Fantastic experience: My spouse and I moved to Colorado Springs from Denver and had to find a new dentist. We had our first visit with All Smiles Dental Group. Tara, our hygienist, was super kind and gentle with us for our cleanings. She was so fun to talk to that made the cleaning process much more enjoyable. Then Kelly Clarkson, our dentist, was just as friendly and kind and helped us understand where we stood with our dental health. Right off the bat, I knew that Kelly and team would be there to give us straight answers from their expert perspective to help us to make informed decisions. Lastly, the patient care team and business office was very clear on what our insurance would cover and even adjusted our bill afterwards when the insurance process hit a snag. We strongly recommend if you need a new dentist or are not happy with your current dentist to check out All Smiles Dental Group. Where else can your dentist have a name like "Kelly Clarkson!" Fantastic experience: Best experience ever. Everyone from the front desk was friendly and kind. Smooth check in. Zero wait time. And then Courtney my dental hygiene is the best. I have never had dental work done in such a gentle and respectful manner. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I even mentioned to her how great of a hygienist she is! This was my first time in the office, after several awful experiences at other dental offices here in Colorado Springs.

Negative experience: This review is LONG overdue. Started going here 15+ years ago and they were great! Throughout the years they have continually declined. It started with seeing a new hygienist every time I came in. My husband had issues, had to go back over and over while they insisted everything was fine. Final straw was when they sent a notice that they made look like advertisement (they sent quite a bit of advertisement) that was actually a notice that I had overpaid and if I didn't notify them within 30 days I wanted it refunded they were going to start charging monthly until that credit was gone. They tried to keep almost $500!! Who doesn't want their money back if they overpaid for a service?! I got my money back and found a new dentist.

Positive experience: The dental/ortho staff have been amazing, I've had a less than pleasurable experience with admin staff (not all) on multiple occasions by phone, where they act irritated for asking questions, been cut off while asking questions, speak very matter of fact/talk down in a way as if one should know, and an overall short and brush you off approach. The dental/ortho professionals make up for it, but if not for them, I'd look elsewhere because after many times of this treatment, it becomes a completely frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: On April 15th I had a scheduled follow up for a dental procedure completed one week earlier. After a hiccup during check in due to an appt admin error, Dental assistant Deja soon called me back for a follow up x-ray and exam by Dr. Clarkson. Treatment plan for a sensitive gum area was addressed with both dental professionals working together as a team to address my concerns in resolving my dental issue. Thanks to both of them, I’m satisfied with the care I received at All Smiles Dental Group!

Fantastic experience: I just started going to All Smiles Dental Group. I was really impressed with how kind and friendly the staff were. They fit me in as an emergency and I was so grateful. Not only do they do great dental work but they go beyond. They have sunglasses so the bright dental light does not hurt your eyes. They handed me a stress ball when I told them that I am a dental phobic. They don't upsell you! I highly recommend this dental practice.

Positive experience: My 8am appointment had been scheduled for 6 months. Jade informed me it would just be a cleaning visit with her as my dentist does not arrive until 9am and we would be finished by then. Although Jade was very friendly, the appointment seemed very rushed and it was annoying that I didn't get the complete examination that I normally receive. It would have been helpful to know this information ahead of time as I probably would have rescheduled it.

My hygienist , Krista, was very thorough, told me what she was doing along the way and gave me great advice on how to properly maintain a healthy smile. Positive experience: Been a customer for 10+ years. Have seen 3 Dentist during my time and all have been A+. All Hygenist have been helpful and professional. My only ding is the billing system. There have been times when charges have been accumulated and there is an unexpected charge which I assume is due to insurance issues.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. They rescheduled my teeth cleaning appointment 3 or 4 times now. Keep saying that hygienist call off then cannot get you in for over a month. 3 or 4 months of waiting just for a teeth cleaning. Now I cannot use my second teeth cleaning under my insurance. Go somewhere else. Dr. Clarkson was a great but obviously there are some issues with other staff.

Fantastic experience: I’m amazed by how Much the staff care about Their clients. I Fell and injured a tooth, All I could think of is just go to the dentist. I walked in & they helped me. I broke a tooth in half & i was in severe pain, it was hitting the nerve. The staff immediately got me in and helped me. What a Wonderful blessing. The Dentist and staff are also very kind. I recommend them to everyone.

Positive experience: I had a good visit today, but when I got home I started to have tooth pain on my bottom left tooth. The pain was between 6-8. I will be calling to see if I can be seen again.

Negative experience: My partner had an appointment booked MONTHS out. He was called to confirm it, missed the call, but called the same number back and confirmed with a male staff member. I was seen back in August and when I was checking out, I also interacted with a male staff member working at the front. When my partner went in for his appointment today, he was told there is no male that works there and the appointment wasn’t confirmed so it was given away. Mind you he DID confirm and there IS a man who works there. Weird to lie to someone’s face and take no responsibility or say sorry for this error. It was all put on my partner that they failed to communicate within their own office.

Negative experience: Worse practice ever! They failed me terribly and was negligent in my care. I had a filling replaced and I immediately had pain and bleeding. I want back a month later and all they did was take an x ray and say I was fine. They told me to see my primary care physician. They did not bother to check if the filling was too high or to grind the tooth down. I suffered for 6 months with pain and bleeding. They did not want to accept responsibility. Dr. Clarksen failed me as a patient and I will never go back to All Smiles Dental.

All Smiles was able to schedule me right away and I walked away with a confident and comprehensible treatment plan that was less than $200.00. Even completed half the work I needed right then and there. Very professional and friendly dentistry.
