Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! We came here because we were out of town but my daughter had an urgent need that another local orthodontist refused to help with. This staff not only squeezed us into their schedule right away, they attended her need at no cost!! Dr. Erick Carlucci went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable!! Very grateful!

Negative experience: Never have I ever left a dental office crying until today. I know Doctors discriminating is a real thing because I've met one first hand. So one thing that will not pass with me is trying to belittle someone and their family because the patient has a disability. I will always speak up and if that makes you feel intimidated or threatened like you stated, then good !! Because while I was sitting in the corner and you were standing at me talking like I have no idea what you're saying, questioning me if I was a “pediatric dental professional” was very much giving "I'm in charge". And if that's how you treat people paying for your services I can't imagine how you treat your employees. Today was very unfortunate and I was gonna let it be but the more that I think about it the more wrong it seems. So please consider taking your child to another pediatric dentist if they have any type of disability as this office is not equipped to take care of children on the spectrum. Their answer to any little (and I mean little) pushback or uncomfortableness from the child is general anesthesia. And if the parent is opposed to that it seems very much questioned rather than taken into consideration. A friendly reminder to always be kind and to treat others how you and your family want to be treated. And apologies to the DA that got caught in the mix, I will always be an advocate for my child and you deserve raise!

Fantastic experience: We have had the best experience at Every Kid's dentist and Ortho. For my daughter who got braces they were so kind, explained everything. Every visit was professional, clean, and everyone was always nice. For both kids when getting their teeth cleaned or a filling, the staff understood the special needs of both of my kids. Always kind, patient, professional. We felt genuinely cared for during all the ortho appointments especially! I am so glad we found this office for dental care. We will be coming as long as possible.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at EveryKids Dentist were so kind! George, who took us back to the exam room was very patient with my son who was scared as the chair was being reclined. Blanca was so sweet and soothing during the exam and cleaning - great with kids! Dr. Tamboli was also super sweet and great with kids. The front office staff were helpful and efficient as well.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Every Kids Dentist and Orthodontist! I love that they are in the same office if my kids need anything from either office and they work great together as a team! I recently needed to go to the orthodontist because my top permanent retainer broke that I had put in years ago out of state. The orthodontist got me in next day and was able to simply re-glue my wire down without charging me an arm and a leg for a new one. This speaks volumes of this office and I am beyond happy that we found this office a year ago when we moved down here.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that I am sitting in the office right now. The staff is amazing—very friendly and organized. Jessica answered my call today to book an emergency appointment. She called to let me know they couldn’t find my insurance because my son’s birthday was entered incorrectly. She promptly fixed the issue and got us booked. Blanca is also amazing—very inviting and kept checking on me and my son while we were waiting for the doctor. I really love this environment; they treat you like family.

Negative experience: Update 01/08/2025 Jessica the office manager called me today. She was very helpful and wanted to make things right! She scheduled my daughter to be seen right away. Dr. Tamboli is always fantastic and took care of my child. I do appreciate her time. Very disappointed in this office. My daughter that is 7 years old had a filling done on her molar tooth. They said so small she didn't need numbing agent. They did the filling never asked her how it felt never checked her bite. We leave and then shortly after that my daughter starts to complain how it hurts back there when she eats. So I give it another week thinking she would just grind down the high spot. We'll she didn't so I called they couldn't get her in until after the new year as in today. We arrive at her appointment I informed the lady up front i didn't have the new insurance card or my husband ss#. So early in the new year. I told her who the insurance was through she really didn't want to help figure out the insurance. Now I have done dental billing for 8 years I know you can search your data base and find insurances if you really wanted to do your job well. She told me it would be $50 for my child to be seen for a limited exam for mistakes they made. I asked why it wasn't a courtesy check. She said because we need to know the exact tooth. I told her the tooth number and everything. Needless to say they do shortcuts so you need bring your child in that is now in pain. It really boils down laziness and not caring for the patient. How dare you even try to charge an insurance company and take away people's limitations when it comes to exams and money. Disgusting and thank you for not helping my child!

Fantastic experience: I decided to read the low star reviews, and I'm actually a little baffled. 10 years of coming here with my 5 kids. Have been to both the dentistry and orthodontic side. Let me start with dentistry. Dr. T is such a high-spirited joy. You can tell she has a love for pediatric dentistry and all of her kiddos (patients). When my son was diagnosed with cancer, the staff took extra special care due to the circumstances as well as always asked how he was feeling. Now orthodontics and Dr. C! How incredibly knowledgeable is he?! He works on both pediatric and adult teeth from my understanding. He has given 3 of my children braces and they get a nice little handful of compliments on their teeth. I hope to continue going to this location until my last kiddo is 18! 20/10 Recommend!

The staff is pretty amazing and kind. Blanca and Melissa helped my kids today and they are AMAZING. They stay engaged and communicate. Blanca took the time to walk my daughter through each step because she has a bit of fear when it comes to dental work. And Melissa was so sweet and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We were in for my daughter’s routine 6 month check up, Blanca was the one that helped us with the cleaning and I love all her positivity and how my daughter felt comfortable with her. She had to get a tooth extracted and Blanca and Dr. Rios prepared everything quickly and got my daughter situated comfortably and got that tooth out without any issues. I appreciate their patience and passion for what they do.
