Fantastic experience: I'll start by saying that I'm fairly phobic when it comes to serious dental procedures, so I'm happy to report that Dr. Canal and his staff made my recent experience an exceptional one. Everyone was very kind and understanding when I expressed my anxiety. And as for the procedure it was carried out in as patient and stress free a way as I could have hoped for. Fantastic experience: Dr Youssef is awesome. Manages to keep the injection pain to the bare minimum. Everyone explains everything . I’ve been there now for everything they can do on their end and now back to my dentist for the crowns . My experience has been enjoyable every visit. Cost less than expected which is always a pleasant suprise . Have another appointment in two weeks to start another implant

Fantastic experience: Dr. Canal and staff are amazing. When Dr. Canal extracted a tooth that had an infection , he chipped another tooth in the process, however, he took care of fixing the chipped tooth immediately. I would highly recommend Dr. Canal as a periodontist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent. I Had an upper dental implant yesterday, June 25 replacing my upper denture. I was so scared and I have to I was scared for nothing. I felt nothing absolutely Nothing. Dr. Canal and his staff were wonderful. They were caring, and so kind. I am absolutely a different person today than I was yesterday. Prior to the procedure I could not taste my food with the denture in today. I taste everything. I haven’t tasted food in about two years until today. My smile looks great. I couldn’t be happier. It definitely changed my life. My advice if you’re on the fence about getting implants, Do it! Fantastic experience: My stress level goes through the roof whenever I have to visit the dentist, or anyone in that profession. My first time to this office, was the other day. Very nice office, and atmosphere. The front desk girls were very nice, and welcoming. I met with Dr. Parsons, and he was very nice, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable. He explained treatment in detail where I was able to understand what needed to be done, to successfully treat my gum problem. And the cost of treatment was not going to break the bank. I highly recommend Canal Periodontal!!!

Negative experience: After leaving my night job early to make a 7:00 AM appointment, I encountered heavy rain and traffic delays. I was only 7 minutes away when I received, a call from the receptionist ,I tied explaining my situation to the receptionist, who showed no understanding or concern. She informed me that the doctor would not be able to see me and that I would need to reschedule. I explained once again that I am just 4 minutes away, but the receptionist was dismissive and unwilling to listen. The lack of empathy and customer service was disappointing

Positive experience: First visit experience was great. Friendly staff. Very informative Dr. HOWEVER, I am editing my review, after an aftercare visit for a cleaning. When a senior citizen puts out $7,000 for a deep cleaning procedure, I feel an aftercare regular cleaning should be included. It was not. And, I was charged an additional $178! I am reevaluating future visits, especially since I’ve been advised to now make an appointment with my regular dentist, to make a plan for future dental work…..more $$.

I went in for an initial evaluation of a broken tooth and they presented me with all my options, gave me their opinion of which would be best for me and told me to think about what I wanted to do and get back to them. They made me feel confident they will fix them problem and comfortable having them do it. Dr Pasrons completed the procedure and it went as smoothly as expected and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I will definitely use them again.

But the water tastes awful so recommend bringing your own bottle of water to drink with meds and/ rinse mouth. Everyone was pleasant and professional! Would recommend this practice.

Positive experience: I came in for a consult & everyone was nice. I always thought consults were not charged for so I was surprised when I had to pay $125 for it but that was later explained. The young dental surgeon who saw me, Dr. Parsons, was very nice. The office / dental rooms are modern & impressive. Following up, I had a dental implant done by Dr. Parsons. He was thorough, as gentle as he could be, and did a good job. My follow should all is as it should be. I would recommend Dr. Parsons.

Negative experience: I got a phone call on the morning of my appointment to confirm my appointment. When I got to the office and asked why they had not sent me an email to confirm my appointment they said that they did. I was given a pad to input my information which took me 20 minutes to complete. Once again, they said that they did send me an email. Once I got past the front office everything was excellent. When I got home there was an email time stamped 10:58 telling me that I had an appointment coming up at 10:00 I never did get an email with all of the questions that took me 20 minutes to fill out.

Positive experience: Nobody really likes the Dentist but Dr. Canal is like no other. Personable and just so experienced and skilled at his profession. My tooth extraction process of numbing, extraction, implant and stitching was completed in an incredible 30 minutes. Other than the numbing in parts of the roof of the month (and really, what can you expect) the procedure was pain free. That day and the last 3 I have had nothing more than a slight ache at worst. Just amazing. I did have an issue with the billing area. They have a sign posted about an opportunity to spread the cost (significant $$$) interest free over several months. When completing the online form it was unable to proceed because I have my credit bureaus frozen. I Did not have my passwords with me to temporarily unfreeze them. One person told me I was pre-approved but it didn’t seem to matter. I Offered to leave my charge card info while I went home to unfreeze the bureaus but that went no where. I’ve been to this office twice in the past, certainly not unknown or a risk but to no avail. They could have figured out a way to get it done but too much trouble for them at 8am I suppose. The hard part (the extraction) was outstanding and Dr. Canal is the best. The easy part (some help with a hefty bill) was poor. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this practice again in the future but I’d make sure my 3 credit bureaus were unfrozen in advance.
