Fantastic experience: I have being going to the 7to7 location on potranco by the heb plus for a couple of times now and I am truly amazed and impressed on how good the dentists and assistants are to the customers. 7to7 has truly helped me getting my teeth cleaned and wisdom teeth removed. Brident was no help to me at all but 7to7 has truly been so helpful and I am truly always thankful to the staff and the doctors are always professionals.

Fantastic experience: I'm the kind of person that gets extremely nervous at any kind of medical procedures but the dentist at 7 to 7 did an amazing job with making me feel better. And I know they are going to do there very best.

Negative experience: cleaning service was great but the manager at the potranco was rude and not helpful. I had the same insurance but the office changed their internal process and wanted to charge me and provided no communicate about the change. Megan the manager was dismissive and offered to cancel my appt.

Positive experience: Today’s visit was longer than usual, for a cleaning. My husband was sitting on the chair for 30-35 min. Before being seen. Appointment was at 7:30 and left the office close to 9:00 am. I think the hygienist was new, hence the delay, but other than that, everyone is always pleasant at this office. 100% recommend.

Positive experience: Overall great experience with Dr and Hygienist. All front office girls very sweet. They all did great job! A couple things that can be improved on is 1. Don’t just automatically make a follow up appointment without even asking the patient if it’s a good time and good date. Feels like they you wanted to rush through that step and we have to deal with it later if since its not a good date and time. Why do double work? 2. You ask what pharmacy we prefer and then you send our meds to a completely different pharmacy. What a waste of time going to pick it up and they have no idea what we are talking about. Then I get a text from a different pharmacy that my med is ready. 3. Texts sent with wrong name- sent to my husband name when it was my son that was the patient today. Seems like that small detail is missing and should be corrected if you are trying to get feedback from the patient you actually saw today. Not trying to complain, but provide feedback to help you improve these small details.

Negative experience: My husband has been going and he needs a new crown but they always forget to call and never tell him the new crown broke and always having to take measurements every time. Last week or so when he went back, half the staff knew he didn’t know he was supposed to be there or not, no communication. Always taking a long time. Poor service. Need to do better. For sure won’t be coming back here again.

Fantastic experience: Came in as a walk-in early afternoon. Was almost refused due to no availability on a busy Saturday, but as I expressed my pain, they were able to squeeze me in after a short wait. Everyone from the front staff to the assistants and doctors were so friendly. I shamefully have not been to the dentist regularly due to fear & nervousness, but everyone made the experience very calm & relaxing. Had to have a root canal and Dr. Trujillo (from Braun location) & his assistant were very patient with me. I had a great experience!

Negative experience: Had work done by Dr. Kamat, the filling fell out 3 months later. The procedure felt rushed, they have incompetent dentist working here. I have to pay again for their mistake.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, I went for a nerve wrecking procedure and Jessica and Dr. Tuong were amazing, very informative and comforting throughout the procedure. Dr. Tuong was very gentle. Jessica made sure I was super comfortable and ensured I was okay at all times.

Positive experience: I usually have positive experiences at my dental appointments at 7 to 7. Everyone is nice and respectful. Yesterday, though, it was a different experience…I felt like I got scolded—treated like I was a child. I was getting two fillings done, and upon starting the procedure, the young female dentist placed a rubber mouth prop, or mouth dam of sorts in my mouth and I immediately felt uncomfortable. As it is, going to the dentist is always terrifying due to a very bad experience I had many years ago. Anyway, I told her I didn’t want to use the mouth dam, then I suppose, she thought that by explaining to me that she was fixing someone else’s shotty work, I would understand why she was choosing a mouth dam, and basically insisted that I should use it. She explained that she was correcting someone else’s work on my fillings. She didn’t offer an alternative and I basically gave in because I didn’t want to be difficult, so I reluctantly agreed to the mouth dam. She did, at least offer to moisturize my lips with Vaseline before placing the dam over my lips. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was odd, and somewhat uncomfortable to be told that she was correcting someone else’s work and being really pushy about using it. I should have firmly asked for an alternative to the mouth dam, but I’m not an expert on fillings, so I put up with it.

Negative experience: Had to resubmit insurance and wait for files of xrays to be submitted from other location after was told it had been done before I got to anapointment at 7 am sit around wait.then spent 2 hrs to find out I couldn't afford work done ,and given no other solution but expensive ones out side my budget and credit score.yikes

Negative experience: I requested to decline the panoramic xray. Was told I would not receive care if I did not get that done. So far, I've have a headache for over 24 hrs due to the machine. It made me feel sick immediately after use. Very upset

Negative experience: I had all my top teeth removed and got a denture. Since the day I got it, I haven't been happy with it. The dentist said that after 6 months, we would see what we could do. It's been 6 months, and now I'm gonna have to pay another 3000 to get better teeth, and my dentist is gone, so whatever her and I discussed doesn't even matter. You know no one wants to get dentures, but sometimes that's a choice we make. To get what I got is horrible. I did this to get my confidence back, and now I feel worse then before I got them. They wouldn't even try to fix my immediate denture.

