Fantastic experience: I needed to find a new dentist practice after moving to the area and went on a co-worker’s recommendation. I definitely wasn’t disappointed. The staff were very attentive, the dental hygienist was very thorough and kind, Dr. Fossum was great, and the office is very clean.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentistry. The lobby welcomes you with a beautiful large fish tank. The hygienist was more than bubbly and I loved her. She was gentle, honest, and guided me thru the upcoming appts that I need. This was my first appt here as we recently moved to area. Dr. Fossum came in, looked at my teeth and left. He never spoke a word. A welcome to my practice, anything, would have been nice. In spite of that, I definitely recommend Dr. Fossum's office.

Fantastic experience: Got 3 wisdom teeth removed there plus 2 other teeth affected that needed an extraction as well and DR Courtney Grosskopf and her assistant I can't remember her name start with an A.. Blond tall lady, anyway... both of them were amazing during the whole process I didn't felt anything they made me feel like I know them from years. The front staff is also super helpful and friendly ♥️♥️♥️ they get 100 stars out of 5 amazing place and people!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Fossum was able to get me in on an emergency basis. My crown came off and I needed it to be temporarily cemented back into place until I could get back home in another state. I appreciate the kindness of Dr. Fossum and his staff for being able to help me until I can get it fixed permamentally by my regular Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great service and care! We came in today for Dr.Courtney Groskoph to take a look at my husband's extracted tooth site. It was hurting him. Dr. Courtney looked at the site and extracted some food from the site gave him some medicine to put on the site. This was late afternoon and she still saw him. She is very nice and accommodating. Great care today.

Fantastic experience: My wife's procedure was suppose to be 3 hours and ended up being a little bit longer. She says they were thoughtful and kind to her in the room while working on her crown ( crowns). Also the doctor was concered and brought up her seeing a neurologist and a specialist to help with other issues.

Fantastic experience: There are nearby dental clinics close to my house but I don’t mind the 25 minute drive knowing the entire staff and specially Ms. Debra has been there for the nice atmosphere and service beyond compare.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Dr. Fossum's office and I was very impressed with EVERYTHING. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Today was also my four-year old daughter's first cleaning and they were so patience and kind and explained everything to her to make sure she was comfortable. This is a wonderful place!

Negative experience: Very little time was taken to assess my tooth. He recommended a root canal, I had the root canal. I could not get back in for weeks for the crown. When he did finally get me in my tooth was broken and needed an extraction. The negligence cost me 4 days of appointments and a thousand dollars for no solution. His office cares more about getting payment before services than scheduling in a timely manner. They do not care for patients. My recommendation would be to find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled here and the care was absolutely top notch. Dr. Courtney was so kind and her assistant was so pleasant and it was a real joy. Especially being older it was a hard job but they did it with excellence. Definitely recommend their practice to all who need dental work.

Fantastic experience: I chipped my front tooth while visiting my family in Temple and was panicked about getting it fixed while away from home. Dr. Fossum's office got me in within 48 hours and fixed my tooth perfectly in one office visit. From my first contact with Lisa in the office who scheduled my appointment and explained the insurance / financial portions to Arluth and Jennifer H. who took care of me in the office to Dr. Fossum who repaired the tooth - everyone was not only professional, but friendly and clearly cared about making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: Appointment was made for 3 pm for 90 plus year old mother several weeks ago for several teeth needing fillings Leaha calls at 1:30 dr running behind can we move to tomorrow at 830 am I said no we can’t she requires meds in am that require time so needs appointments in the afternoon leaha then she says hold please Amber comes on and says can we move to 3:30 dont want your mother waiting in lobby so long said ok can do ,,,,,, 230 pm amber calls and says can you come now? Again she’s 97 years old when she gets to appointment Blood pressure was 176/101 they took it again and 182/107 mother said all the swapping around made her very anxious by the time she got in the door. We arrived at 3pm the set time originally set when appointment was originated On another observation we now been to your office 3 times she’s a new patient , we feel like leaha’s demeanor is very (short) in her conversation with patients needing to get dental care. Dr Fossum’s work doing the fillings mother said is very good.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fossum did a great job! I felt no pain at all, not even while getting the numbing shot!

Negative experience: The office did not properly communicate with us their requirement to stop medication two days before the procedure (even though we completed the patient documents well in advance). We waited several weeks for this appointment and now we are likely going to choose a different provider for this procedure due to lack of professionalism and inadequately preparing the patient for surgery. If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointed and frustrated!

Fantastic experience: Always great customer service, very friendly nurses and a playful environment. Compared to ace.. Fossum is the way to go.

Positive experience: If you are going in for a cleaning and simple work, with no health issues, Dr. Fossum does good work. I have health issues with side effects that are not common. I’m often made to feel like I’m making things up or if in pain or uncomfortable, ignored. I left in tears and pain last time do to hypocalcemia. Not once did he ask if I were okay or needed an ambulance. His bedside manner has always been off putting to me but this last time was ridiculous. I think I will be switching dentists in hopes of finding someone with more experience with my specific health issues.

As someone who has had very negative experiences in the past with dentistry that led to a phobia, Fossum & team have done the opposite and very much restored that faith. 10/10, would recommend to strangers, friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I arrived early for my appointment and was called back shortly thereafter. The young lady(very helpful) who was taking care of my scans/X-rays to see if I was going to go to the next step of my implants I was getting to take the place of two teeth I no longer had. The news was all good, and the young lady answered many questions, even showing me what the implant would probably look like.
