Fantastic experience: I have seen Lilly and Dr. Itani for the last year and LOVE them! Dr. Itani honestly cares about her patients and that has helped me so much with this process.

Negative experience: I started treatment at NVO Orthodontics when I was just 10 or 11 years old. I’m 16 now... and I still have braces. Nearly six years later, and I was never given a clear plan or timeline for when they’d be removed. Every appointment felt like the same vague answer: “Soon” or “Just a bit longer.” Spoiler alert: it was never soon. This dragged-out process not only messed with my confidence, but it’s also affected my health. I now weigh less than I did when I started going to NVO. Braces made it harder to eat, and no one there seemed to take that seriously. If you’re looking for a team that’s transparent, organized, and respectful of your time and well-being... this ain’t it.

From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome and cared for. The level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness is unmatched. Every appointment is efficient, thorough, and tailored to your needs—they truly go above and beyond. The results speak for themselves, but it’s the people who make the experience exceptional. I wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else! Vishal is also great! The kids always look forward to Starbucks in the office!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is a new patient getting Icon done. Lisa took SOOOO much time educating us on the process and helping us figure everything out. The doctors and entire team taking care of the procedure went out of their way to take care of us in completely unexpected ways. We are so grateful to be here!

Negative experience: I spent $8000 on Invisalign with free retainers for life. During my treatment they misplaced an entire box set of aligners and handed me the next set (skipping a full treatment). Nobody was concerned that my teeth could be damaged. I had bad pain and headaches from skipping the set and nobody cared. The place was run by teenagers. At the end the dentist just said oh you finished early, what great news. I go back for new retainers today (few years later) and sorry we won't give them to you because you need another treatment. We are concerned that your tooth has moved too much? If I wear the current retainer it moves back by the end of the day. She is not even a dentist. So first you don't care about them moving too much by misplacing a full treatment box and now you care because you are trying to rake me for more money? You guys should be ashamed. I am definitely not bringing my daughter here. 1:25pm Wednesday appointment and I was the only one in the office. The place was a ghost town and the front desk is not staffed anymore. They used to have 4 receptionists and now they have zero. Say hello to a tablet, sign in and sit down. It really makes you feel welcome. Maybe they spent all the money on coffee which ironically stains your teeth.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this office. Despite paying nearly $3,000 upfront for Invisalign treatment, they later attempted to have me sign additional documents that could result in thousands of dollars in extra charges-details that were not disclosed at the time of the initial agreement. They pressure patients into signing these additional documents just before the appointment begins. The staff calls you in for treatment while the front desk hurriedly pushes you to sign without giving you enough time to review. It feels like a deliberate tactic designed to coerce patients into signing. The lack of transparency was deeply concerning. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic respect for patients. The doctors and the office setup do not inspire trust. Additionally, there appears to be a conflict of interest, as the husband, a dentist at Little Smiles Dentistry, refers patients to his wife at this location. The entire operation feels more like a family-run scheme than a professional practice.

There's ample free parking, which is a plus. I'm extremely pleased with my dental results. You should definitely give them a try! Plus, they have Starbucks available.
