Fantastic experience: Great Dentist- Mason Wells! Office staff is excellent!!

Fantastic experience: I originally started going to this office when I lived in Utah and have since moved to two different states. I will continue to come to Jordan River Dental anytime I am in Utah (even if I have to pay out of pocket) because the level of care they provide is extremely challenging to find elsewhere. The hygienists are always gentle and do great work. I had an appointment last month, and Kami did a perfect job of cleaning my teeth and educating me on ways I could improve my oral health without overwhelming me or trying to sell me anything. Dr. Wells is so gentle, and always provides an honest assessment of my teeth without trying to sell me unnecessary procedures. A dentist like that is invaluable!! The whole facility is run well, and the staff is so kind and friendly. This office is truly the whole package!

Dr. Miller has been my dentist for years and he is always very kind and does a great job taking the time to sit down with me and explain exactly what is going on in my mouth. He is very gentle during procedures and always checks in to see how I’m doing. Dr. Harris is also great and has stepped in if Dr.Miller wasn’t available to see me during an emergency. I don’t like going to the dentist, but at least I know things will be better when I leave I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Miller and Jordan River Dental.

Fantastic experience: Always great service and care! Love that they are open one Saturday a month so that I don’t have to miss work during the week to go. Something to keep in mind is that they are busier on Saturdays so you might have to wait longer than usual for the hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit at Jordan River Dental. I had to switch from my dentist of 6 years due to insurance changes. Jordan river was a clean and updated environment. The staff worked fast and were very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with the hygienist. Her work was thorough. She did a great job explaining what was being done. The dentist came quickly after my x-ray and was kind and explained xray findings. I would highly recommend this dental office if you are looking for a new one!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for nearly 20 years for everything from cleanings to crown replacements and Dr. Miller is absolutely the best. He and his team did a lot of work to make sure my last bridge replacement was exactly right. It's nearly a half hour drive for me to get there, but 100% worth it.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Jordan River Dental for over 18 years with Dr. Harris. We even had young children come here, and had a better experience than at a pediatric dentist. He was very patient and calm with my son, who was extremely anxious when he was young, and we now know to have autism. Our children, including this son, now adults, who still live in the valley still go to Jordan River Dental and trust them. They, and Dr. Harris keep up with the latest evidence based treatments and show skills that demonstrate continuing education. I had my cleaning there a couple of days ago and it was as smooth and friendly as ever. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional staff! Dr. Wells is the best dentist Matt Carnley too smoothing out my sons retainer both and all going above and beyond we’ve been for years they do an excellent job very caring and very professional! The hygienist did an excellent job and explained tooth care as she was performing superior service!

Negative experience: I made an opponent for a cleaning. The only time they had ment I had to leave work early. When I arrived the hygienist decided she wasn't up to doing the cleaning that day and made me reschedule. Now I have to take more time off work to return for a cleaning. To be continued. I wouldn't have left a review yet but I have received 2 text messages asking for a review, well here it is.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever been to! There was 0 judgment, just an incredibly friendly and comfortable atmosphere! They took the time to explain my situation, answer my questions, and were honest with me! A previous dentist had tried to scare me into multiple root canals and I’m so glad I got a second opinion and treatment from Dr. Carnley!

Not only were they able to get me in right away but are honest, kind and very friendly. I was told by the last dentist I saw, of all this work that had to be done. After seeing this dentist, he said there is no need for any of that work, as everything looked fine. He saved me thousands of dollars of unnecessary work.

Very convenient. Update 2024: still awesome. The staff are friendly, and the clinicians do a great job. Every dentist I've seen here has left me with a smile on my face. Thank you!! 2025: still love this place. We moved to Nevada. Totally worth the drive.

Positive experience: Updated: Keefe retired last year. I’m still getting used to the new staff but am working through it. Had been seeing Mason Wells since Keefe retired. Was surprised to go to a cleaning and get a dentist I didn’t know or schedule with, it threw me. Was told Wells isn’t in the office on Monday’s. But he was in on Monday’s when we scheduled the cleaning. So it was changed without consulting me. Dentists I had prior to Keefe gave me reason to need to fully trust whoever worked on my mouth. I’m building dentist trust rapport with Wells, and am hoping my future appointments remain with the dentist I booked. Thank you!! Dr. Keefe is the best dentist ever!! He is conservative in his treatment and I can always trust he will only do work on my mouth that is 100% necessary. Many years ago (over 25?) I had a dentist that was eager to make fillings and do other major work on teeth that didn’t need them. Most of the time it was “found at cleanings” and not teeth that were causing my pain or problem. Keefe has done a wonderful job of maintaining the aftermath. Any problems I have now are usually failing work from the previous dentist. Still 25 years later. I love his office!! I’ve had great experiences with all hygienists and staff that work there. We have been going here for over 20 years. Whenever he ends up retiring, I will cry!! I never want to have to trust my teeth and gums with someone else. Truly. THANK YOU for being a dentist I don’t get nervous going to, and especially one I can trust.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and has been excellent for years. They are always on time, with a smile, and seem to go up and beyond! My only complaint is that they ask me to open my mouth when they are doing dental work and then try and have a conversation with me? LOL. Totally recommend!
