From teeth cleanings to crown placement to wisdom teeth removal, I have always had nice and friendly front desk staff and hygienists. Dr. Garcia is gentle, pleasant and efficient. Fantastic experience: Dr. Flanders and Ms. Kim the hygienist were amazing, kind and patient. With a teen who suffers from a severe gag reflex, Ms. Kim was so gentle and helped him cope with it so he could get X-rays and feel comfortable. They deserve 1,000 stars. The front desk ladies were also awesome and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience

Negative experience: So bad, 3 months ago I went to Prince Creek Dental Clinic to get a new crown on top because the old one broke, then I went on a trip for 10 days, my gums were swollen and bleeding, I couldn't eat or drink anything during those days because my gums were pinched by the crown, after I came back I called them and went back to the dental clinic, they fixed it for me, but after 1 month my gums were swollen and bleeding and pus again, I had to go to another dental clinic to get it treated, even though it cost more money, I will not recommend and will never come back here again. Paid in full, but they still sent the bill asking for more money

Negative experience: The services is terrible, I went to the clinic to get my upper teeth done, they can be taken out and put in, a month later every time I eat, the teeth rub against my gums, they swell up, pus up and bleed. I went back to the office to get them fixed, but they are still swollen as hell, I will not be going back and will not recommend to my friends.

Fantastic experience: I love my dental hygienist Tiffany. She truly is a wonderful girl. Going to the dentist is not my favourite thing to do so she always knows how to keep me at ease

Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd visit to Dr. Flanders in 18 months and I highly recommend his practice. Dental Assistant Kim did my cleaning and she is excellent. Dr. Flanders' chair-side manner always makes you feel special. He reviewed my x-rays & entire mouth and pronounced me "good to go." I've never had a dentist that I was more happy to visit twice a year.

Negative experience: The doctor and dental hygienist are great ,however the office staff and scheduling team are extremely unorganized and overly use reminders and are pushy to change appointments -not a great experience with insurance last year filed same claim twice and caused confusion at insurance company. Schedulers called two days in a row to move appointment up because doctors wanted to leave early .i had an appointment at 11:20 ask to Move to 10, I explained I had another appointment at 9:45 so not possible-then ask if I could come at 11 -again said I would try but couldn't promise I would be there by 11, she said I had a 10 minute window. I arrived at 11:12- but was called again at 11-10 and asked to reschedule my appointment I explained I had just pulled in to the parking lot I asked them not to call Me again to move up my appointments my time is as valuable as theirs and this was extremely rude.

Fantastic experience: I walked in on a Monday after having pain all weekend and they were able to see me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes after xrays, a referral, and antibiotics. I can’t thank them enough!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Garcia diagnosed me very quickly. I had a huge chunk of one of my wisdom teeth pop out the previous week while I was on a cruise. She smoothed out the jagged edge that was cutting the inside of my mouth then referred me to 2 different local oral surgeons to get the tooth pulled because there wasn't much left of it.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Flanders because I fractured a tooth on Thursday the week before and it was causing discomfort and pain. The office was very understanding and got me in quickly. Today Brittany, the dental assistant was very professional and so knowledgeable that I was astonished and pleased, so comforting for my first visit. Dr. Flanders came in after Brittany did her care and he was caring, took time to learn my dental history and very personable. He made me feel that I was truly at the right place. Of course i thought the worst going in, extract the tooth to relieve the pain. Dr. Flanders solution was what I truly wanted and it was to save the tooth. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Flanders and Brittany. I have already recommended the practice to two people and I will continue to praise Dr. Flanders to others.
