Fantastic experience: Best dentist experience ever!! The front desk guy was great and personable. The place was so cute also! Lainey, the hygienist was AMAZING!!! I’ve never had a “go-to” hygienist, but now she is. Will be recommending!

Fantastic experience: I went in to check in and make space in between my teeth for Invisalign. I finally see a bit of progress. It was pretty quick.

Negative experience: I had a tooth extraction last Friday. Over the weekend, I noticed some swelling in my gums in that area, and my lower gums felt tender. Fortunately, I haven't experienced much pain since my root canal. I used some leftover antibiotics from before. During my follow-up appointment, I asked about getting a couple of antibiotics, but the woman who examined me refused to prescribe any. Her assistant suggested that I should take photos of my swollen gums as proof. I was left speechless and ended up walking out. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.

Positive experience: The office was clean and ran on schedule, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, accepted my insurance, and made both the check-in and check-out process easy and efficient. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell any unnecessary treatments. My only suggestion for improvement is that when I requested nano-hydroxyapatite as an alternative to fluoride, my hygienist was unfamiliar with it. It would be great to see more awareness of newer dental options in the future.

Fantastic experience: My experience was awesome. I'm very nervous going to the dentist. And they put me completely at ease. They were very friendly and informative. They told me exactly what was going on and didn't try to hide anything from me. And also didn't try to downplay the pain I was having. I appreciated it all. I'm glad I found a dentist I can come back to.

Negative experience: Would like to mention couple of details about my experiences at your dental office. My first visit for dental veneers was on may 14th where my teeth were reshaped and temporaries placed in May 18th - temporaries broke May 21st - another visit to place 2nd temporaries. May 23rd - temporaries broke 2nd time June 20th - veneers came in but color and shape not satisfactory. Sent to lab to redo venners. JULY 12 - came back for another usuccesful veneers . One tooth not fitting. Also , when asked for the color of the veneers, i was told they are 2m1. However when in the office on june 20th, the color was changed to lighter shade. JULY 23rd - again some issue but venners were placed in, however color not m1m . And one tooth completely difgerent shade. Warned the office that at the end of the month was leaving for few months to Europe and the concern was that if this time things went wrong , its a final try. I was without temporaries since may 23rd which is kinda unpleasant in multiple ways. Even on july 23rd there again was an issue and i had to come back, the total was more than 2.5 months to get the veneers. Emailed the office multiple times to obtain records of color / shade of veneers and dates of when veneers were sent to lab etc. Never got any response. At this point i am not coming back to that office, need the veneers to be redone by different dentist and am asking for a full refund from dental boutique westchase if not also compensation for time, pain etc this whole situation has caused. Update after 9 months: no resolution and their office is not responsive to emails or calls. Already working with an attorney to build the case against this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: You’re either the type who books regular cleanings like a responsible adult or you’ve been playing dental roulette until your mouth turned into a crime scene and now you’re panic-Googling a miracle worker. Good news: you’ve landed on Dr. Alskati. The guy’s basically a tooth-saver with sci-fi gear — 3D imaging, flexible fiber posts, and probably a flux-capacitor somewhere. I walked in with pain, paranoia, and dread. I left with peace of mind, fewer teeth, and zero regrets - which is saying something. If you’re lucky, Rahul will be assisting — and yes, I’m biased because he helped me, but honestly the whole crew is solid. You’re in good hands no matter who you get. Oh, and they’ve got an N64 in the waiting room — because nothing says “emotional support” like throwing a banana peel at Toad while you wait for your turn in the chair.

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning at the Dental Boutique with the best hygienist Yacky! The office is clean and everyone is so welcoming. 20/10 Great service, excellent prices and a beautiful coffee bar!!

Fantastic experience: Same day appt for pain. Every team member I spoke with was super nice. Went over what was happening and gave me a treatment plan. I go back next week. They are an hour drive for me but completely worth it.Update**** Another visit and another 5-star experience.

