Negative experience: Waited 4 hrs for 2 fillings ( they only did one ) & wisdom tooth extraction. Also 3 pharmacys denied my medication because they couldn’t prove the docter worked there , had to wait till Monday for meds . Was told I paid for everything & they scheduled me the next Saturday (today) for the last filling . Now being told it was never charged and the remaining 78 is just there , just paid the 75 to cancel my appointment will not be coming back . Be careful with this place .

Negative experience: So i went there to get estimate for implants. Well they gave a price which i told them could not afford, then manager in charge of prices told me you can i apply for this credit company. Of course I qualified "I believe everyone qualifies" told her let me check with my finances see if i can do payments. At this point they said we can make a flipper for now which they said was no more than 1,000. When i went to pick up flipper told them to cancel because was not going to able to afford them. And now credit companies wants to charge me 15,000 because the providers denied my cancelation. Oh which by the way flipper was missing a tooth. But didn't go back to avoid anymore charges. Especially to deal with the manager (which by the way got my blood pressure out of wack) P.S. Don't know how they were going to put implants don't have a bone to support implants hmmm?

Negative experience: Went to get a bridge they got a credit check put my wife a flipper that was missing a tooth. Then charged my credit card $15,000. We are retired and on fixed income can not afford these prices as we told office person she didn't care. Now trying to pay debt

I’m really happy with the level of care that I have received, and it helps that their staff is super nice. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Updated review: Good service and hours but business practices are questionable. Was asked to verify my email by clicking on a link from Sunbit. They did not disclose it’s actually a soft credit inquiry for Tab Bank. Deceptive practice as they are not disclosing up front what the link actually is. When I spoke to Genisis about it, days later after waiting for a return call, she stated it’s part of their registration process and credit isn’t pulled. Offered to show her the two decline notices I received and she then said it was just a soft credit pull. As a victim of identity theft, my credit is locked. I’ve been in banking/finance over 20 years and this is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I’ll continue to use this dentist since the service is good but I’ll be wary about front office procedures going forward.

Negative experience: They owe me $613 and have filed THREE of my teeth crooked. Save your time and money. They will say you need about 5k in work done. And will say you need more work every year after that. DO NOT waste your money at any dentist office under the company “Let’s go dental, LLC” 2 years ago the “manager” Genesis withheld $50 from me. I was going to be charged $200 to recement a crown (I had gotten done there) that had fallen out. I was waiting for over an hour so I asked for my money back and Genesis only gave me back $150. I asked her why, she said $50 for consultation. There was NO consultation. Fast forward 2 years I got stuck at this office because I started Invisalign through them. I got my final retainers in January but they continue to space out my teeth. I am in the third pair of retainers and they still are spacing out my teeth. All this week I have been trying to get a refund. Tuesday I went in asked for the manager and she took off to lunch knowing I was going to be there waiting for her. Didn’t hear from her yesterday , I called this morning to follow up she answered the phone pretending she wasn’t the manager. I have yet to hear anything. I will be reporting this LLC to the BBB. I would hope the company resolves this issue so no further steps need to be Taken Update 2 weeks later: “manager” genesis refuses to call me back Reached out to operations manager through sister clinic edgmere dental, have yet to hear anything back. No one has responded to this review

Negative experience: They messed me up twice. I went once, they messed up, I left a bad review, they replied to me on here and told me to come back for free, I removed bad review, they messed me up AGAIN, now I’m leaving this review on permanently and not coming here again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. MY RIGHT SIDE BOTTOM TOOTH HAS BEEN IN DISCOMFORT FOR A YEAR NOW. I MAINLY CHEW ON MY LEFT SIDE NOW. Now my tooth is in pain, so I’m looking for another dentist :) and I saw I forgot to leave bad review for this place again. So here it is

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both go here. My husband is Military and they are always willing and flexible about his schedule. He has just gotten Invisalign with them and loves the experience thus far. I, personally, am the biggest baby to getting anything done on my teeth and can say everyone especially Chris, their dental hygienist, has been so patient and accommodating with me! Another 2 people I have to mention is Adan and Ashley; love working them for all appointments.

