Positive experience: I don’t know really, the one dentist we do see seems like she is afraid to do anything. The staff have no idea how to cover their mouths when they are coughing. It’s disgusting. Sitting right in a chair next to patients. You’d think they learn after Covid. I hate doing all these negative reviews but this is so gross and all over sterile equipment. Every time I come in just coughing freely! Do better guys it’s not hard to cover your mouths!

Negative experience: Delayed appointments. Times for wait are much longer than advised. If another appointment runs over they are more worried about going to lunch. Staff is buddy buddy and treats the patient as the "problem". Changing dentists immediately. I'd rather drive south 2 hours and get better treatment.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience with my 3 older kiddos. All staff and Dr. Manzanares were amazing.Tabitha(Tabby) is wonderful she went above and beyond for my daughter who was a little difficult to work with. The new location is great!

Fantastic experience: We had our first visit with Palm tree dentistry this morning! The office is super clean. Dayna and all of the ladies upfront were very professional and helpful! My 6yr old was hesitant to go this morning however Jolene was absolutely wonderful with her. Highly recommend this dentist office!

Negative experience: We were told our child had 7 cavities. I went to another dentist because they cancelled our appointment even though I left a voicemail an hour before I got there on time. The new dentist said my child had 0 cavities. I'm only giving 1 star because I have to.

Positive experience: Typically a great experience. At our most recent visit, I do not feel that the hygienist has patience for young children. She did well with my older child but was impatient with the 5 yo who has a fear of the dentist and as a result was unable to get a teeth cleaning. Her tone was overall rude. At our previous visit Ms. Rose was amazing and interacted with him in a way that allowed him to complete his visit successfully. The doctor and the other hygienist were fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Great office and staff! My son was very scared of what was going to be done but they walked him through every step and showed him what they were going to be doing. It was smooth sailing because of how he was treated!!

Positive experience: Staff is friendly. They did a good job. Only issue is no one EVER answers the phones!! Even when they had the other office, no one ever answered. I had to drive there to talk to someone. Not professional. And very weird, to be honest. I almost gave up, and never returned.

Fantastic experience: My first visit at the new location was a great experience! There’s lots of space, and it’s nice and clean. I had Jen who was very sweet, patient, and funny. Veronica was also very welcoming, funny, and entertaining. All of the staff were very nice.

Fantastic experience: Love! Brought my kids for a cleaning and check up, we waited maybe 10 minutes to get in the back and my kids loved their staff! Waiting rooms, bathrooms and actual appt rooms were clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. Will be returning!!! Keep up the great work ladies

Negative experience: I have tried so many times with this place my son had an appointment today.I called the office 14times cause the new address does not show up in gps.No one answers or calls back.My son keeps being put on a wait list to see a dentist since last year and they never can make an appointment for him except for cleanings which is what we were trying to do today but couldn't find the new location and since you can't get a human being on the phone you are out of luck. And how they work there wait list obviously is not working so why not just schedule the appointment 3 months out?? instead of repeatedly putting us on a wait list that they never call u for And unlike them I always answer my calls...so no they have never called to schedule a regular dentist appointment.and when I call to ask about it I never get a return phone call.Customer service is not what Palmtree Dental knows much about or how to implement it... not the Spring Hill office anyway which is now Brooksville complete waist of my day.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for your kids dentistry needs. Veronica in the ortho department is outstanding. She is a true professional who cares about her patients.

Fantastic experience: Going to the Dentist is usually tough enough for adults but can be a nightmare for kids. This was my 11 year old son's first visit, and the whole atmosphere was amazing. My son was laughing and smiling most of the time! And zero judgement, it was all about getting the child to have a productive visit with no pressure.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best. They were very patient and it’s my kids and when two of them were scared and freaking out they showed them the tools and how it will feel even pretending to do it in my daughter stuffed bunny. They made sure my kids were comfortable and relaxed and that rare to find a place that can do that and not give up on them. BEST PLACE EVER AND MY KIDS ARE EXCITED TO GO BACK IN 6 MONTHS.

Fantastic experience: First visit with my two boys and everything was amazing. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The hygienist went above and beyond to calm my kids anxiety. The dentist was polite and had great communication. I highly recommend this place for your kids dental needs.