Negative experience: After spending a small fortune on veneers one has already started come off in less than 6 months . Then I was charged $150 to fix and only told there was charge after the work was completed!!!!!!

Negative experience: I have arrived for my cleaning appointment on time twice, and both times the front desk employee asked me to leave because I didn’t answer their call to confirm (I was at work). Mind you, I didn’t cancel my appointments and received a text saying “we will see you soon” when I was on the way to the office. This is extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of the patient’s time. I have NEVER had an appointment canceled because of a missed call/text. Too bad because my hygienist here was excellent, and now I have to find a new dental office.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dentist this is the one. The office is very welcoming, they cater to the kids. They have water and coffee available. Took the time to explain things to me that another office I was going to never did which now I have things I need done that I wasn’t aware of. The staff is very friendly and nice. They took the time to go over everything as far as what the insurance will cover and won’t. Lainey was gentle with the cleaning and her play list was off the chain!! I was cold and was provided a nice blanket during my cleaning. I highly recommend them if you need a dentist.

Negative experience: Office staff is very friendly and great. I received false information from a nurse. My wife had her teeth reviewed by other dentist outside of this location and they informed her that the review that Dental Boutique gave seemed misleading and exaggerated. If you want a drink and puppy treat come here, but if you want quality dental work go somewhere else.

Negative experience: First of all, I went to get a cleaning. They only had time to do the x-rays. And then they said they didn’t have time to do the cleaning. I’ve never heard of making two appointments for a cleaning! So I had to drive back which is 45 minutes for me one way which totals an hour and a half if you don’t count rush hour. I then had to go back at least three possibly four separate times to get one filling done at a time. Why they couldn’t do more than one filling at once? I don’t know. The main reason I’m here leaving a review is because I just drove 2 1/2 hours In rush hour traffic so that that that couldn’t perform the filling which I came in to get replaced. The day I made the appointment I made sure that they looked at my charts to doublecheck I had it done there, or at least that’s what I thought she was doing. It was either laziness, incompetence or a combination of both. I don’t know what the hell happened. But as soon as I sat down, the dental tech said we didn’t do that here that’s when I stood up and said, “You’ve got to be kidding me!” Then she had the audacity to try to get some x-rays. I came in there to spend zero dollars. I ended up missing work which cost money at least $20 in gas and 2 1/2 hours wasted! Because someone didn’t check my chart. See how one stupid mistake can screw up someone’s whole evening?

The veneers themselves are a work of art. The shape is absolutely perfect for my face, the translucency gives them a beautifully natural look, and they blend seamlessly with my overall smile. The lab work was exceptional, and it's clear that only the highest quality materials, dental technology and craftsmanship were used. Michele, Shayla and Layla were consistently warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire journey. I always felt supported and genuinely cared for. Fantastic experience: This was my first time at TDBW. The staff were friendly and professional. Ms. Tania did a very thorough exam in my mother's mouth. Tania also took the time to make sure my mother was comfortable and ready for the examination to take place. Dr. Gowey was great . Very thorough and professional as well. Dr. Gowey made sure we understood what needed to be done in order to have great results. In the end, we found this office to be very clean and the atmosphere enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Dental Boutique Westchase for a little over 3 years now and highly recommend it! I held off on writing a review because when I first started as a patient I was solely going for Invisalign treatment and didn’t want to base my entire dental experience on that. 3 years later and here I am as a happy camper with straight and healthy teeth. I also referred my mom and best friend to the Westchase office and they love it! Dr. Valo is great and cares about your needs. As his business expands, there are other Doctors available that are also knowledgeable and super friendly. My main reason for the review though is the dental hygienist, Kelly! She is absolutely amazing. If MySpace were still a thing, she’d be a contender for my Top 8. All jokes aside though she is wonderful and helps bring the full A+ experience full circle. Thanks Dr. Vallo, Kelly, and team!

Negative experience: Boutique feel, cozy rooms with TVs. Had a billing mishap but eventually they made it right. Shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place (they assured me in writing what the cost would be beforehand, then charged more after). They also continue to push Invisalign big time unlike any dentist I’ve seen. Overall disappointing experience for a top rated place, mostly because they’re just incentivizing customers to leave 5 star reviews so they can get into an AirPod raffle.