Fantastic experience: I will forever go here because of Miss Heather, she did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth! She helped to get everything that would help me keep my teeth clean.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! Went in for a very bad toothache and they did not acknowledge why I was there. Their main concern was trying to do extra work outside of taking care of the issue at had first then discussing other work that I may need. When the bill was going to be $540 they had the time to take care of me and get me out in 45 minutes. But when I just asked to have the problem tooth taken care of then they did not have the time, and I was going to have to come back in 6 hours to have the tooth taken out. You had time to take out 3 teeth and do a mold for a partial but not to take out one tooth. I came in serve pain, and they didn't even take a look. The dentist came in and right away she started talking about getting me molded for partials. She never once took a look and talked to me about the pain or where the pain was coming from. I watched most interactions and listened to how they handled other patients, and it's just so happened that the black woman got treated like garbage and completely ignored.

Negative experience: I need a refund, I paid the $100 fee at the desk for a cleaning and when I was taken to be examined before they continued to the procedure the staff let me know before my insurance wasn’t taken. I am waiting for a refund. Please 7 to 7 Dental respond, I payed for a procedure I did not receive.

Negative experience: Not sure if the dentist I saw today had a bad day but she was a bit rude and blamed the issue I was having after a tooth extraction on lack of controlled substance. I had the extraction done April 12th the next day noticed some type of sore by the extracted area, just want to avoid any type of infection which she stated wasn't a infection it was lack of controlled substance which makes no sense to me at all, didn't want to prescribe any antibiotics to me cause she claimed it was lack of controlled substance. I just hope this doesn't get any worse then it is maybe next time I'll have a better experience.

Highly recommend and the best part, they are open 7 days a week. Dr. Clarian Lannom was AMAZING! Her assistant was AMAZING. I had a root canal on my front tooth. I definitely have "dental anxiety". Positive experience: Staff is very courteous. The prices are relatively higher than other dental offices. They were going to offer me a $60 discount only if I paid before the day of procedure, before services rendered. If you're using Care Credit, you're S.O.L on discounts After they're done , they're in such a rush that they forget, 2 days in a row, about giving you simple ibuprofen I returned for a follow up appointment after tooth. Was extracted. Again, they were going to offer me $7 off of $87 ( not even 10%) if I paid before services rendered. When they saw the credit card was Care Credit they said there's no discount if you use that card. I asked why not. They said because you technically haven't paid in advance if there's a balance o the card. Well I thought, that's the same as using visa or Mastercard, unless you use your debit card

Negative experience: 3/29/2025 *UPDATE* Been going here a while now. Not as glowing a review today. I scheduled my and my daughter's appointment on 9/14/224. I received a confirmation text with the next appt 3/29/25 @ 11AM. I received my confirmation texts, as usual (to be honest, I didn't read them, other than the date... sent back my confirmation, though all was well). I show up for our appt at 9:50AM. Notice everyone is being taken back before us, including others who came in after us. Front office person comes out and tried telling me our appt is at 12PM... show her my text confirming the 11AM time, asked if I wanted to speak to manager (yes). Show manager text, she apologizes and says they will try to get us in ASAP (5 after 12). This isn't the first screw up either... I had a claim denied because they didn't send back docs requested by the dentist office. I had to call and ask why they didn't send anything in. It finally got resolved, after my call. ************************************************ Great front office, friendly and efficient. Dental Hygienist was very thorough! Explained what she was doing as she went along. The dentist I saw today was Dr. Mary Fuentes, who was really nice… great bedside manner. Explained everything thoroughly. Overall, my first visit, I was very impressed! Will definitely go back.

Negative experience: I was told by the hygienist I could get a deep cleaning on my first visit. Which I knew I needed and was prepared for. Then I was offered a care plan and a reschedule for the cleaning. The staff told me there was no time. It was 330pm with a clear lobby. In the past our family has been made to wait for hours when showing up on time and only being seen for 10 minutes. Now I'm being led to reschedule an appointment i already had and then arguing over the phone with the same person and being told lies that you were going to do the cleaning. If I could I would also take my children s orthodontic care some where else. I'm tired of your lieing and overbooking. I will be fighting your charges with my insurance.