Positive experience: The new location is clean and spacious, and the staff seem friendly and welcoming. However, I was really concerned about the lack of privacy in the area where children are seen. Patients are seated right next to each other, similar to a hair salon setup, with no barriers or curtains. This means everyone can overhear each other’s medical conversations, which is very uncomfortable—especially for kids. My children felt uneasy during their visit. I strongly encourage the clinic to consider adding curtains or some form of partition to protect patient privacy.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first dental visit today. Natalia was so awsome with her!! She took her time to make sure my daughter was comfortable before putting anything in her mouth. It went even better then I expected it to go, we had a great first experience. The office is also very clean, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming! We were seen promptly for our appointment and treated with the utmost respect! My 7 year old was extremely comfortable and confident the entire time. They did not rush and made the whole experience kid friendly; they took the time to explain what they were doing in a way that my child would understand. Fantastic experience: The staff at Palm Tree Dentistry is always so friendly and makes my children feel at ease. They go above and beyond, to explain what they are doing. so the children know what to expect. The new location is beautiful and spacious. We will be long time patients.

Negative experience: They had blood all over the chair when we got there, the person cleaned it and than had to remind them to change gloves before touching child's mouth. The lady we saw had very little patients with a behaved child and for xrays too because she was saying it hurts her arm to hold the machine and reach for the things that go in mouth. Just overall not impressed for first time over there. Excessive wait time as well. Seems they book more than they can see.

Fantastic experience: Great with kids! Staff is so friendly and SO Patient with the kids! Doc was amazing and explained everything very clearly to my child! The New location is beautiful. I can’t wait to see what kind of murals they put on the walls this time! I had a huge issue with my insurance (on my end) and they were so patient and flexible with her appointment time worked with me until we figured it out, very accommodating and helpful!

Positive experience: The staff has always been wonderful. But today a mistake was made with scheduling and the young lady at the front desk accommodated me to the highest she really took great care of my kiddo. Now upon leaving I was asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment with the orthodontist for my daughter and said sure that would be fine. As we go to the other desk for check out the receptionist was utterly rude and stated that I had an 820 appointment this morning when I had an 8 o’clock for extractions for my daughter. I stated I was just sent out to schedule an appointment. How could I have an appointment when my daughter had an 8 AM for extractions? The young lady proceeds to tell me you’re not listening to me and I explained to her how can I have an 8 o’clock for extractions for three baby teeth and then have to come out here at 8:20 when I had no text message no call no nothing stating I had an appointment not to mention she drives like an idiot and parks in the patient. Parking has the worst attitude if anybody else has had this kind of experience, please let me know other than that palm tree dentistry has always been great to my kids. Thank you for all you do.

Negative experience: My husband just took the kids to their orthodontist appointment, and the back office lady spoke very loudly to him, saying that we were missing some information for the kids that he didn’t bring because he didn’t know about it. First and last time we’re going to this location, I’d rather drive an hour

Negative experience: Terrible visit and very unprofessional staff. The staff are rude and seem to not care if the patient is uncomfortable or not. Cobb dental did a much better job!

Negative experience: Went Sept 10th for an appointment, for a cleaning, a question about a spot on front tooth and finally the referral to orthodontist. See my son had two baby teeth I wanted them pulled last visit, they said let's wait. My son was 15, and those teeth were pushed out. Next I found out that the prior appointment was almost a year before they noticed the start of 3 cavities. We were never told about them, and "She", the dentist, said I was going to check at the next appointment and now he had a possible root canal in front and two cavities in the back. Had these "early" small cavities been taken care of, they would not have happened! So I said let's get it done, especially since it was going to postpone the braces again! He's 16 now and self conscious of his gap! I can get you in on March 4th!! Six months later! We will put you on our priority list!!! Hahaha Scam! I feel they wanted to bill higher and post poñed for the max return. Do not go here. They were fine for years. There is a new Dr and she is referred to repeatedly as "SHE" I don't know her name! And our March 4 appt got cancelled because I was 5 mins past the time, after I called to let them know I was less than 2 miles away! Didn't matter, She" won't take you!

Negative experience: This office DOESN'T answer the phones nor return the calls when you leave a message. I have called 4 times as well as left a message with my son's Ortho tech that he had last week..I was advised that since he is in braces he needed to have the cleaning and Ortho appointments done on the same day. I was advised last week during his visit that someone will call me back to set that up. I had to walk into the office because nobody bothered to call me back to coordinate.

