Fantastic experience: After 20yrs of seeing the same dentist he referred me to Maupin and Brown upon announcing his retirement. I was nervous indeed but my first visit put me at ease and that was 4 years ago! Love the staff and the ease of checking in and out. Never have to wait as they are prompt and thorough. I’m a BIG FAT BABY when it comes to going to the dentist, but they respect my fear and do their very best to put it to rest. From cleanings to fillings and an extraction I simply couldn’t be happier!

Positive experience: Maupin and Brown is our favorite dentist and hygienist. I would give them 5 stars. Please note-The front office manager was consistently rude to all in waiting room and non-empathetic to those who were checking out. My husband and I over the past 18 months have scheduled our cleanings together. Quite often one of us is finished first. In the past, we have always waited until we were both finished to pay using our HSA card. This time my husband was finished first and was told by the ladies at the front he needed to pay now! He asked if he could please wait for me his wife as I had the HSA card. They refused to allow him to wait so we could pay our family bill together and also denied him or other staff to come back and get the HSA card from me. Upon completion, and interacting with the office staff, I asked where my husband was as we wanted to pay together. They told me they didn’t know where he was, I asked if I could open the door and look into the waiting room. They didn’t say, “No”, but by the look on their faces and demeanor was evident they didn’t want me to open that door. Suddenly, my husband could hear me and came through the door to greet me and tell me he had to pay a different way and would talk to me out in the car. The front office feeling was tense, not warm and congenial as it has been in the past. We adore our hygienists and Dentist, thank you! We will give the office another try, and if we are treated disrespectful again, we will be looking to take our business elsewhere. First impressions and feelings upon entering and leaving a place of business are vital. Please, remember, you wouldn’t have a job without those you service.

Fantastic experience: I used to dread even thinking of going to the dentist, but I have changed my mind now. The Dentistry there is so friendly and make you feel like you are their priority when they are with you. I have teeth cleaning twice a year and my hygienist, Julie, is so gentle, knowledgeable, and her personality is fantastic. I have seen all three Dentist at one time or another although Dr. Brown is my primary. I have had extractions, crowns, bridges and never experienced discomfort. This is the best place ever. Give them a chance and you too will be blessed with a great experience. Added 8/29/2024: Dr. Brown and staff never disappoints, had to go for major work again and it was painless and professional. Love all the Doctors and staff there. Went for cleaning and Angie was great and Dr Price replaced a crown that had fallen out and I had saved, everything went smoothly with no problems or pain. You can always expect the best from this place. .

Fantastic experience: My son suffered from great pain in his jaw and throat. I took him to his regular dentist, as well as to UNM hospital. Neither found anything wrong or able to explain why he was in so much pain. Not giving up, I took him to Dr. David Brown and they were able to detect that my son had a void/cyst in his mouth as well as a wisdom tooth coming through that was causing him so much pain. Although they were not able to conduct the surgery in their office, they did direct us in the right direction to get him the services that he much greatly needed. Thank you so much M&B.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Craig Paul is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I have never trusted a dentist fully before but Dr.Paul has my complete trust in his work and has great bedside manners along with his assistant. Even though they are out of network for my insurance I will continue to go to him until the unfortunate day he retires because Dr.Paul is that great.

Positive experience: Best dental cleaning care and dental work that I have received in Roswell, NM. Far superior to any other dental office that I have been to. Dr. Paul and Dr Hannah have always tried to make the best decisions factoring in costs of the work to me, the patient, as well, which I truly appreciate. Only negative is that they are so booked up for cleanings. I need a cleaning every 4 months instead of 6 months because of an oral medical condition. Unfortunately, because they are so booked, staff have seemed less motivated to do the paperwork request to my insurance for that. Otherwise, extremely highly recommend!!
