Negative experience: If I can give 0 stars I will! Horrible waiting time! Systems were down yesterday so appointments were backed up for HOURS. I was there the day before, waited 2 hours before rescheduling for today due to a flash flood warning. I was there for 2 hours again today after checking in and I still wasn’t seen! I finally asking how long I have to wait and they had “wrong chart” on my file and had no intentions of fulfilling my appointment today. Receptionist was shocked I was there for 2 hours and said “like I said I don’t know what happened, I wasn’t here.” But I saw her since I walked in at 11:30AM. UNORGANIZED! They apologized for the mistake and said I would be seen at 2PM (in 15 minutes). It was eventually after 2, many families were seen and I got fed up and left. WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!

Fantastic experience: Erin was amazing — the retie she did was everything and more! She handled it with such care and even took the time to place my elastics back in for me. Ashley was quick and kind while checking me in and out, which made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. Dr. Sun listened to my concerns, addressed them with patience, educated me, and made sure I left feeling reassured instead of anxious. I know I can be a bit of a handful at times, but the entire team always meets me with kindness and understanding. I truly appreciate the care I receive here. Thank you all!

Negative experience: The place is ok, this ladys that work in there( they try to do their best.But their administration is under the ground ( really bad) too mamy complains, place is overcrowded , a lot issues between costumer & the sistem & people around it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.. I walked in on 7-10-25 to fill a tooth And the next day the filling FELL( OMG) what a wasted of my time.NOT GOING BACK THERE.(neither my son. The lady that fixed my cavity names(YUMMI. ASIAN LADY.

Negative experience: Mind you, they called me at least four times out of the week asked me to come in for a cleaning up so I made a appointment for June 28 spoke to a young lady who called me and told me that I had an appointment for the 28th. I told her I was going to make the appointment. She told me that I had a balance which was $90. I told her I wouldn’t be able to pay until next week when I get paid I told her to Canceled the appointment if it was a problem she said no you can come in. Got to the office. They told me I had a balance and I wouldn’t be able be seen today for 90 f dollars smh I waste my time and took off work I’m so pissed off Time to find a new Doctor

Negative experience: Unprofessional, unprofessional I have been going to this dentist for 7 years now. When it used to be child smiles. I went in today for an appointment, I was prompted to a screen that I was told I had to use to check in . On this screen I watched over 10 people use. Not one time when the screen was vacant did someone wipe the screens down. So I asked them is it mandatory I check in on screen the supervisor mentioned it was , is it not mandatory that someone wipe down the screens. So Abra dental is trying to spread germs. I also asked to speak to her superior, to my suprise (not really surprised) she wasn’t available or in office at all.

Negative experience: If I could give these people a -100 I would. Not only did I have an appointment at 10am I wasn’t seen until almost 11:30. They took x-rays and clearly seen that I had an infection in my mouth and refused to give me any antibiotics or pain pills. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL KILL YOU.

Fantastic experience: Update: shoutout to dr Robert, he was really good and walked me through my treatment. Once again, mariar was very attentive and super helpful. Even though it was chaotic day she ensured my visit when smooth. Mariar at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. When I had an issue with my biting bottom bracket, she went above and beyond to ensure I got an appointment promptly. The staff in the back swiftly resolved my problem with ease, providing helpful and informative service throughout. Now, I'm feeling much better about my experience overall.

Fantastic experience: Called around couldn’t find any appointments available finally called Abra dental at 12 pm they fit me in for an appointment at 4 pm. Informed me that unfortunately they couldn’t take my insurance before they scheduled me, i let them know it’s fine and really needed to come in. Came in and was taken care of by one of the lady’s at the front desk ( forgot to grab her name) but she was very professional and nice she got me checked in and i was sent up to the next level to get seen and that was very quick came back down was called in to get my X-ray and they were just as professional and nice in the back from my x ray to my cleaning and consultation. Before leaving they gave me a print out of my X-rays and copies of what needed to be done and even offered the estimate prices of the work, also informed me of the dental credit. Very professional and great workers from receptionists to dentist/doctors definitely recommend.

Negative experience: All of their dentists are inexperienced and do not have adequate training. I went for a cleaning and was told that I only have one cavity. While at my cleaning, I mentioned that I was feeling some discomfort with a prior root canal and they mentioned it was fine. I went to another place to get a second opinion and was informed there was actually an infection on the root canal tooth. The dentist was completely shocked when I told him of what occurred and said any dentist with experience would know how to read the x-ray and see the infection that was forming luckily, I was able to get it resolved with this second dentist. Highly suggest do not go to this place. Your health will be in great jeopardy. Go elsewhere.