Fantastic experience: We had our 1st teeth cleaning and exam with Palm Tree Dental and we were very happy. They were though with everything from paperwork to x-rays,cleaning and exam. My 2 children were very happy with the whole experience. They are so happy and friendly with children. I highly recommend this office. And so do my children!

Fantastic experience: I really liked this new location. Very clean, spacious and fast!!!! The girls are very professional and attentive. You can also see how they work as a team. Everyone checks on one another and I think that’s amazing.

Negative experience: I didn’t even go to appointment I cancelled because the staff made it difficult to make an appointment. I think they need some more training and customer service they made a mistake and never apologized and inconvenienced me. As I showed up for my appointment and was made another appointment because staff couldn’t do their job. Do better!

Negative experience: Not a great experience because my son needed to get a couple teeth pulled and I also had my six year old daughter with me and the dentist/staff made me choose between being with my son who was scared of having a procedure done and staying in a waiting room with my 6 year old daughter who was alone..they refused to let my daughter come back with me..I had to go back and forth between my son in the procedure and my daughter in the front lobby..awful and not accommodating for families

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for more than 13yrs with all three of my kids, I never had a problem with palm tree until my son needed two fillings on this two front teeth and they would not do it. Then just today unfortunately a single mother of three kids in three completely different schools and work full time with a very demanding job because obviously I’m a “single “ mom and I was 15mins late for the first time in over 13yrs and I drive more than an hour to bring my kids to the dentist not because I chose but because I have to because the insurance is not taken by many doctors at all! But they DID NOT care and like me straight in the face and said no showing my son what heartless people we have to face but thanks for showing him that! I did get another appointment which I already had scheduled prior for another service, he only had two small fillings and it’s upsetting the time and money I wasted it’s a shame.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never fun for anyone. Took my son to this location as a new patient due to a cavity giving him trouble. Very proficient facility. A new location for this company on Cortez. We were in and out in no time at all. They were pretty busy too. All the staff members were professional and very pleasant to work with.

Negative experience: My daughter had an appointment at 8am. We weren't seen untill almost 9 because the doctor was late. No one told us what was going on. If we were to be late then our appointment would have been cancelled.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at the new location. It is very clean and spacious. I did not have a long wait time. We had Natalya who was very personable. She explained to my son exactly what she was doing, so he understood what was going on.

Fantastic experience: We love palm tree dentistry and have been very happy with them. They are great with the kids always easing any fears and explaining everything very well. They have always managed to get us in on short notice if our child is having issues with something that needs to be looked at. Everyone is so very nice here. So glad we found them.

Fantastic experience: The new office is beautiful. I brought my grandson for his appointment. Lot's of seats for guests. Friendly greeting from the front office staff. Quick and precise check in. Dr Hanna answered all my questions. The dental assistant took her time to explain all the instruments she would use because Jason was nervous and she answered all his questions. I was a dental assistant for 25 yrs. This office has absolutely impressed me. 10 .

Negative experience: Whoever is in charge of answering phone calls does a terrible job at it. Have to call multiple times and sit on hold forever and that still doesn’t guarantee that they will answer. Have friends that go here as well who have had the same issue. Never thought scheduling an appointment would be so complicated.

Fantastic experience: The new facility is great! Clean and nice new equipment! The only small complaint I have is that with three kids, they split them up and they were across the room and I had to move around to meet the dr to talk about outcome and treatment plan. But they are all so kind!!! Always very happy and great kids with a smile!

Negative experience: Worse dentist I have ever been to! They cancel appointments constantly, even though you have to book your appointments 6 months ahead of time to get any work done and then they cancel and then you have to wait another 6 months to get anything done. The X-ray machine was down so they couldn't do a cleaning and they called to cancel less than 20 minutes before the appointment. They clean high amounts of cavities but then when you get a second opinion they're not cavities! They are drilling into your teeth for no reason! Do not recommend!