Fantastic experience: Every place i go gives me anxiety and Kris Buda took care of me with care honestly made the entire process and experience a breeze. Adan and Jasmine are the first ones to get me settled as everything begins and are always super upbeat and friendly super great people. No one likes having to go to the dentist but here they make sure i am alright and comfortable and honestly having to come to see the dentist is no longer and issue because i know im in great hands they make sure im ok throughout the entire time. The attention to detail is amazing from the receptionist making sure im reminded about my appointments and to them making sure i feel welcome as soon as i walk in it beyond any other dentist I've ever had. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I had an initial appointment and check up here recently. The facility was very clean and well-kept. It was super busy, so there was a little waiting here and there. However, I was seen on time and the work I eventually had done was done with skill. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Each step of each procedure was explained to me, and I left feeling satisfied. I would like to specifically list Susan in the front and Alex in the back as being particularly helpful and nice. Thanks for the help! This is my new regular dentist. Additional: Just left The Dentist again. This is a probably the best dentist I’ve been to as an adult. Kris, the hygienist, was wonderful! But that is par for the course. The staff and service are always fabulous.

Fantastic experience: Today I got a tooth extracted and the ladies in the front desk were so very helpful, especially Ashley. She was able to explain the payment plans to me and also gave me support while I was in so much pain. This place is a 10/10. The service is quick and professional and they treat you with so much care. Very clean environment and respectful. The two men who pulled my tooth did an excellent job and it was painless! Only took about 45 minutes. Today I had a cleaning with Kris and he was so nice and informative about my teeth when I asked questions. The cleaning wasn’t too long and neither was the wait, and the environment was very clean! The staff is really amazing here and I love coming back every time! They do a great job and take really good care of your teeth!

Fantastic experience: This is the perfect spot for high quality CARE. Not only for one’s teeth, but treatment. The employees here have a good work environment and it shows in how they treat me and other patients. There is care here. Adan is a very nice dental assistant and is very personable. Kris The hygienist, is very precise in oral cleanings, and my dentist definitely knows his stuff! To sum it up; the people are friendly, they are good at their jobs, and they care; and that’s all you can ask for in a dental clinic. 5 stars!

Negative experience: I was so excited to come here because I did see the reviews. Upon arrival. Everybody was so sweet and welcoming. I did an application with HFD and I was going to start with my treatment. However, I decided not to because the dentist and the person in charge of Invisalign cannot be on the same page, so I decided to go elsewhere. Since I did leave a deposit and enter my bank information. The amounts we’re going to be withdrawn. I canceled and the company HFD notified me that they needed paperwork to be signed by the office and every time I call, there is no doubt that they all blame each other and nobody Knows When. I’m gonna get my money back, complete opposite of when they were initially taking my money, the office manager, of course, was nice. Initially when I was signing the paperwork. However, now when I called to ask status about the refund, she hangs up before I can get my full goodbye out at the end of the call. I wouldn’t recommend them. Unless you’re gonna pay out-of-pocket or you have money to spare or if it’s an easy case, because the doctor also is not the nicest and talks about his patience in the hallway, how they can’t afford certain services.

Negative experience: I’ve been waiting for a refund of about $1,500 from this dentist for almost a year, patiently allowing time for all my balances to close. I was told the check was supposedly sent out in December, but here we are, nearly three months later, and my loan still hasn’t received any payment. While I understand delays happen, what’s most frustrating is the lack of communication. Despite speaking with Genesis, Lindsey, and Ashley, I keep hearing the ‘financial department’ will contact me, but they never do — and there’s no way for clients to reach them directly. No one seems to know where this mysterious check is. I expected a better experience, but I’m disappointed by how poorly this has been handled. I’m putting this out publicly because I want to see how they manage the situation. I’m more than willing to negotiate or go in person if needed, but at this point, I need to speak with the owner or someone in charge. Hopefully, they step up and resolve this professionally.

Fantastic experience: Staff was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. The office is always clean the receptionist were ready to help We have been coming to The Dentist for several years. I had an issue with a small swelling on the face my primary doctor said to check with the dentist. The next day I was x-rayed and there was no issue with the gums or teeth. The X-ray equipment is state of the art. Did a cleaning today very good knowing that if there is a problem it will be taken care of.

