dental assistant was wonderful. They got right to work! No complaints! We will be back soon. Thank you all:)

Fantastic experience: Have kids in for longer periods of time before you get them and they have so many kids and get them confused you have to make sure you ask for your child. They don’t offer many services have to obtain referrals and they’re staff is not all well informed when you ask a question they sent you back to your seat not sure why this is done. There is some that go out of their way to get things going instead of asking so many questions and help you with no attitude but a smilethey even dropped my baby 16 months old when technician took her back she just left her on a chair by her self and she fell on her head.

Negative experience: Not Friendly front office and back rooms were crowded. Like very. Didn’t appreciate the waiting time either over 1:40 mins for a 3 yr old first patient. Will not be going back. Mind you I am not allowed to go back for procedures with my 3 YEAR OLD.

Negative experience: Everyone who attends you in the back is really nice, the atmosphere is really kid friendly but the phone reps need work. They are super rude and do not let you talk when asking questions. Talked to a supervisor who would not allow me to voice my concerns and that is so disrespectful.

Negative experience: The staff overall is friendly. The desk staff in the back are incredibly slow: They dental hygienist aren’t thorough, they do x-rays and cleaning in 10-15 minutes. The dentist are okay with it. I emailing because most of the children are on Medicaid. These children shouldn’t get mediocre care because of their parents income status. When my job had open enrollments im going to put my grandchild on my dental insurance:

Negative experience: Very unprofessional they don’t like to do treatment. They just like to send out patients bounces you back-and-forth for five months and then says they can’t do treatment and then send you to another facility. Out of three kids none of them have had work done. They just want you to come in to do cleaning and repeat X-rays so they can build your insurance fraud and very unprofessional. On top of that after waiting 5 months for the appointment they cancel the day before then says another 4 months and it’s not their fault it’s the doctor

Negative experience: There very Rude and Disrespectful wait time is unbelievable when asked about something 3 people tell different stories they lie and are never trying to help you at all if you ask they get more nasty and roll there eyes they have a few that act like normal people and the women in the back act better than everyone and ghetto and its very unprofessional!!!!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been taking my kids here for years. I made an appointment for both of them weeks prior for 3pm today I get a text the time changed to 1 pm I called right away and they said they can only do 230 , whatever that was red flag one . I had two other appointments that day and made sure to get to each one on time , I called them in advance because the appointment prior was taking longer than usual and the girl said we had a 15 minute grace period , I made sure we were going to get there by then and I indeed was signing in at 245 ! Front desk has a list for sign in which 4 patients before me that had yet to be called had times that were not correct so I was hassled by front desk about it after she made me sign all the paperwork and sit down I was hassled by some other lady about the time we checked in basically calling me a liar because everyone else put the wrong times even though I said I checked my phone to make sure I was signing in and not wasting anyone’s time she decided to take what was in the paper and not believe me and the provider declined seeing them . Will not be going back for sure

Fantastic experience: They had to fill three cavities on my granddaughter and we’re very professional and handled it perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone that has a need for children or pediatric dentistry.

Negative experience: Waiting for over an hour every time. They make you sign but won’t show you what you’re signing, very concerning. Just the sign pad and the computer screen is not visible and if you ask they get nasty and still won’t show you. Last visit for us.

Negative experience: A very busy & highly crowded establishment...and very kind staff...BUT highly suggest that before a payment is processed, the personnel should clearly communicate to the parent/guardian for clarity, what services/procedures the payment covers for their child. This is a huge one to us as parents, provided the handful of referrals that were not clearly communicated- among other procedured/services that are unnecessary. High hopes & prayers that authentic medical CARE & customer CARE would return to us ALL as a human race...and NOT about the buck...sincerely so, especially when it comes to our youngsters. We sincerely do not care about what you know- we sincerely WANT to KNOW that YOU CARE. Thank you for the opportunity to share.

