Fantastic experience: Laura was so amazing. She kept me informed and answered all the questions I had. She also was very comforting. Dr. Vlad did a great job with my extraction!! He made sure he communicated effectively as well numbing the area properly.

Negative experience: I’m giving 2 stars because the staff was polite and the place was clean, but overall, I left frustrated. I came in hoping to get an actual solution to my dental issue, but all the dentist (Cody Mimms) did was take X-rays and then referred me to someone else—so nothing really got resolved. On top of that, during the cleaning, the hygienist Savannah (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) accidentally cut the frenulum under my tongue, which was really painful and uncomfortable afterward. I arrived 25 minutes prior to my appointment time, and was pulled to the back, just to wait an hour to be seen. Somewhat pointless of having an actual appointment, I’d say. I expected more direct help and better care during my visit. For this being my first time visiting, I definitely won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever been to get your teeth cleaned and you feel like you at are a spa? Well, that's how sitting in Ms. Lyn's chair feels. After great customer service at the front desk, Ms. Lyn welcomes you like "a good ole fren who stopped uninvited for Thanksgiving, with a plate ready for you". I kid you not, she makes you feel good inside. Her meticulous work is top notch, educating you while she's cleaning your "white pearls". And don't get me started on her "Vaseline self care routine". That lady makes you feel "sprecial" after moistening dem lips. Makes you wanna go home and kiss somebody. Thank you Ms. Lyn for all you do, it means alot.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency & they got me in the same day. Although due to my health problems which is causing bone loss there was nothing the dentist could do, he did however refer me to an oral surgeon. I got an apt before I left the office. Dr Vlad & the hygienist made me feel better because I was so embarrassed of my situation. I will be referring both my daughters and anyone else asking!!!! Thank you so much

Negative experience: I visited this dental office because I had a broken tooth. Unfortunately, the experience left me quite disappointed. The doctor barely took any time to assess my situation. I was lying on the chair, but he didn’t even sit down to examine my tooth properly. He just took a quick glance — no more than three seconds — and immediately said that the tooth needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant. He then asked if I wanted to take an X-ray, but since he had already made such a quick decision, I declined. I felt that taking an X-ray at that point wouldn’t make any difference, as I was really looking for a solution to save the tooth, not just confirmation that it needed to be extracted. What made this even more frustrating is that I’ve had a similar situation with another tooth before. In that case, a different dentist placed a post inside the tooth and built it up around it, even though there was almost no remaining tooth structure. That tooth has been holding up perfectly for over 12 years now. The tooth I came to get checked this time was in a much better condition — only the surface was broken, and the tooth was still alive. So, I find it very concerning that extraction and implant placement were presented as the only options so quickly, without any real effort to explore possible alternatives. When I mentioned my previous experience with the other dentist and how that tooth had been successfully saved, the doctor here simply gave me a dismissive “hmm” and moved on. This response, combined with the lack of a thorough examination, left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. I was hoping for a careful evaluation and a discussion about possible solutions, but instead, it felt like the focus was more on recommending the most expensive procedure right away. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I was charged for an X-ray even though I hadn’t actually had one. When I brought this up with the receptionist at the front desk, she told me that the amount I was charged was actually a discounted rate since I was a first-time patient. But I still don’t understand why an X-ray fee would be included when no X-ray was performed. Additionally, I want to point out that the attitude of the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. I understand that dental offices can be busy and stressful environments, but a little more warmth and understanding would have made me feel more comfortable. I don’t mean to be critical, but I believe that a more positive and patient-friendly approach at the front desk would greatly enhance the overall experience for patients. Again, I’m sharing this feedback with the intention of helping improve the quality of care and service. I truly appreciate the work that dental professionals do, and I hope this feedback can contribute to providing a better experience for future patients.

Negative experience: Tammy, the office manager is extremely rude. I had questions in regards to what I would be paying that day. Since her total changed from the estimate that they had printed out and given to me. She kept saying that they don't estimate secondary insurance.And when I showed her the print out she then said I don't know why this looks like this I don't understaShe kept saying that they don't estimate secondary insurance. And when I showed her the printout, she then said, I don't know why this looks like this, I don't know why it's on there. Then she said, oh, it's different services. Then she said, just pay what I'm asking and you'll probably get a refund. When I asked for a different printout and clarification she got rude with me says she didn't understand why I couldn't understand asked me to step aside. I asked her to break it down for me and she was very condescending and rude. Did not want to help me when I asked for the office manager. She let me know that she was the office manager. I would not recommend this place. They seem to just want to take your money and be very dishonest. Just terrible.

Fantastic experience: I had not been since Covid for several reasons. My dental hygienist Kelly, and the doctor were both exceptional. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, or ashamed at all. The entire staff reassured me I would soon be fixed.