Negative experience: Update 1.08.2025 called genesis on 1.02.2025 and she advised that she sent out an email to sunbit for an adjustment and refund. Called sunbit and they have not received the email. I'm sure the staff would not be happy if money was withheld from their checks...what makes them thinks is ok to take so long for a refund over 11 months to refund me. I have been trying to contact the office manager for a couple of months for a refund owed to me, and I keep getting the run around. I have left my name and contact information for a call back. My experience at first was really great but after all this I'm not so sure anymore...

Negative experience: I have now been lied to twice now about the cost and the procedure I was told I would be receiving. The first time this happened, I canceled the appointment because they told me a standard cleaning would cost me $90. Only after calling my insurance and being reassured that I shouldn't have any cost for a cleaning, was I willing to make a new appointment. The second time, today, I asked, when I was checking in at the front desk, if my cleaning was covered as we have new insurance and was assured that my insurance cleared and covered the cleaning I required. When I finished, I was told that I owed $150 because my insurance only covered 30% of periodontal maintenance. I had only been informed and consented to a standard cleaning. Once the cleaning was started the dental hygienist was done in under 10 minutes start to finish and only did a surface cleaning, not under the gum line as expected of a periodontal cleaning. I have been told now after calling my insurance to verify coverage that with some dental offices, that once you are flagged as having periodontal disease you will no longer be eligible for a standard cleaning with them. If this is the case for The Dentist, this would have been really nice to be told by the office BEFORE I got the cleaning done and charged for. Be careful that you are actually receiving the care and procedure that they are telling you they are giving you. Happy New Year.

Negative experience: Great place but they do shady practice with insurance. I told them I got new insurance and if I was still good to go in network and was told it was good and charged over 3k worth of work. I looked at the screen after I was charged and saw I was not covered in a lot of stuff. I had the service scheduled the next day and spent the night thinking about it. The next day came and I asked them to let me see the paper bill and they were hesitant and wanted to know why I wanted to see it. I told them I was not going to get anything done till I saw the paper bill. They finally brought it to me while in the chair. Come to find out they were out of network and apparently they didn’t know unless they call which I never heard of that. Unfortunately I use Sunbit and paid for everything the day before and had to get a refund. I had to pay a cancellation fee which was unfair but rather then just pay and get nothing out of it they gave me a teeth whitening to get something out of it for the fee so that’s a plus. This is where the fun starts. All this happend in Feb 2024 so I’ve been paying monthly still for it. They finally gave me the refund on Sep 20th 2024 but now apparently that takes another 90 days to send the refund to Sunbit which means Sunbit wont get the refund from them till around December 2024 while I still be paying for it. Now Sunbit will send me my money back I have been paying monthly but all this could have been avoided if they were honest and told me my new insurance was out of network. Please be aware and double check your insurance if it’s in or out. Also another thing to add. I went to another Dentist and showed them the paper of what wanted they to do and said they added a lot of stuff was not need at all especially the deep cleaning. I was not going to put a review thinking it was going to be fast refund but honestly I just got tired of dealing with this. I had enough after 8 months and now adding another around 90 days for the refund was the cherry on top. Probably will see this review and will push my refund till the very end of the 90 days. I’ll update if anything changes. UPDATE: 12/30/2024 Got my refund finally back but was not the correct amount. I paid a total of $3276. I was supposed to be only charged $492. After talking to Sunbit they said the office changed the charge to $1005.12. Called the office to see where the extra $513 came from and told me they will have to contact billing and do an audit. Probably won’t get my money back for weeks or maybe not at all the way this place is trying to steal money. Stay away from this place. Many of you might be getting robbed and also charged for unnecessary things without knowing. I’m at a point where I’m going to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau about what this place is doing. It seems others have made the same complaint. I’ll update again with what happens again

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years, the staff and dentist are great. My hygienist Kris always has us leaving clean and confident.

Negative experience: I was here for cleaning because my original dentist was booked. After my exam with the hygienist, Eric, did not probe all of my gum pockets he only probed 2 molars and my two front teeth. In order to diagnose gingivitis all of my gum pockets needed to be probed and it wasn’t. I only came to this office because my original dentist was booked. The office was behind schedule and everything was rushed. Be careful, here. This office and sister offices have a monthly goal they need to obtain and half of these reviews are from friends and family to make the offices look better.