Negative experience: Very frustrating. Messing up insurance information when the other office is able to pull it up quickly with no problem. Then causing such a delay that my children weren't able to get all of the work done they were supposed to because they ran so far behind. With a follow up appointment to finish the work being in SIX months.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience yesterday with our 2 year old. Both the dentist and especially the dental technician were so great with her. I wish I knew their names to make this more specific, but either way they made her so comfortable and we’re very attentive to her needs. Thank you so much!! Update: our daughter is three now, and we’re still having a great experience with this dental practice. Everyone was wonderful, and it made for an easy visit. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: My son’s first ever visit to the dentist (he’s 2 and special needs) and they were so gentle and patient with him. They made sure to ask many questions and seem to genuinely care about him

Positive experience: My first encounter at reception was not good...one woman was not personable while the other who took my insurance card and license was somewhat friendlier BUT Rose (hygienist) made the whole experience amazing! She turned my skepticism about this dentist office around. She was kind, personable, relateable, great with my 11 yr old son, and just nice. Then Dr. Hannah came in & out fairly quickly but was sweet & kind as well efficient.

Fantastic experience: Hands Down Palm Tree Dentistry has an exceptional customer service! I took my 2 children 15 and 8. My 8 year old has lots of anxiety anytime she visits the dentist. Palm tree staff has a positive attitude, they are caring, the wait is not long. I highly recommend Dr. Pandhi and all the staff and a special thank to Ashley, thank you for making Jaydalee feel safe with you.

Positive experience: This is reference to both Silver Spring and NPR locations. Their hygienists are great that we had! The loss of stars is for their accounting/billing department. I don’t pay bills until I get EOBs. We did pay some that day, deductible I assumed. It just so happens our EOB only showed 2 out of 6 of our family members. So when I received text messages to pay balances on our accounts, I called and asked what it was for bc our insurance covers 100% of preventative. Apparently sealant is no longer considered preventative. I paid 2 of our bills pictures attached and those would be the ones not in parenthesis. Then the next couple for our kids the amounts were in parenthesis. Which in accounting means a credit is owed. The original lady, Candace who took my call, said that’s the amount owed. I said that is not how accounting works. She said that is just how it shows in their system. So I pay more of my children’s accounts. Then I thought, if I reclick the text link I wonder if it will show the balance now. It did. My husband and I zeroed out and now my kids accounts were all showing even higher amounts in parentheses! I called Candace back and told her I was right and asked to speak with a manager. It took me multiple calls over a few weeks to even get the business manager to process my information for a refund. The refund was for 2 kids and not the correct amount for one of the accounts I paid. And then what of these “negative balances”(credit) on my 4 kids accounts? It was a credit of $199.60 total. I was only refunded $56.80. Did my insurance over pay? Did I pay more than my deductible and am owed more money? I’ve already spent hours on the phone trying to get this corrected. Its even longer when its a medical bill. It seems no one knows how to do their job anymore. I just think how many people just pay bills when they get them and don’t look at EOBs or the charges. And think about Palm Tree Dentistry, they send out invoice texts for people to pay even when it’s a negative balance and their system allows you to pay more! Not good business. Ive included some of the pictures of what the accounts look like when owed, not owed, and then a paid one zeroed out. They use a flawed system and at least Candace does not know about accounting, but is in the accounting department.

Fantastic experience: I needed a 2nd opinion for my granddaughter so I asked in a local group I'm in and Palm Dentistry won by a landslide. After our visit I can now be added to the long list of people that said it's the best dentist around. Thank you everyone at Palm Dentistry...

Positive experience: Staff is nice They always make sure you are comfortable they let you know what they are doing before And during I would say the only downside is trying to get someone on the phone and wait times.

Negative experience: One year ago we were told she HD a cavity they made her app to fix it 6 months later then called and canceled it and made app 6 months out from that took her today to get it filled now they can't fix it the have to extract it so they make app for may to do that ! She would have never lost a tooth if would have been taken care of !!! Time for new dentists

Negative experience: My son has been waiting more than 6 months to get a cavity filled. We went in for an appointment today; checking in was a nightmare. No greeting upon arrival. No sign in sheet so I had to wait an excessive amount of time, behind 2 other patients to check in. There was not enough seating in the waiting room. The waiting room was so loud and chaotic. The wait rolled up on AN HOUR. Around the 90 minute mark we were all told the computers were down and they advised we should reschedule or we “could” wait. We left. We will not be back. Additionally, you are harassed with appointment reminder texts and calls and then confirmation texts and calls and continue to receive them even once you confirm. All for what?! The office to not show up for your appointment??!?

Fantastic experience: My daughter is very nervous when it comes to the dentist. The dental assistant was very patient with her. Took breaks in between cleaning, took her time through the x-rays so that she was calm and comfortable. Very thankful to have found this pediatric dentist office.