Negative experience: Started going there 8-9 years ago and it has went down hill. The staff is very rude. Place is filthy and they book to many people for the time frame. 8am appointment and to not get out of there until after 11 routine visit 6 month cleaning is ridiculous, how they have the chairs in waiting room now you have to sit back to back with other people and heads touching. Restroom is always out of order for females use males is smells like urine. Filthy. Do not recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: I OPENED AN INVESTIGATION ON THIS PLACE. Yeah idk how this place has such good ratings. I told them my son has high functioning autism and it's key not to traumatize him in situations like this but they did JUST THAT. They told me they had to pull 3 of his baby tooth at just a routine cleaning....ok after the cleaning they tell me they can't get all the hard calcium deposits bc they don't have a hygienist so ...the cleaning was effectively pointless. I have to find another dentist that will do it. On top of that he came out in tears because he said the second tooth extraction was hurting and they wouldn't listen to him. So yeah. Never again. Waiting room was filled to the brim like at least 20 ppl. Sick. Coughing. Sneezing. Everything was very disorganized. Our first experience here and surely our last. Thanks for making that experience so awful and an easy decision to never come back

Negative experience: Idk where the respect or organization has gone but this place isn't like it was when I first started bringing my kids. Can't never get nobody on the phone NEVER! Then once you do go inside the ladies in the back act like attitude central. Specially the one in the corner as you first walk in when they call your kids. You would think they all would have better positive attitudes since they have to work with kids. To each their own I'm currently looking for a new facility.

Negative experience: Do not wast your time. Take your kids somewhere else. The last time we went, it was a four hour visit! My son went for an emergency. His spacers broke and they were digging in his gum and hurting him. They gave him an appointment quickly but the appointment was terrible. He waited two hours to even be called back. Once called back, I waited another hour and they brought him out. They did nothing for that hour except look at his teeth. The rest of the time he told me he was waiting in the back. Mind you we already waited 2 hours for him to be called in the back room. It’s now been three hours and nothing was done. When they brought him out they asked me to schedule an appointment to fix his spacers.. I waited three hours for them to tell me to reschedule. I said nope, he needs it fixed now! He is in pain! They took him back for another hour and took his tooth and spacer out. A four hour appointment is absolutely ridiculous. They also gave me issues with my insurance and had to verify it twice. After they told me the day before that they verified over the phone. They also had the movie wicked playing on the tv in the back room where the kids waited. That movie is completely inappropriate for small children that were waiting in the back where parents can not see. We will never come back. This place needs better management and customer service skills.

Negative experience: This was absolutely ridiculous. I signed papers for my son's grandmother to b able to take him to his appointment so there would b no issues. My daughter and my mother both texted me at work,where I can't answer my phone, and at the risk of being fire I had to sign another thing that this office texted me. If my kids were not treated well by the dentist I think I would have found someone else. Do better!

Fantastic experience: They did a wonderful job! My little one was excited to let them do x- rays and the cleaning. They where very patient and kind too.

Positive experience: The visit was good compared to long wait times in the past, the only thing I didn't like was waiting 22 min to get scheduled for the next visit & get school excuses after getting called back to get my children . That's ridiculous. Why not just have the school excuse attached to paperwork when they call us back when they tell us what if anything was a concern/problem with the children's teeth. We can call to schedule the next visit. That is much faster than having to wait to get released.

Fantastic experience: I have been here three times so far and they are very organized and friendly. The waiting area has been painted and looks so much better and kid friendly. My only issue was the waiting area, there were so many people booked that we had to sign in and wait in our car until called,go back in and review the account then went back to the car to wait to be called..overall a good dentist