Fantastic experience: BEST treatment ever, DR.Alsakati who was the one gave me the BEST experience hands down. That magic with his hands that made it painless and easy, especially at a price you cannot beat. As well as the service was excellent, they are very considerate about each of their patients. Would definitely recommend if in need of cosmetic treatment.

Fantastic experience: The staff at the Dental Boutique were great at shuffling around appointment times to adjust to my busy schedule. When I was able to make it in the service was top notch! I’ve never been to a dentist appointment and wanted to stay longer but watching Netflix from the TVs on the ceiling along with the great staff will do that to you!

Negative experience: Honestly, they pushed me into Invisalign with little explanation of what it entailed. Then, I moved away after the Invisalign was complete - or so I thought. Since moving away, a second opinion has caught that my Invisalign isn’t complete. A dentist didn’t check the results at Westchase Dental, so that’s why it wasn’t caught. In addition, as I’ve been trying to remedy this from across the country, they’ve been near impossible to get ahold of. I can’t help but think they don’t want to finish their work or transfer care since it’s easier to ignore the problem. They were happy to take my money as I paid out of pocket, but that’s about it. My cleanings were fine, but they failed to tell me to hold off on cleanings while doing Invisalign so when I showed up for my cleaning appointment, the hygienist said she couldn’t do a very good job since my teeth/gums were so sensitive. I wanted to love this place but I just can’t. Horrendous communication.

Anything and everything you could think of to make a visit more comfortable — from a blanket, eye mask and even noise canceling headphones. The variety of different beverages, including dairy m-free alternatives were also made available in the lobby for all guests. The dentist was kind, patient and informative. I went in for an Invisalign consultation and left feeling confident about my decision.

With any procedure big or small they’ve given me all of the procedure and payment information up front. They have also given me step by step information to ensure I’m comfortable throughout every procedure I’ve had done. I've recommended many people to come here especially if they have dental nerves. My hygienist Kelly was informative, caring, and thorough. Every expectation was met and exceeded. For decades I have always been nervous about dental care... Negative experience: Very disappointed with the Dental Boutique. Office hours posted on their website are misleading. They are closed on Mondays and don't open until 10:00 on Tuesdays. Impossible to get anyone in the office to actually answer the phone. Every time I call it goes to the answering service and they give you the impression you are speaking with the office but you are not. Had an urgent issue on a Monday and no one was in the office and no dentist was on call. Answering service told me I would have to go to an urgent care and I did because I needed treatment and now I have a $400 bill. If they actually had regular business hours and an on call provider this could have been prevented. Seems now that Dr. Vallo is no longer at this office their service has declined. It definitely does not have a boutique feeling where they put patient care first. Seems like they are only interested in getting new patients and 5 star reviews. Lots of improvements that need to be made if your office wants to retain patients and provide good quality comprehensive care and customer service.

Negative experience: If I could put zeros stars I would they lied about giving out free Invisalign I called there office twice to confirm both ladies I talked to told me yesterday everything was free I didn't have to spend a dime just bring myID this was so wrong because everything is so expensive now a days I thought this really was a deal I was getting . I drove 2hrs and 15 min to come to this place for them to play in my face then say I had chance to win if I picked it inside a bowl

Fantastic experience: I moved from NY and thought I wouldn't find a dentist like my NY dental office. I went in for my annual cleaning. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from when you walk in the door till you leave. Lainey is the best I told her of my sensitivity and while cleaning my teeth didn't feel a thing. LOVE HERE❤️

