Negative experience: Regarding my appointment on June 24th: My hygienist told me she would be using a new technology to simultaneously clean, spray rinse and polish my teeth. The taste was unpleasant and when this procedure was completed, my teeth did not feel like they had been thoroughly cleaned and polished. Also, my face was sprayed several times with his stuff. I feel that the old way was superior and did a better job.

They got me in the very next day, and honestly, I was so anxious… but they explained everything in a calm, comforting way that truly eased my mind. Even when I found out I needed a root canal and more extensive work, I actually felt confident and comfortable going back, something I never thought I’d say about the dentist! She is my first female dentist & I really like her attention to detail the way she practices. I was sorry that my previous dentist had to step away but I like her just as much so I’m a very happy patient.

Fantastic experience: Jamie is the best. She took care of me very well. She also went very details over my gums and told me what I need to do or improve to protect my teeth. I also got “airflow”, which not everyone can do it. The whole team is like a family to customers. Recommend everyone should try out this place.

Positive experience: The appointment itself was great. Dr. B was friendly, professional, and very informative. All the staff were careful to explain each procedure in detail. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the ridiculous patient forms that I was forced to complete before my first appointment. These questions may now be standard procedure for any medical practice but I don’t think the extremely lengthy questionnaire helps anything but the data gatherers get paid.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to dentists for 70+ years and am happy to report that while the care I have received from MPDG over the past 13-years has ALWAYS been excellent, the treatment I received yesterday was The Best Ever: *They have a new cleaning system for Plaque & Stain removal that is the most thorough and Gentle that I have ever experienced. My teeth are so clean I can hardly believe it-nothing like it ever in my experience. It removed all of my coffee stains on the surface as well as between the teeth and only needed very little manual scaling thereafter. And, part of the system uses an ultra-fine grain baking soda that polishes the teeth so that plaque future plaque buildup is diminished. In my humble opinion a huge advancement in dental technology and the most enjoyable experience you can have at the dentist. Of course the Skill of the hygienist is critical for superior results and Hygienist Tosia Chishty has those superior skills indeed. I must also say that Everyone that has provided me with dental care (as well as of the Dentists and Dental Assistants, Administrative services, from scheduling appointments to billing) have all been professional, courteous, pleasant and a joy to work with.

Fantastic experience: Ryan and his team clearly take pride in their work and in delivering top tier care. This was the first time I've ever had a flawless dentist visit. In my experience with most places, even if the dentist is great, the front desk help is disorganized, or vice versa. Sometimes both are just average, or everything is good but the equipment doesn’t feel clean. This visit was a solid 10 out of 10. You could tell even the background music was carefully chosen to be relaxing without being sterile or generic. When that much attention is paid to the details, you can be confident even more care is taken with what truly matters. That was definitely the case here, glad to have found my new dentist

Fantastic experience: While having dinner one evening, somehow I managed to chip or loose small parts of two adjoining teeth while chewing on a small piece of fruit. Fortunately there was no pain. First thing the next morning, I called Dr. May's office and was given an emergency appointment two days hence. Within 30 minutes of arrival, the damage had been assessed, a repair plan developed (smoothing the remaining rough edges of most of one tooth, preparing the second tooth for a filling fix versus anything more complex and costly, and installing the filling) and fully executed....all with a friendly demeaner and calm, professional efficiency. Throughout Dr. May carefully explained what he was doing and why he had made his treatment choices. Dr. May is to be commended for how well he treats his patients as well as he treats their problems.

Dr May is very skilled, open and positive, and brings the latest tech into the arena, recently outfitting a form-fitting bite guard for me based on a 3D scan of my mouth. Kim, his hygienist, is also very meticulous and thorough. I greatly appreciate their many years of high quality service!

While no one really looks forward to a root canal it was timely and appreciated because a few days later I would in an airplane traveling across the country.