Negative experience: I scheduled my appointment for Friday February the 28th and for some reason I was getting the confirmation for the appointment on a Thursday February 27 for my 3 kids and also for February 28 for my 3 kids again and they called me to confirm the appointment and I was telling them the appointment was on February 28 and I asked them if the can see the account to see what I was trying to explain and the lady just assumed that I needed an appointment for February Friday the 28 and she was trying to schedule me for 2 o'clock and I tell her I have an appointment already for that day at 8 o'clock anyways the lady assumed that I didn't speak English and started to talk to me in Spanish, I do understand English perfectly fine I was trying to understand why they have appointments scheduled for two days back to back for the same 3 kids, stop assuming people doesn't understand English just because y'all schedule page cloned the appointments or whatever was the issue, don't know her name, if she doesn't like her job she can find a better one, I speak and understand English very well stop assuming people doesn't speak a language because of they accent or because y'all doesn't look at the peoples account before scheduling an appointment. I have the evidence of the message for each one of my kids for both days back to back to confirm each appointment. Service was ok other than that lady assuming people preference language.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! I brought my daughter in for a limited exam because she’s having pain on two teeth the Assistant took x-rays, and the doctor said that my daughter just needed to stainless steel crowns. She was in extreme pain crying. They gave her no medication so I took her to another doctor for a second opinion both of her teeth are abscessed. she is now at Dr Bopp and Tatever getting both teeth, extracted under nitrous! I had to call multiple times to the point to where I needed to go up there to get my x-rays of my daughter sent to her new dentist even when I went for the second time because they only sent one x-ray they still didn’t send the full set of x-rays that they took. They literally sent two of the same x-ray. Stay far away from this office- HORRIBLE ALL AROUND SERVICE! Dr Stevy Ragu was her Doctor- do not trust anything he says

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old autistic/adhd child let's them clean his teeth and fill cavities. That's how comfortable and confident I am bringing him here. I trust them with all of my children and they are very patient especially with my autistic child. He just wears his noise canceling headphones and off he goes. No fits. No fears. No problems. And he's always excited to return. I can't say enough about this place. Appointments for cleanings are quick...in and out in about 45 minutes. Filling cavities is a little longer of course but they let you sit in your car and call you when they're done. Office staff is incredibly organized and efficient. They never let me forget to get a school note which I tend to forget sometimes. I take all of my children here and have for almost 25 years. Never had a bad thing to say:)

Negative experience: I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my son's recent visit to your facility. It seems there was a misunderstanding with the treatment chart, which indicated that he was done with everything, including his cleaning. However, he did not receive the cleaning as mentioned by the nurse during their review of services. Additionally, I would like to address the demeanor of the receptionist. Unfortunately, her lack of professionalism and unfriendly attitude made the experience even more frustrating. I believe it is essential for both staff and patients to have positive interactions, and I hope you can look into these matters to improve the experience for future patients. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the whole visit. We waited about 5 mins after we checked in. My little girl is 3 and she was scared, they worked through her fears and were able to do everything they needed to do without any issues. This was her first visit to the dentist and I will taking her back!

Negative experience: For one you can not as a dentist keep jumping from kid to kid doing one tooth at a time on 4 at the same time, my one child has a messed up jaw structure not only a over bite which could be fixed but now her jaw line doesn’t match up, this place was a really awesome place at one time but the dentist that did my 4 children’s teeth today is really not a good experience for them at all.

Negative experience: Very upset at the system went today to take my kids for their cleaning for the first time in many years it went by so fast but the checking out process was horrible all kids came out waited in the waiting area over 20 mins got up and asked how much longer to check out my kids and make appt so we could leave told me they were working on it.. waited another 10 mins and I left after I got down the street they wanted to call me but I declined the call because I was very upset. Let's do better they have 3 people at check in and 1 at check out make it make sense

Fantastic experience: Today was a great experience. My son was extremely nervous but the tall male assistant made him feel ok and he was able to get some stuff done today and we go back in 2 weeks to finish. If it wasn’t for that man my son wouldn’t have gotten his stuff done and we would have been referred out.

