Fantastic experience: i have been coming to Hendersonville family dentistry for I would say three years now, and they never cease to amaze me. Every dentist, hygienist, dental assistant and receptionist that I’ve encountered has been top-notch.

Fantastic experience: Clean space and knowledgeable staff. Upfront billing, nothing is hidden. Ashton is great with children, she is patient and willing to answer every question from small children. She had cute names for the dental tools. Dr. Jones is efficient and personable. Makes you forget you’re at the dentist!

Negative experience: Worst experience with healthcare that I have ever had. I was seeing Loyola as my dentist. My first appt I didn’t get seen until an hour after the scheduled time. Went in for minor pain in a lower molar but was told I needed a filling in a lower and top molar. I left with excruciating pain in my upper molar which I have never had a problem with. I could not bite down on my left side and was told to wait two weeks to see if the pain would subside, it didn’t. Went in after two weeks where she shaved the filling down but there was still excruciating pain and I was told to wait another two weeks. Went in again where she replaced the filling and I left with one of the worst pains I have ever felt. I went back within an hour asking for pain medicine and an evaluation. Loyola would not even see me. She had a receptionist give me so pain medicine and a referral for a root canal at an endodontics practice WITHOUT an evaluation. Terrible experience that gave me the impression that Loyola is either new or a bad healthcare professional. Either way I would avoid this place. Also, I got fitted for a mouth guard at the same time as my fillings and was completely numb in the lips and mouth. After the fitting, the mold was all over my face and I couldn’t feel it. The hygienist, Loyola and the receptionist all had opportunities to tell me that I had this gunk all over my face and give me something to clean it but NOBODY said a word and it was really embarrassing walking around Hendersonville with gunk all over my face. I didn’t realize until I got home and saw my face in the bathroom mirror. That is unacceptable service, especially from the dentist, Loyola.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and expertise from my hygienist, MacKenzie! She was friendly, made me feel comfortable, talked with me about each process, explained new services available to me, was mindful of my sensitive teeth. It is challenging to select new providers, but based on my first visit, I am happy with the service and look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and kind. Got a full xray and cleaning and they were very quick but efficient. There were quite a few people there, but the receptionists handled each of us well. Will definitely be back. Ashton answered some questions I had and took good care of me. Thank you all!

Negative experience: Erin is a special needs girl who aged off of her dad’s insurance and since you do not take Tenn Care our family will need to find a new family practice who takes both insurances. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Not only is the staff the nicest ever but so is Dr. Kim! Just got a new set of uppers and couldn't be happier. And these are just the temps! CAN'T WAIT for the permanent ones to come in and finally have that perfect smile I've been waiting for all my life!

I wanted to improve my smile and he worked with me to find the best plan to make my teeth look exactly the way I wanted them to be. I get compliments on my teeth all the time. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

I am terrified of the dentist, but have been coming here for many years and every single person who works here genuinely cares about you. They take their time, listen to all of your concerns, and give solutions that have always helped me. I cannot recommend this dental office enough. Dr. Jones is utterly fantastic. If you’re in this area, definitely consider making this your primary dentistry.

I called Henderson Family Dentistry after calling several and they were absolutely so amazing right the start. I was able to get in the same day, they were all so nice, the Dr was great, the appt was fast and very reasonably priced. This is our dentist going forward! I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I really like this dentist office. No matter how busy they are they seem to get everyone back fairly quickly and the staff is super friendly. The fact that they take a couple Saturdays a year to offer free services to the community says a lot about their heart which as a patient I love. Always feel like I'm in good hands with this team.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patients at Hendersonville Family Dentistry for several years. Yesterday I had my regular six-month cleaning and check-up. Makayla was my hygentist. I mentioned that I had noticed some staining on my teeth that I had not experienced previously. She took extra time to make sure that she was able to remove the staining even though I was her last patient of the day. My teeth have never felt cleaner and the staining is gone. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concern and make sure that I left with sparkling white teeth.

