Fantastic experience: I decided after procrastinating a few years since visiting my dentist. I always return to Dr. Rosenthal because it has state of the art dental equipment. The hygienist always provides excellent care . I never experienced any pain or discomfort post cleaning of my teeth. Dr.Rosenthal always is very professional and tells me what dental work needs priority and subsequent treatment to maintain good dental health. That’s why I always return to his office for my dental care.

Negative experience: they're after one thing and that's your money! literally called multiple times expressing how much pain i was in and that i had a broken teeth so i needed a root canal. was advised the cost would be $90 for the evaluation and they could do the root canal the same day only for them to schedule me on a day that a root canal specialist was not present and try to charge me another $50 for a so called extra xray the general dentist requested although he couldn't even help me with the tooth. go somewhere else for your dental needs pls. oh the dental hygienist kathy was super sweet but girl camille at the front desk, not so much. lastly, they don't prescribe any other pain medicine except for motrin. highly dissatisfied

Positive experience: , Dental Hygienist was I guess new and was not too good ( or at ease yet) with her task. My faced was splashed a number of times with water while teeth were being cleaned. Music was too loud and not appropriate )for me) for the environment Dr Rosenthal is great… I have been super happy with him for the past 5 to 6 years

Negative experience: I'm giving this one star only because it's not possible to leave zero. I missed an appointment due to unexpected flight delays returning from a business trip. I didn’t get the chance to call ahead to reschedule. Shortly after, I received a text stating I’d have to pay $75 to book any future appointments. When I contacted the office to understand what was going on, I was met with a lecture. The staff read through my file history going back five or six years, listing every time I had rescheduled or canceled — as if I were being scolded, not treated like a paying customer. I also asked about a past appointment in November when I arrived 17 minutes late, drenched from the rain, and was told to reschedule. That counted as a missed appointment? Really? Requiring a $75 deposit — for a procedure that’s fully covered by my insurance — is unreasonable. Especially when there are countless other dental providers in South Florida. Dr. Rosenthal, your patients are real people with busy lives, not schoolchildren being graded. Your office policy is rigid and unwelcoming. Beware before booking.

Fantastic experience: My previous experiences at different dental offices ranged from good to anxiety-inducing. As a student, I always opted for special promotions from chain dentistry clinics. While not all of them were bad, a past encounter with a dentist at one (not the one from my reviews) left me feeling extremely anxious. She was nice, but I always had a sense of dread walking in because she couldn’t answer some of my questions. While I understand that not every dentist has all the answers, I would have appreciated a more thoughtful and reassuring approach. Dr. Escabi was the first dentist I saw and has since become my go-to. She has a calming presence that helps ease my anxiety, which is usually at its worst during dental visits. She performed a crown procedure on my back molar, and although the experience itself was nerve-wracking, she made it as comfortable as possible. She is truly the best. Always sympathetic, intelligent, and reassuring. I also saw Dr. Maeso for a quick exam before my cleaning. He was incredibly compassionate, kind, and calming. After reviewing my X-rays, he even complimented my teeth, saying, "Beautiful teeth," which meant a lot to me, as my teeth have always been one of my biggest insecurities. Dr. Escabi also stated how good my teeth looked after I had my braces removed. They are not perfectly shaped, but hearing that from both doctors truly meant a lot to me. Kris, the hygienist, as well as my previous hygienist (whose name I, unfortunately, forgot), were both excellent. I have a permanent retainer and often worry that I’m not cleaning it well enough, despite flossing almost every day. Both the doctors and hygienists have reassured me that I’m doing a good job, which gives me peace of mind. They’re also great conversationalists, making each visit more enjoyable. The front office staff is incredibly kind and welcoming as well.

Negative experience: Waited for 40 minutes after appointment time before finally asking when I would be seen. Then waited another 15 minutes before being taken back to see if retainers fit which took all of 3 minutes. Disappointed after a good cleaning experience at previous appointment

Fantastic experience: Dr.Escabi since day one she is being great with all my appointments. I was referred to her for my root canal and the results for that were wonderful. I always get stress and scare and the procedure went so easy and the results was more that I expected. I felt relaxed and confident all the time that I was in her office. Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a little while now and this has been my favorite dentist that I have been too so far in the area. Dr maeso has been super nice and has done a great job at doing my dental fillings quickly and painlessly. He has been very patient with me and the dental assistants are also very nice. I always have anxiety going to the dentist because it’s not my favorite thing to do but this is definitely one of the better dentists I have been too and I highly recommend them.