Negative experience: Take to long. Employees are rude when you ask them how much longer before dr comes out. When you call they put you on hold for a long time and dont come back to answer

Negative experience: The appointment itself went fine. The hour wait to schedule their next appointment only to be told to call, because they didn't have the chart and I needed to get to another appointment, is where my frustration comes from. Won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: They are undoubtedly the best in the Lakeland area, excellent service from the staff, without a doubt the best

Positive experience: I hate how they rearranged the seating need to install clear bump guard so the chairs don’t touch the wall and you can still see the paintings and why don’t they install intercom instead of staff having to yell

Positive experience: I love this place they are great with my child. Sometimes they are over crowded and the front desk girls could be more pleasant n smile but at the end of the day I'm happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: Staff was patient and great with my four year old daughter! They even changed the tv to one of her favorite shows while we waited inside the waiting room.

Negative experience: I took my daughter here to get a cleaning and have a cavity filled. That was over 6 months ago and she STILL has major tooth pain and can't chew on that side now. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE

Negative experience: First time going to the Lakeland location, I noticed that the staff members didn’t disinfect after each client or anyone, but because my child needed treatment, I made another appointment. Let’s just say by the time we left the second time, my 16-year-old was in tears. That was the worst experience she has ever had at a dentist's office, as she expressed to me. While getting treatment, she was in pain. None of the staff members checked on her to make sure she was okay but yet continued working on her. The pain was extremely uncomfortable. By the third appointment, I requested to be in the room while my child got work done, and it seemed to be a problem. They mentioned someone would have to get back to me regarding being in the room. By the time someone got to me, I had already switched to a different provider. I’m very disappointed in the doctors and staff members.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for my son today. The lady told me that my son had a few cavities and that one of his tooth was loose. I told them they can go ahead and do everything now. Since my permission was given, I told them that they can pull the one tooth. After they came back with my son and I asked him to see them, he had two missing tooth. They pulled two of my baby teeth when I was told it would be one! Then she tried to tell me I heard her incorrectly.

Fantastic experience: What a dentist in Tampa could not do in five years children and teen Dental did in two weeks I am so super grateful. Everyone recommended them!

Negative experience: This place is stupid!!! I get it’s a medicaid dentist so they triple book but to change the chairs where they are back to back with people and tell someone you can’t stand up when they don’t have enough chairs for the kids much less the parents is  ridiculous!!!! I get they just recently painted the walls even though we were not told that’s why we can’t stand up but when you embarrass me and my kids and have us sit in one chair together (A 14 year old and 8 year old) and by speaking to us the way you did, but yet you see several people that came in after us standing against the walls and sitting against the walls and say nothing to them . Great staff there!!! We have to park at Walmart but told if u can’t find a spot to sit u have to go sit in your car cause you’re not allowed to stand!!!!!!! Come on this is why this place has so many bad reviews, also why u can’t even put a review up now on Facebook, man I miss Dr. Bopp - Pediatric Dentistry

Negative experience: They are the best, friendly, and always helpful, clean, and efficient! Wow!! Update: I had a very bad experience in the service they said my daughter needed. Their follow-up on the crown was horrible. Otherwise, I was satisfied. I will not go on, but back here.

Fantastic experience: They were great! They had a spacious lobby full of people and they got us in at our appt time and we were out maybe an hour later. Super happy we switched

The reason why this dental office is crowded and the wait time sometimes is long because they have a lot of patients to deal with if they were so unprofessional and not doing a good job Why do they have a full office that shows right there that they do a good job? If not, why people that complain keep returning just my thoughts no disrespect to anyone, being humble and patient is a big part of life. Negative experience: My 13 year old son’s appointment was at 10am. They took him back at 10:10am. An hour later he texted me at 11:15am saying he still wasn’t seen and was just sitting in some room waiting all this time. I asked to speak to a person in charge. She checked to see where my son was and then had the dentist come speak to me. The dentist just said they were busy and over booked. By the time my son Was finished with his appt we were there 4 hours. Not to mention I have a 2 year old who we had to find ways to keep busy for 4 hours. Please for the love of god please get it together. My son shouldn’t be sitting for over an hour not getting seen! I would also like to mention the lack of respect the ladies behind the desk have. Especially the one during check out in the back I believe they said her name was Brittany. She shouldn’t have a job there. Very nasty attitude and doesn’t seem to care for her job of working with people.

