Fantastic experience: They were great and so nice. They helped me out so much. If anyone has any teeth or denture repairs they desperately need to have done I suggest that they go see the Cooper dentist family.

Positive experience: The dental hygienists do a wonderful job. Usually not a long wait and they are thorough, fast and friendly. Had a filling done and it took forever. Great place for cleanings and checkups.

Fantastic experience: Had a dental mishap over the weekend & need an urgent consultation. On Monday, morning I called at 8:06 am and was fit in at 11:15 am that same morning. Very courteous and set a dental plan for my needs.

I had been suffering from a terrible toothache all weekend and finally called Cooper Family Dentistry first thing Monday morning around 8:30 AM. To my surprise and relief, they were able to get me in for a 9:00 AM appointment the same day. As soon as I arrived, I was taken back immediately. The dental assistant started taking X-rays right away, and Dr. Cole came in shortly after to review them and talk with me. He was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. After reviewing everything, he let me know I was likely going to need a root canal and referred me to a trusted endodontist. Not only that, but he managed to get me an appointment for the very next day (Tuesday at 10:45 AM). Dr. Cole also gave me something to help with the pain and started me on antibiotics immediately. I had my first dose by 10:30 AM that same morning. After suffering all weekend, I finally had relief—thanks to their quick action and amazing care. I can’t say enough good things about this office. They were prompt, professional, and truly cared about getting me better as quickly as possible. Cooper Family Dentistry is hands down the best—I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you about this dentist. I've been going to Cooper Family Dentistry for years now and I have yet to be able to say something negative about them. From the time you walk in the door to the time the fabulous Dr Jordan Cooper comes to see you and you leave, you are treated with the utmost compassion courtesy and professionalism that I've ever seen anywhere! Part of the reason why I go there is because of how I'm treated and the rest is because of the care and service that they provide to me. I've never gone before and the ladies working at the front desk or nothing more than joyful. If they don't bring a smile to your face when you walk up to the counter then it could be something wrong with you. Next, for me is when that door opens up and I see my most favorite person coming to get me, Kelly. She is never open that door and not giving me the biggest smile and hug whenever I go there. She is the only one other than Dr Jordan that I Let Go near my mouth. But that's just me and how I am. I told them both today that if they ever stopped working there I might have to find another dentist. That's just how much I love being able to see them and get taken care of by them whenever I go. If you are anywhere near or around the Jacksonville metro area and you do not have a dentist or you're not too sure about the one that you already have, try them. I guarantee if you go there once, you'll continue to go there for the rest of your life needing Dentistry work. As far as I'm concerned that entire team there makes that place the best in the business and I promise you I would put them up against Family Dentistry in the state. All in all Cooper Family Dentistry with Dr Jordan Cooper, Kelly and the rest of his amazing team are Top Notch and above Shelf. I give them 100% across the board and feel they should be commended on the awesome and outstanding service that they provide to the citizens and the surrounding area of the Jacksonville community!!

Fantastic experience: I needed immediate help with severe facial trauma I experienced that the hospital would not touch or address. Dr. Cole was willing to take me in the same day I called and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon after an extensive evaluation. He and his very nice assistant arranged an appoint with the oral surgeon. Help was finally on the way. At least I got to see what the core of the problem was where the hospital failed to provide me with and quickly gave me the resources I needed.

However, this was probably one of the best experiences I have had in along time when it comes to seeing a medical professional. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I have some dental issues I have let get out of hand and they in no way made me feel bad about any of it. Positive experience: I felt like we were being silently judged by SOME of the workers in here because my aunt is really heavy weight (handicapped) but other then that part, they were still nice and answered all questions we had and very respectful towards us (out loud) we have upcoming appts with them so we will see how that goes.

Negative experience: Let me start this by saying I haven’t been to the dentist in 16 years. They did t seem like that was a big deal. I was there to have a tooth looked at either (probably) Getting a root canal or a filling, both my suggestions after reading vaguely on hook glue before the appointment. After a very brief history of my health. He took a look inside my mouth. ANd an xray. He said a filling might be fine. I voiced a small amount of concern about getting an infection. Then that was the only option for him after that, root canal. A filling is probably all I need. He then told me there was o ly one doctor comfortable doing a root canal on a back tooth. ( isnt that where most of them are anyway?). Anyway I never spoke to the other doctor. The original doctor came back and said there was nothing they could do. Except refer me to a specialist. From which he would get a kick back. I’ve called 5 other dentist practitioners and told them I need a root canal on my 2nd molar. All have said it’s no problem. And I’m having it done, if necessary, tomorrow at 10am. All that to say they charged me 500$ as a cash paying patient for a referral and a 20second X-ray. I pleaded with them to at least let me use a payment plan. They would not work with me at all. The only person who really helped me was the hygienist. She did a great job of explaining what would be obvious to most people who visit the dentist normally. Im now going to the dentist regularly. This dentist is too busy for new patients. So expect a referral. Quickest way for them to make money now that their roster is full. I’m sure they’re good to their normal patients. Everyone else is just a quick referral X-ray buck. I would never recommend them unfortunately. ,

Fantastic experience: Dr. Copper is always pleasant, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His calm and confident delivery immediately puts you at ease—something that’s crucial when someone’s working in your mouth. He consistently recommends what’s best for you, not what makes him the most money, and that kind of honesty is rare. I’ve always felt like I was in good hands with him. As far as I’m concerned, he’ll be my dentist until I either need dentures or he retires—whichever comes first!

My dental hygienist is amazing. Remembers every detail about me, my family, my stories ect without being too intrusive into my personal life. Always ask about my family and tells me about hers. Our conversations are always pleasant. Everything staff member I ask if they enjoy working at Cooper always tell me that it feels more like a family vs an employment. Only way I’ll change is if I have to move away, or he closes his doors.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and my regular dentist couldn’t get me in and you guys found a place for me. You guys will be my dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: They were able to see me quickly because I had an emergency. Dr. Jordan diagnosed me quickly and wrote prescriptions for meds. However I had an additional problem where I felt worse and I think I developed oral shingles. I'm still in pain and feeling sick. But I don't feel like driving all the way to Jacksonville again.

Negative experience: I was seen promptly for what I would consider an emergency. I developed an infection following a previous procedure. Doc prescribed antibiotics but was reluctant to prescribe anything for pain. Long story-short I’m home with a swollen face and intense throbbing pain. The tramadol that he did prescribe has not even come close to touching the pain. After 7 hours, called office and response was call us in the morning

Fantastic experience: I personally can text my doctor cell phone and love the staff and how I am treated there. How many people can know there coming up on there 6 month cleaning and text their dentist and say “doc I feel I’m coming up on my 6 month cleaning I need to be be seen soon”. With in minutes be scheduled by the staff for a cleaning I love the service and care I receive from Dr. Cooper and staff it’s always friendly conversation with them while doing my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Recently went to them for oral surgery. Had TEN teeth pulled (necessary). I’m only on day 4 of healing so I may have more to say later idk. But as for the process, before I was put asleep they were cool and joking to help calm my nerves as I had never been put to sleep before. Assured me they knew what they were doing. Waking up I don’t remember much but friend who drove me stated that I told the boy wheeling me out not to touch me in a manner of “no, domestic violence.” She then informed him that I recently escaped DV and he was understanding so that was cool. Overall a nice experience with them and my healing is coming along nicely as swelling is already going down and Im not in massive pain.
