Fantastic experience: My visit today was very pleasant and very satisfying. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was seen almost at my scheduled time and I am very pleased with the results of my visit. I am totally satisfied and confident in the way they have taken care of my health issues. Fantastic experience: Went in today for the 2nd half of my extensive cleaning and once again Stacy the hygienist was great. I will add that she had a great playlist going on the room which made it all the more comfortable. Everything went well as expected but this time I wanted to make sure prior to leaving that I acknowledged her and the great job that the team does. Once again, just the kindness and putting your mind at ease when coming to this location makes a huge difference and it’s why I will continue to go to this location for mine and Ma’s dental care.

Fantastic experience: For once in my life I no longer feel stressed or anxious going to the dentist. I give thanks for that to Dr. V. He is always calm and gentle. He cares about his patients and his work is outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Positive experience: I like Caroline’s Dental Care, they are patient and Kind they walk along the process to give you comfort to reassure you if you kind of scared of the dentist. They do good work I like what my crown look like and I will continue with them with other dental work.

Fantastic experience: I went in today to get my smile back. The staff is super attentive and got sure that I was comfortable. Doctor Vamsi Kalavacharla is so friendly, professional and super in communicating. He described each step, took time to answer all my questions and got sure that i was pain free, happy with the result and comfortable through out the process. I am very pleased with the office and do recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Eating alphabet soup. Dr. Garcia Sanchez did the impossible today (1) She was on time for my appointment. (2) She completed the tooth extraction pain free. (3) I am honored to have made her acquaintance. She complimented her dental assistant. I know not enough Doctors do that. She made it a point to ask me how I was feeling during the procedure and made an older person feel safe. Thanks also to the dental assistant who was also wonderful.

Negative experience: I will never go back here. Firstly the demtost kept try to sell me on all these preventative measures or extras, and when I said I wasn't interested he got really short with me and kept pushing. When I went to get a filling the dental higentist didn't ask me if I was okay with a dental student working in me, then she puts numbing q tips in and walks away for over 15mins and never once checked on me.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The dentists are the best and the support staff is awesome. I am so glad I found this place because I have a lot of anxiety at the dentists and I do not have any when I come here. I trust them and the dentist always puts my comfort and health first. It is worth the drive and I will always go here

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey with Dr. Mullen, and I’m so glad I did! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. The waiting area is always spotless and never too crowded. And let me tell you, the restroom and the office are immaculate. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I received such amazing care today while I had some dental work done. Dr. Mullen and Nina were outstanding. Nina right away began talking to me about her garden which helped calm my anxiety. You could tell she definitely cares for her patients because she pays attention to her patient’s needs- she realized it was chilly in the office and went and got me a blanket . Thank you!! Dr. Mullen is incredible!! As he began he carefully explained every step as he worked while checking on me as we went along. making sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort.Thank you!! I came in for a crown, and I was blown away that it could be created and placed the same day. Dr. Lohr was fantastic—knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly skilled. Negative experience: Stay away!!!! My first visit to this location and what an awful experience starting from the front door staff. They have no concern for your time or appt. My appt was at 12 and I waited for 45 minutes and not one staff member called me back. I had to get up and go see what was going on. One of the young women said allow me to see what is going on. As I was watching, she went to next customer rep and they seemed to be looking at something on computer. Still nothing about my appt or waiting time. After about another 10 minutes, I yelled and said I could reschedule. She immediately said ok to give them a call back. No consideration or concern about my time wasted. The funny thing is I was recommended to this particular location in Spring Lake by a family member. Perhaps when he came, there were different staff members who had the desire to help. I WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULING. THEY SUCK!!!! MAY TRY OTHER LOCATIONS. I WILL UPDATE AGAIN WITH THE OTHER LOCATIONS IN FUQUAY OR FAYETTEVILLE. AGAIN IF YOU EXPECTING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO TO SPRING LAKE LOCATION! .

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mullen. He’s just the best. He is so patient with me and explains in detail what’s he’s doing and what’s the best treatment for me. He doesn’t push anything I don’t want to do. He’s honest and just all around a great doctor.

Fantastic experience: Had a deep cleaning with the hygienist Nicole A. She is such a wonderful and caring dental provider. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and well versed in her craft. And takes awesome care of her patients and her chair side manner is so welcoming. I love her and Dr. Mullins! I live in Raeford but for such great dental care I drive to Spring Lake.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning yesterday, and since my teeth are pretty sensitive, the hygienist was very thoughtful and used Cetacaine to make it more comfortable. I usually get pretty stressed about cleanings, but this made such a difference! I don’t think I’ll be dreading my visits anymore! I really like the combination of professionalism and the effort they put into building good relationships with their patients. The dentists are friendly and always take a little extra time to get to know you, which is really nice. The office is clean, and that matters to me. ✨The staff is great. Angela, in particular, is super friendly and accommodating. I’ve been coming here for three years now, and I love seeing familiar faces. It makes the whole experience feel a lot more welcoming! ☺️

Fantastic experience: all of the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately Dr. Lohr was not able to help me get my tooth fixed today, but he was super informative and so helpful! He reached out to a local oral surgeon and was able to get me, squeezed into their very tight schedule. I will definitely be back again!

Fantastic experience: The young lady Ty at the front desk is a model for great customer service/patient care. I came in on Friday February 21, 2025 for an appointment at 6pm that was not scheduled after calling in booking the appointment @8:20 am that same day… yes one of the front desk ladies drop the ball I will not say her name because we all make mistakes, but I was extremely upset and in pain and also considering changing from Carolina Dentist. Ty was empathetic and very helpful although I wasn’t seen that night she reassured me that she would follow up with me on Monday… she did and got me scheduled with Dr. Mullen, who by the way is awesome, for my appointment today. Being in the healthcare field and a part of Leadership this is what I love to see staff taking care of patients with empathy and integrity. I’m not sure if you all have a reward system but Ty deserves one, not only did she assist me I saw how she handled other patients as well. My experience turned out well thanks to her and even better with Dr. Mullen and his assistant. My family and I have been going here since 2012…

Fantastic experience: Although the x ray machines were down and we couldn’t complete my appointment, they went above and beyond to do what they could and even got me scheduled next day. I felt like I was in great hands with a really sweet and knowledgeable team and I can’t wait to continue my appointment! Update on appointment! So I just finished my teeth cleaning and had to come back on here to say how impressed I am. My teeth have seriously never been this clean. My hygienist was quick and a pleasure to talk to. Fantastic experience: My 2 year old fell on New Years and I was able to get him in for an emergency appointment online quickly. We were in and out. This is by far the best dentist I’ve been to since I was a child. If they took my insurance this would be where I would go for all of my dental needs. Fantastic experience: Came in for a new composite and left CarolinasDentist beyond satisfied. Dr. V and his assistant Isleini were extremely professionals, friendly, caring, and always had my best interest at heart. I had to redo this composite many times before but have never seen the results and service of this great team.