Fantastic experience: They did a wonderful job, even with the headache with the insurance they were still super affordable. I have already recommended a few people to them. One of the techs I didn’t care for too much but my son said he had a good experience so that’s all that matters.

Negative experience: The waiting time for Aidyn (10) was too long inside your office. He had only a treatment of 10 minutes but had to wait inside your office more than an hour. He is a special need child, and it is unacceptable he had to wait so long on himself. 2 Year ago, I had the same problem, but I left there the waiting time was 4 hours. Absolutely unacceptable. I am not happy with this policy you do to these precious children, they suffer from this, and it has to stop.

Negative experience: I took my kids there for their regular 6 month checkup on 10-28-24 @8am and the amount of time we had to wait was ridiculous! The staff is horrible nasty attitudes and very slow they lack empathy and a lot of customer service. When you ask a question it’s returned in a nasty manner and there is no urgency with this establishment for it to be centered around Children and Teens. When your kids get to the back they are not allowed phones which I personally don’t understand and the parents can’t even go in the back with them. I don’t like that when they are done they still have to sit and wait for others to be done to be walked out in the front! We didn’t come with the other patients so why wait for them. Personally we are not going back to Children and Teens in Lakeland the office staff is just horrible and the Doctors there too! Do better and reevaluate the staff you have in there!

Fantastic experience: They are excellent to work with and they are very nice to my autistic son! Definitely recommend and will keep them as his dental place

Negative experience: The wait time is ridiculous and on top of that their customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional and disrespectful towards the parents.

Fantastic experience: Long waiting time, can get crowded in the waiting areas. The staff is friendly, they’re all patient with the kids, which I truly appreciate. I take my 3 kids there, so far everything has been great.

Positive experience: Everyone is really nice & patient with the children but they take to long my appointment was at 8am & we didn't finish till 9:30am.

Negative experience: Did not like the fact parents were not allowed to go back with their children not that I necessarily would want to every time but it was our first time there and I would like to look at where my children are being taken care of and by who and to meet the doctor they were very very busy and there seem to be quite a few unhappy people with the wait times kind of made you feel like a cattle call I don't think we'll be back I am currently looking for dentist that does allow parents to come back with their children if necessary My granddaughter is on the autism spectrum and my grandson is very attached to his sister and I just was not real comfortable letting them go alone in the back. I think that really needs to be addressed.

Negative experience: The absolute WORSE dental office in Lakeland!!! RUN RUN RUN !!! The employees are disrespectful. I understand you only making $12/hr but that’s not the parents fault. They will have you waiting for hoursssss then cancel your appt if you’re 15 mins late. The environment is filthy. Bathrooms are filthy it’s giving projects

Fantastic experience: First time coming to this place. They are very prompt on their schedules. It was busy that day but they move the patients around very swiftly. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The dentist who my son seen was Dr. Raju he was very nice, answered all my questions and my son was comfortable with him. They also referred us to specialist in our area so that he can get the other stuff done promptly. Which was a blessing. I'm glad I didn't have to drive to Tampa. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you so much to the staff and Dr Raju. The Indarjit family.

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure going to the dentist. My daughter loves it. It can get busy but I wouldn’t change her dentist office for any other office.

Negative experience: A very stressful experience during a dental emergency. The insurance verification process was long waiting hours with a toddler. I rescheduled for the next morning. She needs antibiotics for an infection. I was not notified that the prescriptions would not be entered until closing or signed by the doctor. 3 times I went to the pharmacy. Finally I go back and ask for the prescription and I was denied with no reason why? Meanwhile everyone is preparing for a huge storm. I literally am fighting the clock with an infection and a toddler. 2 stars because the staff tried to help but the way thinks are set up costs stress, money and time. Please make policies that help parents.

Positive experience: Very busy but pleasant people. My problem is when you have an appt at 2, you sit for over hr before being called back. With the travel time it was over 7 hrs for "treatment". Everything added up and I find that unacceptable. It's the insurance faults more than the provider imo.