Fantastic experience: First time visit after our daughter recommended this dental practice. First impressions were very positive. Employees of the practice are very mindful of personal health and safety, for themselves and their patients. X-rays and cleaning went great with little or no discomfort. Hygienists were both excellent at their jobs and very pleasant to chat with. Doctor was efficient and direct, which is my preference. No “hard-sell” tactics used and he clearly heard and accepted my thoughts about a costly needed procedure and various options. I will be having a minor procedure in a week and will update this review when done. Update: This has become our regular dentist and has remained so for several years now. We have always been well pleased with the service and care! I just had a very gentle but thorough cleaning and will have some additional dental work done in the near future. I highly recommend Hendersonville Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this place for a few years now, and they have been up front and honest about everything when it comes to my dental health. I recently had a family emergency, and called to tell them I needed to reschedule my cleaning. They did not give me any trouble at all, and didn’t even charge a cancellation fee. Finally, I was able to show up to my routine cleaning a couple weeks later, and they took great care of me. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend going to Hendersonville Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was a very positive experience. The first call to office went well , online new patient process was good and when I went in everything was done . Dr Jones and his assistant Marlowe were very detailed and informative to help me make the best decision for my treatment. Had my first cleaning appointment there this morning and once again the process was smooth and easy. My hygienist Ashley was great.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a cleaning and a filling as a cash patient (no insurance). It was expensive but about what I expected in cost and probably cheaper considering they offer a great membership type of program - $30 something per month and you get two free cleanings for the year and 30% off all additional services - I knew I had a cavity (turns out it was 3 cavities) so this offer came in very handy for me. The cleaning was fast - Ally was very sweet and efficient and took the X-rays very quickly to not keep me in any uncomfortable positions for very long. And Dr Loyola did my fillings and she was very sweet. And considering the work she had to do, I was out of there fairly quickly (3 hours for the cleaning, the xrays, the fillings). They also were able to do most of the work in the same day, and had availability to see me within two days of me reaching out. I have serious dentist anxiety, and I’ve actually got to say it was not bad for a trip to a dentist. I’m trying to convince my boyfriend to schedule his apts here since we’re both new to Nashville.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Kim and the amazing dental technicians at Hendersonville Family Dental since I moved to Tennessee two years ago. Dr Kim is WONDERFUL, and the dental technicians knowledgeable and very talented. I’ve had several dental issues since I’ve been in Hendersonville, never had a moments trouble getting an appointment, usually same far, particularly if I was having a discomfort at all. Don’t go anywhere else, you’ll be sorry!

But now I found myself looking forward to my torture hahaha at Hendersonville Family Dentistry! McKenzie is the best hygienist I have EVER HAD! It makes a huge difference when you’re treated with care and respect. The office ladies are fabulous and Dr. Jones is great! They even have massage chairs and turn the lights off when cleaning your teeth! I’m finally getting all the work done without compromising my sanity. I highly recommend Hendersonville Family Dentistry!!!

My husband broke his bridge the day before we were supposed to travel out of state for a wedding. They saw him within hours of our call and completed the repair that day. I love that you can both schedule your follow up and pay any balance due prior to leaving the treatment room. Saves time and streamlines the appointment.

Fantastic experience: After years of different dental care that stopped doing flipper retainers for a missing front tooth, Hendersonville Family Dentistry got me in to do an impression quickly and now I'll have my flipper in a few weeks. Fantastic experience: Dr Carrera was great and explained very well everything that he was doing along with Sam both made my visit very enjoyable even though I was on pain Sam make sure I was doing good and make me smile I’m very happy with them and definitely recognize them

Positive experience: I had a very positive first experience on Tues 2/13. De. Jones & Kyla, his assistant were very accommodating during my first exam & answered all my questions. Additionally, Brianna at the front desk was very friendly & customer-oriented. The above Comments never got posted! Now the date is 8/23/24, & I had my second, more comprehensive exam & cleaning with the Dental Hygenist, Michaela, who was very thorough, & did a good job. This time I was seen by De. Guerrero, since Dr. Jones was out. He did a nice job of explaining what he was seeing in my mouth, & why .

Negative experience: This review is for Dr Loyola. My sister has had a bad experience with them. They put a temporary crown on and now they can’t get it off to replace it with the permanent crown!

Negative experience: Horrible painful experience. Work done resulted in a root canal. Going on my 5th visit and still don't have a permanent cap .
