Fantastic experience: Never really had a good experience at a dentist office before. Smile Magic is a good name for this place. All the staff were kind and caring and very professional. I actually enjoyed my time there! The decor is especially kid friendly but it relaxes adults, too. The kids had a great time, raising them to look forward to visiting a dentist is an amazing blessing.

Fantastic experience: My compliments to the team at Smile Magic. I was a brand new patient and the team was warm and welcoming. Big shout out to the team in the back. Sean was an outstanding representative that took my x rays and helped explain the procedure I was going to get. It felt good to have someone so kind and helpful. Dr. Kashef and Cynthia did an awesome job on my filling. I was in and out and have no complaints. I appreciate everyone working with me. Overall it was pleasant experience.

Negative experience: They do not know how to treat adults fully! I had pain in my teeth and had an abscess and I was fully in so much pain! I almost cried to these people and beg them to take out the tooth in the back. They kept denying it and didn’t even know which tooth was hurting and then they told me they didn’t want to pull it??!! What type of mess is that?!? They even made it worse and made me swell up in the face, since they kept testing which tooth was hurting by knocking my teeth and doing other tests! I decided to move forward and finally got a dentist that knew which tooth it was, and I was right. It was the one in the back and I TRIED to tell SMILE MAGIC that but they didn’t believe me. I am very disappointed in these people and they did my filling wrong and now my new dentist have to redo it as well. These people tried to even recommend me to so many other dentists since they don’t have the right updated equipment to see what was wrong with my teeth!!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience, everyone was so kind. Dr. Estrada and Valeria helped me get my confidence back with my teeth and were super friendly throughout the whole cleaning process. Esme was also very kind with my cleaning before the doctor did the deep clean. Overall had such a great experience, will definitely recommend to others!

Fantastic experience: Went in not knowing what to expect so I was very nervous. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lady at the front desk. She proceeded to explain to me the paperwork I needed to sign. I waited no more than 5 minutes for them to call me in. The gentleman asked me few questions and took xrays of my tooth. Walked me over to the room and said they'd be in momentarily. Dr Kashef came in and took a look at my tooth. Explained to me what he could do to fix it. Went into detail which I liked. Lydia talked to me about the cost and that I could schedule an appointment when I was ready. Made my appointment and going back. Thank you so much for making me feel at ease.

I've always been able to book an appointment fairly quickly, and have been greeted with warm smiles (no pun intended) and friendliness from the entire staff. In my most recent visit, I had to get a crown re-cemented. I was able to book an appointment relatively quickly, and seen right away upon arrival. My dentist, Dr. Ng, was very helpful and friendly, as well as her assistant. I'm very gracious for Smile Magic and everything the dental office has done for me! MULTIPLE THUMBS UP! :)

From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Estrada is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She explained every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. The crown fit perfectly and looks completely natural…I'm genuinely amazed by the quality of her work. The fillings were done with such precision that I barely felt a thing, and I was impressed with how quickly everything was completed without compromising on care. Fantastic experience: Every visit we have is great!! Judith was very friendly as we checked in. Cynthia in X-ray was patient especially with our younger grandson . She kept him calm throughout the X-ray process. Victoria did their cleanings and she is great with kids. Dr. Estrada and Esmeralda went above and beyond during their exam. At the end of the visit - Lydia and Carla celebrated our grandsons for being brave!! We Love this place!!

Positive experience: It’s a great place and I have been bringing my kids here ever since they were little but…My youngest one is 5yrs and has adhd. He has anxiety and just needs a little more patience. I don’t think the staff are properly prepared for special needs kids.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist office that I’ve taken my son to. We’ve lived in many states and the people here helped my son feel at ease. Ana, Judith, and Carla were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They talked my son through everything. Dr. Estrada was gentle and and made my son laugh. She showed my son how to brush his teeth properly, cause sometimes my kid has to hear it from someone else lol Their play area and theatre are a huge plus, cause it helps get my kiddo excited for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: Came here myself as a kid and I remember always loving it so I decided to bring my own little one and he loves it just as much. He recently got two crowns put in and the staff was amazing through it all, very sweet and attentive to my little boy and very reassuring to me as a parent, giving me every detail about the procedure and ect. Negative experience: The numbing shot took a very long time to wear off.. It gave me headache, upset stomach and nausea hours after i left. Made my heart beat fast. Ive had other kinds of shots at dentists before, and didnt feel horrible side effects . But i liked the dentist at smile magic.. . He was thorough, and cared about how i felt. The prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, check-in for the first time was simple. Dentist was gentle and caring with my 9 mo. baby girl. Afterwards, my baby was given a crown and the whole staff clapped for her, really made her feel like a princess! Fast forward to today, my little girl is now 2.5 years old. She did great with Dr. Kashef. He made and effort to make my daughter feel comfortable and he spoke very respectful and kindly to his staff. Karla explained what my insurance covered and explained the billing very transparent and eager to help! They also took me in for a routine check up, and filling.

The dental hygienist and dentist were equally amazing. They were both incredibly friendly and patient with my boys, who can sometimes feel nervous about appointments. They took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy for the boys to understand, which helped calm any anxiety they had. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, ensuring that the boys felt comfortable throughout their cleaning. The dentist was kind and engaging, taking the time to chat with them in a way that made the entire experience enjoyable instead of stressful. I truly appreciated the extra effort everyone at the office made to ensure my boys felt at ease. It’s not always easy taking twins to the dentist, but this team made it so much easier, and the boys actually enjoyed their visit! I’m grateful for the positive, friendly atmosphere and highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a wonderful dental care experience for their children. Negative experience: The doctor made a dental bracket for our child, but after 2 weeks, the dental bracket fell out. We were really scared. If my child swallowed it, what would happen.....and when the doctor fix it for my child, any child is afraid to see the doctor, and they suggested tying our child's hand and we didn't want to see that. We offered to refund part of the money, but they said because we dont want to do it and the doctor wanted to do it, they wouldn't refund it. Because the tooth frame the doctor made was not sturdy, it fell off, which is very dangerous for my child. we are not satisfied because of the bad workmanship and just want to get the money... so disappointed

Negative experience: This place just want to take your money. I took my boy there to get 1 tooth remove and install a spacer for him and i have to paid almost $700.. then 2 weeks later, the spacer just fall out while he is eating. When I check the spacer is turned green.. the spacer look like get oxidy after 2 weeks in my boy mouth..imagine what will happend when it stay in your kid mouth for couple year.. when i took my son to the office.. they want to put the spacer back for him.. then i deny the service becuase they want me to sign the paper so they could tie my boy down so they could finish they job. I ask for the refund.. they said No becuase i am the want to diny the service.. not them...
