Fantastic experience: I came to accompany my grandson and I was so impressed with Dr Aldas and Fernanda his assistant. They are so attentive and so caring. Amanda at the front desk was so helpful in providing financing info for my grandson's and it's unbelievable how they will work with you to obtain financing. Highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to commend the caring and friendly staff!! I had a horrible toothache that was due to broken baby tooth. I wasn't able to come to this location on the weekend, I did have it extracted at another dentist who was open and available. But Yazmine reached out to me today after a message I left them over the weekend, to make sure I was seen by someone. That small gesture of empathy and customer service means so much to me. I probably might switch dentists because of this. She even referred me to a periodontics clinic when I asked her. Staff this great, and definitely is a green flag, if you're looking for a dentist! Negative experience: This place is terrible the did horrible things to me I had an extraction that hurt for a month literally I went back five more times and they did nothing for me the assistant unprofessional and the Dr. seems that doesn’t have much experience I will avoid this place thank God I was able to see another dentist that fix the issue

Negative experience: Please read till the end …. BEWARE!! Do not sign anything! They move quickly to pressure you into signing a financing contract with HFD for dental work. Later that same day I took a closer look at the treatment plan and the costs were outrageous considering my insurance pays 80%. I immediately called and cancelled my appointment. I was told that I had signed a contract and could not cancel. I told billing clerk I was canceling, i did NOT receive treatment, was not going to pay and wanted the financing contract voided. She threatened if I cancelled I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. After going back and forth with her she reluctantly agreed to “attempt” to cancel the financing contract and get back to me. I told her I was not paying for services not received. Never heard back from her. Fast forward 30 days later I received an email from HFD stating my 1st payment was due. I called and appealed charges. 30 days later another email from HFD for payment. Charges dropped from $2550 to $380. Once again I appealed and later discovered East El Paso had denied myvrequest. I then went directly into the office and was told balance of $380 was a 15% restocking fee that could not be waived because according to treatment plan that I signed (no where on treatment plan is a restocking fee mentioned) I had to cancel within 24 hours. I told her I did cancel within 24 hours and have phone records to prove it. She was hesitant but agreed to contract their billing agency in Albuquerque who are “the only ones” who can decide to remove charges. I asked for the phone number to speak with them directly. She told me she doesn’t have their phone number and communication is strictly through email adding they rarely respond, but she would do her best. I called HFD again to ask for the contact info for Albuquerque billing center. I was told they have never dealt with any billing company and strictly work directly with East El Paso Dentistry. I was also told it was El Paso Dentistry who denied my appeal. Not only are they a deceitful practice they are liars and will go to all lengths to steal your money. Treatment plan that I signed has no indication of restocking fees which every patient has the right to be made aware of. I will be reporting them to the TX State of Board of Dental Examiners, the Better Business Bureau, TX State Auditors Office and the TX State Attorney General. They need to be stopped. Please heed my warnings. Save yourselves the headache and do not use this business.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here and everyone was very nice and patient. The nurse who was taking my X-rays was the best, she was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The doctors seem like they know what they’re doing! I’ll be coming here again.

Fantastic experience: Took me I as soon as I arrived for my appointment time! Everyone was super nice and helpful. They always accommodate my timing if im running late or need to reschedule. Krystal cleaned my teeth. She was amazing and fast. Didn't poke me not one. Made sure I was always clean and washed my mouth often (which is one of the things I dislike with other techs) plus she complemented my cleaning so she made me feel like a kid again in a dentist office!

Fantastic experience: In and out in about 30 minutes. Staff is always so kind. I always go in nervous and after my appointments I realize there was nothing to be worried about because they always take good care of my teeth and gums.

Negative experience: This business attempted to charge me $696.75 for work that was not done and it took the better part of four months to get the money refunded. In addition to the $696.75 they also charged me $249.00 which turned out to be non-refundable. I didn't know it was non-refundable because when I was starting to look through the paperwork I was pressured into signing right away and when I asked what was in the contract I was lied to. This business is not only sub-par in the work that do but they also engage in deceitful and fraudulent business practices. I would not recommend anyone use their services, 1 star out of 5 is too high of a rating.

Fantastic experience: I went to East El Paso Dental after having an excruciating toothache and a bad experience from another dental office the day prior. I went to El Paso Dental the ver next day and he receptionist at East El Paso Dental was so compassionate and understanding. She greeted me immediately, asked how she can help, and performed my intake asap. Next I was greeted by the X-Ray technician. She noticed I was having a difficult time and said "It's ok Mrs. Barnes. I'm right here with you". She too was super compassionate and understanding. After the X-Ray technician, I was greeted by the dentist, Jonathan Aldas who was extremely nice, explained everything and ensured I was taking care of. Lastly, the financial representative came to discuss my payment options. She was patient, provided me numerous options, and answered all of my questions. She confirmed I understood all available options. All of the staff made me feel comfortable and were extremely compassionate. They exceeded my expectations and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend East El Paso Dental as they provided an amazing experience!

I was looking for a place that was close to home and open on Saturdays. Staff was nice. Facility is clean and they offer alot of services. Jackie and Daniella were amazing. I made the switch.

Doc was a little rough and mashed up my lip during an extraction but it was the last day of 2024 and he was busy. Much more gentle for every visit since. The entire staff, particularly the hygienist, Crystal, and the front office are great. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: For the past 4 months I have been going back and forth trying to get assistance with my account. Every month I am charged $80 for services covered by my insurance. Spoke to several people and even tried to provide proof of insurance coverage, but am always turned down each phone call. Tired and frustrated about this situation and business.

Negative experience: "I had a very concerning experience at this dental office. I visited on [date] for a procedure, and while the dental work was completed, I clearly informed them on the medical form that I am allergic to penicillin. Despite this, the dentist prescribed me this medication. This shows they did not properly review my medical history, which is a serious oversight. As a result, I had a severe allergic reaction that sent me to the hospital-something that could have been avoided if they had paid attention to the information I provided. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patient safety should be the top priority. I would not recommend this office unless they implement better protocols to ensure allergies and other critical information are reviewed before prescribing medications. I'm sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions when seeking dental care."

Negative experience: Don’t believe all the great reviews. They ask all patients to give them a good review on Google for a chance to win a free teeth whitening treatment. My family and I have been going here for years, since they opened, because of the convenience of its location. When they first opened it was good service. Over the years it has significantly gotten worse.