Fantastic experience: I been going to this location for years. They took care of me two years ago when I had to have five teeth taking out in one visit. No pain after word. They are polite and upbeat and help you with financing if work is needed. Love this location.

Negative experience: 7to7 dental DOES NOT service children. They only clean their teeth, take X-rays and refer them out. If you have children under 10…don’t bother or waist your time or money. Find a pediatric dentist . The lady who took my appointment knew all of this and instead of telling me upfront allowed me to come knowing they weren’t going to see him. I literally felt SCAMMED and my child left in the same condition they came with. Not FIXED. They took my money (insurance) and sent me on my way…referred me to someone else who did NOT call me back at all. The hygienist however was very thorough in the cleaning that he received. The dentist himself automatically concluded that because I didn’t have the payment at the time $1500 that I must be on state help because the pediatric dentist he referred me to only takes state provided insurance (Medicaid, Chip,etc.). Now I’m having issues getting my child seen because of the first waisted appointment and now if he’s “evaluated“ anywhere else it counts as his only appointment for the year and the actual procedure would come out of my pocket!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just had 10 extractions this morning. I’ve seen both Dr G and Dr Fuentes but Dr Fuentes is the one who did my extractions. They never judged me for being young and needed denture. They always made me feel safe and comfortable. I have a heart condition called PSVT and the dentist made sure to have a bowl of ice water (which I use to trip my vagus nerve if I have an episode) ready just in case. I would recommend this place to ANYONE needed any kind of dental work. They do their best to work with you in every way.

Fantastic experience: I walked in as a new patient on 2/19/25 a few minutes before 6pm, about an hour before closing. I was in severe pain, they immediately agreed to see me. All the staff there are amazing! The dentist I saw was Mary Fuentes, DDS. Words just can't say enough of how much she helped me. She is now my new Dentist & I will be recommending her to everyone I know. If you are looking for a new dentist, ask for her. I was so grateful that she saw & helped me that I tried to tip her all the cash I had in my wallet $40, I would have tried to give her more but I don't really cash. (Have you ever tried to tip your dentist, yea me either...lol I guess there's a 1st time for everything!) Of course she didn't accept it but I tried. I don't really leave reviews but this is the least I can do. I didn't feel like just a patient, she made me feel like family, she truly cares.

Negative experience: I scheduled an emergency appointment after cracking a tooth, but when I arrived, they were only concerned about the cleaning. The dentist barely discussed my broken tooth, simply mentioned trying an $900 crown and, if that failed, a root canal, then left. It felt like there was no attempt to diagnose the issue upfront. I would never recommend this place, even for an emergency. Not only did they perform a cleaning I neither requested nor cared about, but they also grossly overcharged my insurance $397 for a service that typically costs $145 in the area. This didn't directly affect me at the time, but now I have to pay out of pocket getting my tooth fixed at an honest office because they used up so much of my benefits on a cleaning I didn't request.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Dentist as a walk-in patient today because I lost a cap. They were very kind to me and they fit me in within 10 minutes, making me a temporary cap until the permanent one arrives. The man that took care of me made very sure the cap fit and went to extraordinarily lengths to ensure the temporary fit properly. I was amazed by his commitment to his job and I was grateful because I live an hour away. Best practice ever, take a chance and you will not be disappointed. I never go anywhere else.

Positive experience: My visit today was less than satisfactory. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and when I walked in, the two women behind the desk were busy with something else and didn’t notice me standing there as they had their backs to me. I waited patiently, and when they finally looked up, they checked me in without issue. So far, everything seemed fine. After checking in, I sat down to wait for my appointment. There were three people ahead of me, so I waited my turn. However, as those three were called back, three more people arrived to check in and wait as well. I noticed that all of them were called back before me—one for a basic cleaning, like mine, and another who seemed to be a new patient, likely filling out new patient paperwork. After the third person was called before me, I started to stand up to inquire about the situation. At that point, the associate at the front desk noticed my frustration and quickly offered to check what was going on. Shortly afterward, I was called back, and everything seemed to proceed smoothly from there. However, I did feel that the staff in the back were overly friendly to the point of being condescending. Despite my frustration, I remained polite, had my cleaning, and left. I would appreciate some clarification on why I had to wait 30 minutes and was skipped over by people who arrived after me. Thank you.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 9am and they kept me there for 2 hrs. I can give a 5 star to Ms Christa the hygienist for an outstanding job. But after she finished, she told me I was going to be seen by the Dr. and I waited 30 min and end up leaving because never showed up. So unprofessional.
