Fantastic experience: Jess was amazing with my daughter. She was so anxious about going, crying and refusing to sit, but Jess was calming and listened to her fears and made the whole visit a comfortable experience. She promised my daughter she would be there for her next time. You are lucky to have such a great hygienist on your staff.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is pleasant, and helpful. Dr. Flaherty, who I call "Mr. Wizard," is great at what he does. My procedure involved 6 implants and was done with minimal discomfort and maximum care. I can't say enough good things about the people who took care of me.

Negative experience: When you pay $8000 out of pocket for a 3 tooth bridge implant, that’s what you should get. My bridge covered a little more than a 2 tooth space and now I have a larger gap than I should have. They absolutely refused to make this right even after complaining a few different times. Tanner flathearty does not stand behind his work, and will scam you out of your hard earned money. Do not fall for all the promoted or fake good reviews on here like I did.. EDIT: why are you asking me to call you when you already made it clear you were not going to do the right thing and fix it. Do you not want people to find out your true intentions and that you do not stand behind your work?

Positive experience: They are all professional and friendly. I appreciate that they were able to get me in when they did. I would have rated them a five if their usual waiting time was not so long to get an appointment and the prices for the dental care is really high. But they are very good.

Fantastic experience: I can’t express how happy I am that I chose this dental practice. Every person there was very helpful and kind. From the very moment I first inquired about becoming a new patient until my initial appointment was completed. Every where I turned countless people were going above and beyond to accommodate me. I apologize I don’t know all of their names but I’ll just say all the ladies up front were so nice. I was overly pleased with the treatment by Dr. Cheng and her assistant Dawn and the lady who administered the anesthesia. Procedure was the most comfortable and painless dental procedure I’ve ever had. And even my slightly after hours phone call-the young lady persisted until she got me the answer I needed. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: Staff was extremely gentle , made the procedure really easy to understand and compassionate to me feeling nervous and anxious. Reassured me through every step . The entire staff made this experience very calming & reassuring from the start of contacting insurance companies to filling out paperwork, going over procedures, and reasons why for every question. Fantastic experience: Friendly, prompt, & professional! I needed two crowns - everything was painless and the procedure went super fast! I left with my temporary crowns securely in place and a follow up appointment to install the permanent crowns in a couple of weeks. They went over the costs prior to beginning, so everything was transparent - which I appreciate. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal and filling done on 5/7/2025. Dr. Flaherty and all involved (I'm sorry I don't remember your names) were absolutely wonderful. The procedure went as well as it could, and I woke up this morning with no pain and a mouth that feels every bit as good as it did when I was 20. Thak you for the pain relief and step back into good dental health! You're my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: The Dr and his staff were kind and caring, they explained everything they were going to do, and they did it. I told them of my life long fear of the dentist and needles, and I hardly felt anything. They said I would be able to eat anything I could before I started having problems, I can eat corn on the cob, nuts and even chew gum. I never thought I had a beautiful smile, because as a child I was prescribed Tetracycline...and it changed my teeth. My sister teased me and called me old yellar. Well I do have beautiful teeth now, I had hardly and dentin , several infected teeth, and one had penatrated my nasal cavity, causing constant headaches and nasal infection. Thanks to the Staff at Dental Group of Springfield, Blue Cross Blue Shield found that it was medically necessary that I have all my teeth removed, bone and tissue grafts, and full arch implants, I did have to pay my 20% and my deductible, well worth beautiful teeth, no more oral or nasal pain, and I can smile...Thanks for giving me my best smile ever!

The waiting room is always clean and so are the patient rooms, that I have been in. The TV in the patient room is a huge plus to promoting calm senses. Highly recommend this place for all dental concerns and specifically for Dentures,which is what I am currently working towards getting and in a very timely manner!

