Fantastic experience: They were absolutely amazing. I haven’t been to a dentist in 11 years and it is my biggest fear. They got me in same day (which is SO rare). And were so affordable for currently not having dental insurance. Places like this deserve the most love and hype since it’s so rare to find a dental office like this nowadays. I wish them nothing but the absolute best!! They also unfortunately couldn’t take my wisdom teeth but got me and immediate referral and settled all my worries and nerves about getting them removed. So grateful I found such an amazing dentist.

Saw Dr. Brandon, excellent care also from all of the girls that I interacted with. From walking in the door to leaving all was well done and would recommend to all. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff, who were both professional and friendly. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had a calming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Braydich and their team were exceptional. They took the time to explain every procedure in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Definitely referring my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Had a root canal done today first time ever so I did not know what to expect dr Keith and his assistant were amazing numbed my mouth before they numbed around my tooth barely felt the needle go in they were Communitive with me the whole procedure and had very little pain during and after the root canal I do pay co-pays to go there but definitely worth it compared to the other dentists I've been to

He explained my xrays and treatment that would to be done. I was very impressed with how clean it was and how it didn't smell like a dentist office. I have now had my third visit to Bradydich dental. I am so pleased with the care I have received. I highly recommend them. I have been with Bradydich Dental for a little over a year now and I'm still very happy. Just had a cleaning and my teeth feel and look wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I have been a patient in the past and have left positive feedback although my most recent visit has changed my mind forever. After spending over $9000.00 for teeth extraction and a permanent bridge with the agreement that a warranty on the bridge would be given as long as I got a basic cleaning every 6 months. I asked how much that would cost, they told me and I agreed to their terms. I get there for my first cleaning and they tell me that in addition to my cleaning every months that I would also have to have X-rays and a separate exam. I asked how much that would cost and I was told a number 4 times the amount I was initially given. When I brought this up to the “Dr.” he didn’t seem to care and said “Well, I’m not the one who told you that” and “That’s just the way it is.” I feel this is criminal behavior. I will not be going back and the warranty for the work I had done will be void. I also noticed that I am not the only one who this has happened to. There are other bad reviews for this office claiming similar instances. Who knows how many people they really take advantage of. If zero stars could be given I would. BUYER BEWARE

Fantastic experience: My standards for Dentistry are high because of Braydich Dental. I did not grow up going to the dentist due to finances and they were my first experience. I’ve gone other places and nothing compares to their standards. Everyone at Braydich has always treated me gently and kindly from front office staff, to the hygienists and the doctors. They always explain the procedures and focus on what their patients need. I always recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the emergency dental services provided. Anyone who has broken a tooth is aware of the pain that ensues. To be able to get in immediately to take care of my tooth was so appreciated. And to top it all, I was greeted and welcomed when I arrived for my appointment. Everyone, from the front desk to the hygienist and assistant, to the dentist, were so cordial and welcoming. A bad experience of breaking a tooth ended with a very pleasant experience. A special thanks to Mandy who was able to get me in so quickly. My tooth broke right before I needed to leave for Cleveland. So again thank you all at Dr. Braydich’s office. Thank goodness for Mandy, she called and let me know that there was a cancellation and I was able to get in to see Dr. Brandon. Staff is wonderful and so accommodating.

Fantastic experience: They do good work. The younger guy is very efficient. Not sure what his name is though. There’s Dr. Rudy, Dr. Mark, Dr. Shane, whoever the 4th guy is. Took me a second to warm up to him because I don’t like switching dentists, but he does good work and he’s quite intelligent.

I seen on their website that they took emergency appointments, And one experiencing a dental emergency on a Sunday with my child, I called out of desperation. That same day, I was contacted with an appointment for first thing the next morning, They made my child and I comfortable, In our wait was not long at all. My child felt no pain or discomfort during her In office procedure, over all considering the circumstances we are highly satisfied. Fantastic experience: I had my first appt today. Had to have my gums cleaned out. I had recently been seeing a periodontist for the issue, involving them cutting into my gums to clean. When Braydich told me they could do same cleaning without cutting my gums and literally saving me thousands of dollars. I am so happy I decided to start coming here. Everyone is very friendly. My insurance had changed at work, and they were able to get myself and my daughter in right away.

They provided me with detailed treatment plans They also have convenient office hours that allow our family access and appointments that work around our busy schedules.

Utilizing current medical technology they photograph and x-ray and measure to chart to make comparisons form visit to visit. They "trip to the dentist" quick, easy & painless. Fantastic experience: I just had a tooth extraction & it went smoothly! The Dr. & The Hygienist made me comfortable & told me everything I needed to know as what to do afterwards. I would recommend Braydich Dental to anyone requiring any dental needs.

Negative experience: Scheduled evaluations for myself and two kids. When I scheduled the appointments, I asked if Braydich was in-network for my insurance and they said they were and it would be covered by my insurance. Then I received a bill for over $600, and after calling my insurance company, it turns out Braydich is out-of-network. My wife is on different insurance and even though Braydich is in-network for her, she’s going to look for a different dentist after this experience. Should be more transparent with your pricing and provide estimates to patients before anything is done.

Negative experience: Do not take your kids here. They are liars. They told me they took my insurance, made an appt for my son, just for them to tell me when I show up that they won’t see my son bc they don’t take our insurance but it’s my fault even tho their employee lied to me. I will never return.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the same day that I called. I was thoroughly impressed by everyone there, and how efficiently the office is run.

Fantastic experience: Arrived for my first appoint for a crown today and was meet by Mary who prepped me for Dr. Mark Braydich. She was very informative about the procedure and made me fill at ease about the procedure. Dr. Mark and Mary worked well together and I felt at ease while They did the temporary crown. I was very please with my experience and only a little discomfort that evening. Mary greeted me today for my second appointment when I arrived for my permanent crown. She prepared me for Dr. Mark and he inserted my permanent crown and everything we well. I was only there about 15 minutes and again please with my experience with this procedure. Michelle at the checkout desk was nice and informative and I made a cleaning appointment. Not very fond of going to the dentist office but my experience at Braydich Dental was a very good one.