Negative experience: This place is horrible. They charged me up front even though my insurance covers it. I called my insurance to confirm, and it was indeed covered. When I tried calling them for help, the customer service was the worst. The front desk, with a guy named Anthony, put me on hold and never came back. I called five times, and there was no answer. I called a sixth time, and it was the same story. It took forever just to ask for my refund. They were open but couldn’t answer the phone. The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Positive experience: Really loved my experience here getting a cleaning. Everyone here, from the front desk to the doctor, is intentional about how they greet you and make you feel while you’re there. The dental hygienist, Lainee, was incredibly personable, warm, and empathetic. I hate going to the dentist and she understood that, so she worked quickly (but thoroughly) and I felt so good afterwards! The office is beautiful, smells great, has TVs, blankets, etc. Definitely a high-end office I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the Dental Boutique in Westchase for the past 3 years and they have been absolutely amazing. Kelly is the BEST! She is so sweet and always makes me feel comfortable. I also got my Invisalign through the Dental Boutique. I got a few quotes from other orthodontists and theirs was the least expensive and the fastest treatment timeline. I am so happy with my results. 1000/10 highly recommend!

Negative experience: Billing and insurance claims are poorly managed. I’ve pending adjustments for 8 months with no resolution or accountability in sight and the management just lives on another island to be able to communicate with. I also had poor experience with their appointment system that led me to cancel after an hour long wait at the clinic. I strongly feel the software systems here are archaic and cannot help them manage their workload leading to extremely poor customer experience. In addition, the management does not have the motivation or intent to serve customers well anymore.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. I came in for Invisalign and I am a very hard to please patient (my teeth are already straight but I wanted a more symmetrical look) but to my luck Dr. Alsakati has a great bedside manner and listens attentively. Jackie is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever been to. She is not only a skilled professional but also compassionate and very approachable. She is so thorough with her cleanings that I will only schedule with her. Angel is also very amazing he is very personable and knowledgeable. He always explains the entire process and answers all of my questions. His care has made a significant difference during my Invisalign treatment. I also want to highlight the front staff assistant Anthony’s attention to detail and professionalism. From the moment I arrive he is always friendly, organized, and attentive. Ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from scheduling appointments to providing helpful information. He even made me a delicious coffee with their expresso machine! They have the best prices in Tampa Bay which has made my 1 hour trip worthwhile. Thank you Westchase dental boutique and the entire staff for the positive experience!

Negative experience: Edit: I originally came to Dr. Vallo’s office because he posted on Instagram an opportunity to win free Invisalign. Which is just a way to get you in the door! They then give you “discounts” which aren’t really discounts at all. I have been thinking about doing Invisalign for a long time so I went through with it. Due to the fact they seemed nice and the place looks really nice and clean... I “completed” The treatment and was unhappy with the end result and then was made to seem like I was a problem because they wouldn’t take my concerns seriously and just brushed me off and tried to convince me if I wanted my teeth to be better I need to do veneers or pay for another round of Invisalign since “they already took the buttons off” although I stated something before they took the buttons off as well! I still have a few teeth I feel like need to shift. I paid $5,000 for my teeth to be straight and some are still crooked. Also they spam text about leaving 5 star reviews to win AirPods. So most of these reviews are just people wanting to win AirPods which I’m sure is a false promise as well. I commented on the instagram post of him “giving away Invisalign” about my experience and was threatened to be sued for libel and then blocked. Nothing about this is libel I have proof even called my sister when the staff was trying to make it seem like I was crazy for thinking my teeth still needed to shift a bit. And I have proof of the spam texting begging for 5 star reviews. I am very professional & respectful. I would like my concerns to be taken seriously. And either partially refunded and/or my teeth to be fixed at no extra cost of my own.

Fantastic experience: absolutely amazing service. the team went into detail exactly what services were being rendered and why. then sat and discussed the financial part. very friendly, has water, coffee area (lattes, cappuccino etc) and even a spot to play video games. very clean facility.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience! The atmosphere is comfortable And welcoming and the entire office staff is so friendly and informative.

Negative experience: Please be careful dealing with this practice. I wasn’t comfortable with the treatment plan that they tried to sell me so I got a Second opinion and was advised that much of the work they recommended wasn’t necessary. It’s costing me one third of what the Dental Boutique wanted to sell me. That’s a lot of fancy lattes.