Negative experience: AWFUL & RIDICULOUS!!! DON’T GO THERE!! Made an appointment to get my upper denture relined and they gave me a time that guaranteed I would’t get them back same day. Then when I came back next morning, they had to “find out where my denture is”! What!? You better KNOW where it is!!! Come to find out, they didnt actually put my appointment into the computer which probably meant that the reline wasn’t done! Now they tell me I have to come back again, while in the meantime, I’m humiliated having to be seen in public with no teeth!!! I WILL FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST-WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

I haven’t had the work done yet but so far I really anticipate great service. The people were so nice and made me feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the staff and service here. Especially having my toddler with me. I didn’t know how that was going to go but they supervised her while I was getting my teeth cleaned and one of the dental hygienists brought her back to my room when I was finished. Highly recommend for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dental Group of Springfield, Dr. Bloink, and his assistant Tawny for Invisalign. The progress I have already made is outstanding. Follow the treatment plan and the results will be impressive.

Negative experience: They dropped me because I complained about them canceling my appointment. I took off from work for the appointment they called a hour before the appointment and said they are canceling it. So I called work and cancelled my day off, they called back and said we have rescheduled it for the same day but later. I told them I can't just call work and tell them I am taking off again.They god mad and dropped me as a client.

Positive experience: The people there are awesome. Very nice place. The dentist was nice and very informative. I went there on a slim chance that my medical insurance might cover my implants. I’ve never heard back from anyone though as far as if my insurance would cover anything yet. It’s been a little over a week now so I’m assuming it got denied. Not their fault that our healthcare sucks. Bad teeth aren’t healthy for anyone. Mine are terrible and cause so many issues for me but I can’t afford $50000 out of pocket to fix them. I’m rambling now but the place is a good establishment.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 100 stars I would! I love the Dental group. I had an accident over the weekend and chipped my front teeth. I called early on Monday, a few days before July 4th holiday, and with only one dentist for the week, they got me in. Dr. Cheng was wonderful. She fixed my front teeth and you can't even tell they were chipped. The ones that knew they were chipped couldnt grt over how natural they look. They were really bad I also need crowns and I have been putting it off and they don't sit there and try and sell them to me. They said 'were here when youre ready' I highly recommend them

When the doctor came in, it was literally an extension of how Jackie was. He made me feel very much at ease and made me feel that when all is said and done with my teeth that I would have everything that I wanted. Not only that, but they are working with me to get the lowest price possible by dealing with my insurance company and made me feel at ease that all would be taken care of! I would recommend Dental Group to anyone and everyone!!

Negative experience: Don’t get a crown from here. They do not guarantee them and you will have to pay for a full replacement if it is lost. Insurance will only pay for a replacement every 5 years. Mine only lasted 3 months. Go to a dentist office that stands by their work.

Fantastic experience: They were able to fit me in fairly quickly as a new patient when I had a dental emergency and were flexible with making a payment arrangement to fit my budget. I had my wisdom teeth extracted recently and the entire staff from the front desk (Danielle) to the assistant (Mason) and dentist (Dr. Labbe) were phenomenal at reassuring me and easing my anxiety. I’m unsure if they offer sedation dentistry but I did receive nitrous gas for my extraction procedure which was very helpful! Dr. Labbe didn’t even mind that I kept stopping him to repeat a question to my husband and sing along to my favorite song’s bridge (they put the Eras Tour on the tv for me, another awesome amenity afforded at this office). All around it has been a great experience and I feel I finally found a dental office that is 100% the right fit for me. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. What was initially supposed to be a simple exam and evaluation became an extraction of multiple broken and damaged teeth. I’d driven in from more than an hour out of town but they were able to take care of my needs promptly and efficiently without the need for an additional appointment and trip. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Dental assistant needs to be more thorough with teeth cleaning and flossing. Did not do full gum check. Was told I have loose teeth 14 &15 and this supposed to have just came about in last 6 months. I find this very hard to believe. Why was this not caught before now? Every time the dentist would check he would just run fingers over teeth say beautiful teeth, keep up the good work. I told them I had food getting stuck more, then he did a more thorough check. I am very disappointed and upset!!!

Negative experience: I suppose to have a crown molded on my tooth 19th. Dr. Cheng did a good job but her dental assistants didn’t! They caused my lip having a several blisters when trying to repeat scan my teeth with a tool inside my month for images. It was very painful and swelling! Attached were photos of me took when I came back home that afternoon and evening. It ruined my Thanksgiving Day (2nd day)! I wish they could be much more careful and gentle.
